The location is great! Beach view is wonderful! Included beach service and private beach area is a huge bonus! The free activity tickets were a nice gift as well! Decent unit. Clean but tile grout in shower could use a good scrub. Very basic amenities in unit. No ice maker in fridge. No throw blankets for comfort while lounging. Bed linens were like paper and pillows were flat. Weird smell in living room area and balcony door doesn't lock. These things didn't ruin our stay but expect more for the price paid for 5 nights.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback! We're so glad you loved the location, beach view, included beach service, private beach area, and the free activity tickets. We also really appreciate you flagging the areas for improvement — the grout, in-unit amenities, linens, the smell in the living room, and especially the balcony door lock. We take these seriously and will be following up with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to get these addressed. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope to host you again for an even better stay next time!

Great stay

This property was super clean, and exactly what we were expecting. If you’re a light sleeper, the foot noise from the above unit could be bothersome. But property management was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

Overall pretty good

There were some minor delays getting checked in - this was explained as a possibility, but it wasn't clear why. We had to have some back and forth before we got a code that let us in. Once inside, we had an issue with the toilet being clogged and it took quite some time to get assistance. After that, the rest of the trip was great! The proximity to the beach was incredible.

While we communicate potential check-in timing adjustments, we will work to clarify these details further in our guidebook. We regret the inconvenience with the toilet and are working with our team to ensure faster response times. We are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay and found the proximity to the beach as wonderful as we do. Thank you for your feedback; it helps us improve our guests' experiences. Beautiful condo and view but cockroach problem not acknowledged!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo I rented at Mistral was great with a superb balcony view. looking onto the sea. The facilities in the place were excellent too. One concern I had was that I contacted the management to mention that there were a few huge cockroaches in the kitchen and living room area and wanted to suggest that they get rid of them for the next bookers but even though I wrote on line and also in an email to Benchmark about this matter I received no reply at all. Instead I was sent a form to review my stay which I am now completing while mentioning the cockroach problem!
