Our Property sits on 4 acres on a peninsula. The house is 7650sq ft and is surrounded by water. Every bedroom has a unique view of the water. We raised our five children on what we and our family and friends like to call it the “The Sosa Resort”.
Over the years we have done lots fishing, water skiing, knee boarding, wake boarding or just enjoyed watching the dolphin and manatee. In the cooler months we love to witness the bioluminescence which is a natural phenomenon of glowing blue waters caused by plankton. By just swirling your hand, a stroke of your paddle or just the darting trails of swimming fish, the water lights up like an electric light water show. The amazing images of perfectly lit dolphin zooming by, cause the water to spark up in glowing blue colors, just like in the movie Life of Pi.

Throughout the years we have enjoyed unforgettable birds-eye views, of beautiful and colorful sunsets! With shades of orange, red, purple and yes even pink!

We love living on our own private island peninsula. Our only neighbors are the dolphin and manatee. The mornings are quiet and calm, great for meditating or taking a nice morning swim in our scallop shape pool while enjoying the daybreak view of the river as it comes to life. At night we love sitting in our gazebo and listening to the waves and gently breeze while enjoying a cocktail.

Merritt Island is a National Wildlife Refuge. Many migratory birds and other wild life including manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, alligator, blue heron, bald eagles, ospreys, bobcats, and the elusive Florida panther live here. It is also a water fowl hunting area.

Bicycles, fishing supplies, snorkeling and beach gear are available upon request. Also 2 small ATVs are available upon request. There is also a golf cart available for use on the property.
Guest will have access to the entire home and all of its amenities, which include an outdoor pool, 2 kayaks, a windsurfer, an outside basketball hoop as well as an in pool basketball hoop and in pool volleyball net and an outdoor ping pong table. Indoors, there is a game room with an Xbox One S and a PlayStation 4 accessible to guests, as well as three Apple TVs with access to more than 700 movies and TV shows. The indoor gym has a heated jacuzzi and sauna. The pool-table room has a snooker table, dartboard and poker/roulette/blackjack/craps table. In the kitchen, guests will find a fully functional kitchen with many appliances including, a Keurig coffee maker, an ice machine, two mini fridges, a large fridge, seperate freezer, washer and dryer and double ovens. The home also has three seperate gas fireplaces. One in the master bedroom, the other in the pool table room and the centerpiece of the home is a large round coquina rock structure that houses the main fireplace.

We can provide a housekeeper for an additional daily fee if desired.
