Merci beaucoup Jacques pour votre retour. Je suis ravi que l'emplacement central de l'appartement vous ait permis de facilement explorer Lyon à pied. Hi Jenny, Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad the apartment's central location suited your city break needs. It's great to hear that you found the space appropriately furnished for your stay. I apologize for the inconvenience with the upper level and the heating issue. I understand how important it is to have a comfortable environment, especially in colder weather. I'll make sure these points are looked into promptly to improve future stays. Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Best wishes, GuestReady Group Team

Bonjour Anette, Merci beaucoup pour votre avis et votre séjour chez nous. Je suis ravi de savoir que vous avez passé un très bon séjour. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau très bientôt ! Cordialement, GuestReady Group Team

Hello Karine, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are delighted that you appreciated the central location and the quietness of the apartment. We are sorry to hear that the cleanliness was not up to par, and acknowledge for the crumbs and uncleaned corners. We have already informed our housekeeping team to prevent this from happening again. We also fixed the coffee maker problem. For information and instructions in English, we understand this may be an inconvenience and we are looking for a solution to provide information in multiple languages. We will also look into the option of having an emergency support team available in different languages. Thank you again for your valuable comments. Sincerely, GuestReady Group Team
