We're glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay! We have brought up the housekeeping items you mentioned to our crew as that is not at all consistent with our normal standards. We will make sure these are addressed moving forward. We also will check the mattress and ensure it does not need replacing. We try to pick middle of the road firmness to help accommodate varying guest preferences. Other than that, we're so glad you had a good stay. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with VRC again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, and we apologize if the cleanliness and comfort of the property fell short during your visit. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will use them to make improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests. We would have been happy to have housekeeping address any missed cleaning items, had you notified us during your stay about the issues you encountered. Regarding the dated aspects of the property, we understand that everyone's preferences differ, and we appreciate your perspective. We continually work to maintain and update our property to enhance the overall guest experience. We will review the property's amenities and furnishings with the owner to try and improve future guest experiences as well. We hope that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time at the Tamarron Resort. Your feedback helps us to continually improve, and we would appreciate another opportunity to host you and provide a more positive experience. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further comments or if there's anything else we can do for you.

We are thrilled you left this review and enjoyed this property so much! I'm guessing the glasses had some hard water spots on them, so we will be sure the Lemi-Shine is stocked under the sink to prevent this. A kickball game sounds like a blast! We hope you come back again, too! Heather / VRC

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're so glad to hear that the condo’s location, furniture, and kitchen were a good fit for your stay, and that you enjoyed the walks around the area. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We take cleanliness very seriously, and we will work with our cleaning team to ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned between guests. Your feedback on the sound between units is also helpful, and we have taken this into consideration for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a more seamless experience next time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us. We're very sorry that the Tamarron staff did not call you back, unfortunately their staff is not part of our team but they should have been better at communicating and we will pass this information along to their manager. If you call Premier Vacation Rentals instead of the front desk we would be happy to help get these items resolved. Again, we apologize you had this experience with the resort staff as that is not consistent with how our team interacts and responds to guests. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you give us another chance as most guests love staying at Tamarron.

Thank you for leaving a review. We're so glad you had an enjoyable stay at Tamarron. We did not realize the condo had a smell and have sent our maintenance technician over to figure out where the smell is coming from. Thank you for calling and letting us know so that we could have it remedied as soon as possible. Other than that, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

We're glad you had an enjoyable stay. Thank you for the heads up about the hive in the wall. We will have the appropriate measure taken to either securely relocate the bees or remedy them if they were actually wasps. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon.
