Came down to Minneapolis from Canada for a getaway and would highly recommend Minnestay as your choice for accommodations. Second time at Sable!

Perfect spot for us to enjoy our family and visit the city of Minneapolis! We especially enjoy the noise policy and it’s very quiet all around, except…check the construction disclaimer if you’re planning to sleep in during the week! Saturday and Sunday were peaceful, Monday morning we were startled by awake by the construction next door! A great place to stay other than the noise!

The whole reserving process and check in and out was a lot, felt a bit violated with my privacy even when they ask for a pic of you holding stuff, too many steps and they even have instructions for you when you check out that include partial cleaning, I’m sorry I never experienced such a stressful place before, didn’t even enjoy my stay thinking of the check out list

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the process stressful, though our instructions and support are designed to make check-in and check-out straightforward. Our verification steps are in place to help ensure the safety of both guests and the property. Our checkout list - running the dishwasher, placing used towels on the bathroom floor, and locking the doors - is standard and not meant to be burdensome. We provide clear instructions at every step, and our team is available via Vrbo messaging, text, phone, or email to assist and prevent any confusion. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything feels unclear or stressful. We appreciate your comments and will continue to look for ways to make the process smoother for future guests.

The parking was convenient and felt secure. The place itself was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed and bedding were plentiful and very comfortable. My only complaint was the thermostat and lack of temperature control. Before bed, I set it to a cool 65, but both nights I woke up in the middle of the night to find the room hot, with the thermostat reading 75. The second night, I adjusted it back down around 1 a.m., only to find it back at 75 again by morning.
