We stayed a few weeks in January. Very comfortable, centrally located, with a great layout and plenty of storage space. Everything is fully stocked including beach chairs and towels. It’s a gated community with plenty of secure parking. I loved the keyless entry and 1 bag garbage pickup right outside door several times a week. The complex was well maintained and had a gorgeous pool and club house area with a walking path around the lake. I work remotely. The WIFI in the condo was high speed and worked very well. I would take the gate key and go for walks around the neighborhood. Shelia is very responsive and kind. There is a really good Mexican restaurant and Publix across the street. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!!

Nice but needs updating and deep clean

The condo is nice with a well stocked kitchen but needs to be updated. Grounds are ni e and well maintained. Location is great.Trim needs to be cleaned and painted. Bathrooms need to be redone. Mattress on king bed is extremely firm and is no longer new which should be updated in write-up. We put towels over the cushion on the bench on the patio as it did not smell very good and it looked dirty. I washed the floor mats in the bathrooms because they were dirty. I vacuumed out the bathroom fans so they would work. Owner was extremely timely in responding to any issues.

Great location

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Location was great- close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The condo community was quiet and safe and tucked away from all the traffic. Communication with the owner was prompt and she handled all problems quickly. If you aren’t an early riser, be aware that the blinds are no match for the early morning Florida sunrise.

Great Place and Location

The only thing we had an issue with are the blinds in the bedroom. Blinds are up but dont do anything to keep the light out. The bedroom faces the east. We would not hesitate to stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The complex is very well maintained. It's a gated complex with a lot of parking space.The condo is nicely decorated. Amenities exactly as listed. The king bed was very comfortable. Sheila replied to me quickly with the questions I had.

Lovely complex, great location.

Serenata is a lovely complex conveniently located for much of Sarasota including the airport and UTC (shopping centre). Sheila & Mark’s condo is very close to the club house (fitness room, pool table) and swimming pool and a short stroll to the tennis court. We had a great two week stay in their well-equipped condo. Sheila & Mark were quick to respond to any queries before and during our stay - and were particularly helpful after our holiday, having discovered we’d left some items behind. Great stay, great hosts. Thank you!

Baseball World Series

We have two boys ages 11 and 13. They truly enjoyed having the pool to themselves and the pool table. The place was quiet and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and having Publix and Walmart within walking distance was wonderful. The only negative would be the price of the cleaning fee as I had to throw away used soap bars in both showers sweep hair up in bathroom and clean the bathtubs due to them having a dirt film in them like they were not rinsed out well. No biggie as I own my own cleaning service and understand things get missed but if paying a higher cleaning fee I would expect more. With that being the only negative we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Wonderful Get away

We rented the condo for a month and still didn't have enough time to do everything The place itself was beautiful. We're older seniors and the twenty steps was the best exercise we could get. Sheila was exceptional .

Centrally located for exploring the beaches and sites

Great condo complex with a nice pool and fitness room. The condo owners are gradually upgrading the furnishings and doing a nice job. We experienced issues with the microwave, and the owner said they’re getting a new one. We also encountered a few things that were not as clean as we like, but we just cleaned them ourself. Owner was quick to respond whenever we had a question. Loved the new king bedroom set. Super comfortable!

Nice property, highly recommend

This is a very nice property to stay at, condo had everything we needed, check in was very easy, no problems whatsoever. The owner responded immediately when we did have to contact regarding a minor issue. Great location, private and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with fantastic pool access!!

We loved the location, it was right where we were looking for with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed going to the pool right outside the rental and the tennis courts were a nice surprise! Everything was very comfortable. I can't give it 5 stars though. I struggle to say anything negative about a rental - especially when this is most likely the fault of the housekeeping company, but it's still on my mind so here it goes: Let me start with it was very clean! If COVID is a concern for you I reassure you the space was clean. What they did though was clean around the items the last guest left. Expired milk and open spaghetti sauces in the fridge, a pair of underwear in the closet, a hairy brush in the drawer, earrings on the table. I clean up after my family at home and didn't care for it here. I left some of it. We also were not provided trash bags and all hand soap dispensers were empty (last guest added water to one). I bought 3 hand soaps and trash bags and left them behind, I would gladly pay an extra $10 a night for those to be provided. We came in on Christmas Eve with an hour to get to Publix before they closed and didn't realize we didn't have those items before we went. It was inconvenient for 2 days until the stores opened again. The freezer was full of ice (because the ice maker is broke) and 2 almost empty ice cream containers. Had to clean all that up too (without trash bags). None of these things were deal breakers or enough to ruin our vacation but I felt something that needed to be said.

Thanksgiving Get Away

The property was great. Condo was clean and everything worked as described. Had a little trouble getting into gated community, but it was my error. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay that is convenient to everything this is great. We are 15-min to St Armand and 20-min to Siesta Key Beach. Pool and facilities are super nice and clean, even has a place to wash your car!
