Enjoy this home’s excellent outdoor space that features a heated pool, hot tub, sunset deck, and firepit as well as an outdoor kitchen/grilling area that overlooks the canal.
Bring your boats! We have a dock area for boat access to our 100' private dock and 50amp shore power and 15' clearance. The home features quick ocean access, a neighboring marina, and a lighted fish cleaning station at the dock for your convenience.

The house was perfect for three families to stay in. The kitchen was great for cooking and acted as the central hub for our gathering. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed to shake off our winter blues. The house was well stocked and clean. Would highly recommend!

Great living space inside & out. There were 4 couples, all family for a layed-back vacation. There were state of the art electronics with the TV’s in every room, speakers, wifi, etc. we had a little trouble getting things working outside to watch the NCAA ballgames, but it was on elsewhere! Kristi spent time with us trying to help us get situated & was very helpful! We got the speakers working & it connected to garage speakers accidentally one night which played all night long! Oops! It was very convenient to many restaurants & grocery & liquor stores. We also walked all around & by the high school on the weekend which was great. We used coffee maker, microwave & Toaster at the same time & blew a fuse but just moved the appliances to different plugs. It had lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc, to cook at the house too. We could have used more coffee cups… but it was a Beautiful home & perfect for 4 great bedrooms & baths!

Everything was perfect ! Family vacation with our adult children. Everyone had plenty of space , the location was perfect for taking our boat out fishing , and the dock fishing at night was so fun caught a ton of fish We enjoyed the pool , just hanging out laughing and making memories. We will be back!

This property was absolutely perfect! The owner Sean was attentive to any questions we had and the check in/out process was simple. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, appliance and gadget. We loved using the Sonos to play music and the hot tub and pool were clean and easy to operate. We also spent spare time fishing from the dock where the manatees were regular visitors. 216 Johnny is the perfect location for your trip to the keys. Thanks Sean!

Pool and hotub both heated. Great kitchen area, very heavily constructed building which keeps noise down both from other rooms inside the house and from outside. Close to tons of good food and amenities. I’ve stayed in Islamorada, Key Largo, Marathon, Key West, and now Tavernier and this was my favorite overall location.

This place was as nice as they get. Top notch everything. Modern contemporary design, spacious, and comfortable. Outdoor cooking area with awesome sound system, TV, and pool with hot tub were a big hit with our family. Indoor kitchen has only the finest appliances, and a huge island that seated all 7 of us. Very close to boat rental place and a few restaurants. Large dock with great views down both canals. Our fishing guide caught a Tarpon off the dock while cleaning fish! Pictures don’t do it justice. Would love to return some day.

Beautiful modern house

Beautiful modern house in a great location. This place is a hidden gem. Modern architecture meets cozy luxury and comfort. We had two families with kids ages 11-17 and the pool, hot tub, sound system and upstairs loft made for ample entertainment. The location is outstanding, as it’s located right on the corner of the channel with a wrap around dock and beautiful views of the water. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and kept them right there. House has a few bikes and the kids loved to ride around town. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially loved the abundance of custom Yetis. The outdoor kitchen had it all…full size frig, built in commercial ice maker, griddle and grill…which came in so handy for our group of 10. Beds were all comfortable and pantry and cupboards were stocked with basic necessities. The owner, Sean, was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Paradise Vacation Home!

This home was perfect for our group of 9 teenagers and adults. The secluded waterfront location is ideal for boating and water sports and close to restaurants and shops. The house was fully stocked, clean, modern and extremely well appointed with EVERYTHING we could ask for and much much more. We highly recommend this beautiful home for families and friends to make great memories and we will be back!

UNBELIEVABLE TIME!!!

Without question 216 property is top of the line on every single category! Newly built! Custom design and build! Location is perfect, next to bars, restaurants and both the gulf and Atlantic are accessible by boat within 2 minutes. We drove to Hens And Chickens snorkel spot in about 15 minutes. LOVED IT! We hot tubbed, swam in the pool, paddleboarded (which you can rent right across the canal.) We paddeboarded to Old Tavernier Bar one canal over and LOVED IT! MUSIC thoughout the entire house!!! The owner and manager are sooo down to earth! We had a personal cater come for one meal and highly recommend him! Chef Drew! ONLY ONE BAD review...Locations of the trash cans in the kitchen...I mean, clearly during the design process it was the only time the design team was a lil tipsy...Who puts the trashcans sooo far from the kitchen sink. :) Serious, we had to try hard to come up with anything to complain about, because it's just a little slice of perfection.
