Property is nice and large. Comfortable for a larger group. Enough space to commune but also to relax separately if necessary. A couple of the rooms have work stations/desks which was great because I actually needed to get some work done while we were there. The patio area is comfortable and offered a good retreat on the cooler nights. Overall I would recommend the property again.

Deevie, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re happy to hear that the home provided plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy their own privacy when needed. It’s also great to know that the dedicated workspaces came in handy and that you were able to enjoy some peaceful evenings on the patio. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are glad the home met your group’s needs. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to the area again! Warm regards, Louis

This is an exceptional property. I’ve stayed at many rentals and I can say without reservation this one had the easiest check-in process, accurate description, and the right level of communication with the host. Everything that you would expect to be present was here - no running out for paper towels or coffee or propane. From the coffee bar with a wide variety of syrups to extra blankets and pillow pillows, this was a top experience for us. The location was perfect - about 20 min to tubing on the river and New Braunsfuls. I would gladly stay here again and I’m so thankful for the host ensuring our little family reunion was such a success.

Great stay; lots of small and pool was great for kids.

Overall a great stay. Only rated a 4 for location, due to noise from highway. Owners were great and very easy to answer questions. Would recommend!

Very clean; easy access to the area's attractions and shopping

This is a very clean property--as pet owners whose dog travels with us, it's refreshing to find a pet-friendly property that is fresh and immaculate. The pool is lovely and although the golf course is closed, the grass is cut often and it's a great area for daily family walks. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We'll be back!

Absolutely Beautiful Stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful, and our host was amazing! Everything was well thought out and made our stay so enjoyable. The kitchen was especially impressive — all the cabinets were clearly labeled, which made finding everything super easy.Miss Karen, our host, was truly wonderful and made us feel right at home. The house had five spacious bedrooms, plus well stocked 3 ane1/2 bathrooms and everything we needed in each room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip.I would definitely rent this property again whenever I'm in Austin. Highly recommend!

Lots of Space

My wife and I just had an adult weekend with a few of our friends and we had a great time. Really nice house, lots of space for the whole group, and a perfect temperature pool to relax it. We only live an hour away but sometimes its nice to just get away and unwind with friends. This is the perfect house for that.
