Diese Luxusvilla verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten! Geräumiges Haus ist komfortabel, sicher und privat. Es ist komplett mit einem privaten Weg zum Strand, perfekter Zugang zum Schwimmen und Kajaks gated. Unser Strand bietet direkt vor der Tür Schwimmen, Schnorcheln und Kajakfahren (Kajak wird gestellt). Ein sandiger Kiteboard-Start befindet sich ganz in der Nähe von North Beach. Das Haus verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem König und ein Gästezimmer mit einer Königin. Beide haben große Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Das Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine übergroße Badewanne. Es bietet Platz für 4 Personen und jedes Zimmer des Hauses hat Meerblick. Es gibt ein Queensize-Bett draußen auf der Veranda für zusätzliche 2 Personen für diejenigen, die gerne draußen schlafen. Ein Reisebett ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage mit vielen Ventilatoren im ganzen Haus.

Das gesamte Haus ist von einer überdachten Veranda umgeben, die Ihren Wohnraum verdoppelt. Tolles Zuhause für schöne Familienerinnerungen. Die Veranda am Pool bietet eine Hängematte zum Entspannen und einen schattigen Blick auf den Pool. Die Veranda am Strand bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Meer mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Ein großer Gasgrill und ein Waschbecken im Freien machen das Kochen zum Kinderspiel.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit erstklassigen Geräten ausgestattet (Wikingerherd, Whirlpool Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Müllentsorgung). Voller Zugang zur Waschküche mit zusätzlichem Whirlpool-Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank.

Der große Raum verfügt über Indoor-Dining-Optionen, einen großen Wohnbereich mit einem Daunensofa, zwei Stühlen, zwei Ottomanen und eine Daunen-Chaiselongue. Ein Flachbildfernseher (Netflix wird mitgeliefert) und eine Stereoanlage mit iPod- oder Telefonanschluss runden das Unterhaltungsangebot ab. Der gesamte Innenraum wird von WiFi bedient.

Unser Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool mit Wasserfall bieten im Winter Privatsphäre und Windschutz. Beide haben eine wundervolle Aussicht. Poolspielzeug, Sandspielzeug und Liegestühle sind vorhanden.

Telefon für den lokalen Gebrauch zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine zusätzliche Reinigung ist gegen Aufpreis möglich. Auch Catering kann arrangiert werden. Alle Informationen erhalten Sie in einem Begrüßungsordner und vom Hausverwalter, der Sie begrüßen wird.

Das Casa Mariposa liegt 800 m nördlich der Pickleball-Plätze Tres Palapas und des Restaurants Maxico, 3,2 km nördlich von Los Barriles am Strand. In und um die Stadt finden Sie viele gute Restaurants, Märkte, Einkaufs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten, darunter Fahrräder, Sportfischerboote, Geländefahrzeuge, Kite- und Windsurf-Verleih / Unterricht. Einige der besten Marlin-Fischer und -Kitesurfer der Welt sind hier im Meer von Cortez.

House was as advertized! Clean and well cared for. Pool and spa were great. The many outdoor areas were comfortable and relaxing! Chef came and cooked for us and the kitchen amenities worked great for him. Julie was able to recommend a chef and a masseuse. We are going back in April.

We had such a wonderful time at Casa Mariposa. The house is absolutely gorgeous..beautiful architecture and so tastefully furnished. ..Very tranquil vibe, we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. It was nice to be a bit outside of town, magical sunsets! The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a day of windsurfing.. This is a very special property..you won’t want to leave!!

Casa Mariposa was exactly what we were looking for. First time down the peninsula and we were so thrilled to have spent time here. We spent a lot of time walking the super quiet beach and watching whales swim by. The star gazing was second to none! The property itself leaves you wanting for nothing- the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The house itself feels so cozy while also providing lots of space for our family. Julie (property manager) was always quick to respond to questions or give advice. We will definitely be going back

nice but could be better

This was my first time going to Mexico and did not know what to expect . I have to say overall it was a good experience , but the place was difficult to find in the dark especially when gps does not work well in the area . We did find the house with help from Julie the local concierge but there are few street signs and the property is not marked at all . We stayed for a month and after a few days found our way around easier. The house is as advertised , very nicely furnished and the bed we slept in very comfortable . I do need to say the place needs to be maintained better . They caution you that the gas kitchen range oven takes awhile to start , well use alot of caution gas is buildiing up while it is waiting to start i know because i opened the door to see if it was lit and it exploded in my face . Also the top burners won't light without a lighter or match which we had to buy at the store because the one provided was empty . We were cautioned about the clothes dryer you have to jiggle the door to make it work ? we did a tempory fix with tape so we could use it , next we are told be cautious the guest bath toilet runs sometimes , well the flush handle fell off the first time i used it , i did a temporary repair with paper clips and masking tape so it would work , i could go on and on but people pay alot of money to stay here , fix some things !! I was under the impression there were supposed to be kayaks and a bbq and they were locked up or not there . Lastly we were told that it is very safe here and the concierge told us she doesn't even lock her doors ? Well the 4th night about 2am we had the bedroom slider open a bit to hear the waves and an intruder came in to rob us , luckily i am a big guy with a loud voice and chased him off , i have no idea his intentions but we were scared to death . You really can't call the police for help easily here so i waited till later and contacted Julie and told her what happened , then we got a key so we could lock the gates ( would have nice to have right away ) I got sticks off the beach to block the doors and windows that did not have them and started leaving the exterior lights on at night , but we did not get much sleep thinking they were coming back. We thought about leaving but stuck it out and overall the locals are really nice and the house adequate . My wife and i have rented a luxury house for a month for the last 8 years somewhere warm in the winter and have never had so many issues .

Robert Weed, We are saddened to hear that your very first trip to Mexico was not up to your standards. This home has been in our family over 25 years and we have never received any complaints before. That said, I understand that your experience with the potential intruder shaped your view of not only our home as well as your trip. In all of our years we have never experienced anything like this in our home or our town. Other homes were also targeted by this person and gladly some of those did call 911 (dialed just as you would in the US), and the person was caught the following morning. Thankfully throughout all of that no one was hurt. Hopefully you understand that a situation such as that is entirely out of our control and in no way a reflection of how our home is kept. In addition, we always include a gate key (which is on the key ring handed over upon check-in) and the beach gate lock. We have also taken additional steps to secure the property, including additional bars for windows (we have always kept spares in the laundry room and have added more) and exterior cameras have been installed monitoring both entrances to the property. As far as locating the property, all our guests are asked to call upon arrival and to meet our property manager at an easy to find location, neither of these were done by you and Julie only received a call from you after you couldn’t locate the house (which would have been inaccessible anyway as all entrances are locked). This information was supplied prior to your travel date, and we have taken steps to ensure it is clearly received. As far as maintenance on the home, we had the Viking service rep look over the entire range unit, service it and order a new igniter for the stove burners, as that was the only issue found. Regarding the toilet you refer to, we would have been happy to send our repair person to fix it for the duration of your stay. We were only made aware of the issue after your check out and have since replaced the entire toilet after finding parts had been removed. The kayak is available, and I apologize it was not visible to you for use. Also a new BBQ was in the process of being purchased and assembled. We were not made aware of your desire to use it, otherwise would have interrupted your stay for installation. A reminder when traveling using VRBO and the like, you are staying in someone’s home. Rearranging furniture, light fixtures, modifying sprinkler systems etc is extremely disrespectful to personal property. We wish you all the best on your future travels.

Paradise Found...

We arrived for a ten day stay on March 9th to an awesome property - one that was even better than the delicious online description. House, porch and pool were all immaculate. Fran, the property manager, stayed in close contact with us providing clear instructions about finding the property and arriving to meet us there. She also arranged for us to have Norma and Dayan cook in house for us on two nights during our stay as requested. That was just terrific - superior! We were quite comfortable for the entire 10 days despite the pandemic and, in fact, felt safe there. Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms large and lovely, kitchen fully outfitted (which we appreciated because we love to cook). The views of the Sea of Cortez are spectacular. The town and restaurants are wonderful - Trineys our Go To place, La Casita exceptional (we even celebrated a birthday there and were treated to fireworks) and the pizza place in the plaza downtown great. Fresh OJ and fish off the street-all delicious. We traveled to La Paz and to Todos Santos (if you go, you must eat at El Mirador tho it is challenging to get there) - give yourself plenty of time to explore and shop. All in all it was a wonderful trip. We conquered our fear of travel during the pandemic and went for it. Glad we did. Much appreciation Chloe for your exceptional property and Fran and her crew for anticipating all of our needs. Looking forward to our next time there! Best, Constance and Crew
