Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private standing deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and town.

This level also features a second fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kitchen island, and all the cooking tools you need to create delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which flows seamlessly into two expansive outdoor spaces. The first balcony, connected to the living room and kitchen, offers stunning ocean views and a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The second is a rooftop deck with panoramic vistas that will leave you speechless. Both outdoor spaces are equipped with canopies, allowing you to relax in the shade while enjoying the fresh air and spectacular scenery.
