Eine der schönsten Aussichten in ganz Dillon. Sie befinden sich in Anchorage 43 an der Weltspitze. Es ist eine schöne 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder am See Dillon mit Blick auf die Berge und den See. Der Komplex verfügt über einen ganzjährig geöffneten Whirlpool und einen beheizten Außenpool im Sommer. 10 Schlafplätze Dekoriert im Berg- und Seestil. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Ledermöbel, raumhohe Fenster, einen Holzkamin und einen großen Flachbildschirm. Free Wifi und Kabel. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet viel Ablagefläche und eine Küchenbar für 4 Personen. Keurig und regelmäßige Kaffeemaschinen für jedermann. Es ist einfach, sich um den großen Esstisch zu versammeln, an dem 8 Personen Platz finden. Zusätzlicher Frühstücks- oder Spieltisch für 4 Personen befindet sich neben der eingebauten Getränkebar mit separatem kleinem Kühlschrank und Bargeschirr. Das Anchorage ist ein wunderschöner Komplex direkt am Wasser mit gepflegtem Grundstück. Große Spielwiese im Winter oder Sommer. Der gemeinsame Whirlpool im Freien mit Bergblick und der beheizte Außenpool sind nur im Sommer geöffnet. Kostenlose, nicht zugewiesene Parkplätze mit Genehmigung für bis zu 4 Fahrzeuge.

Auf See Dillon. Im Winter sind es nur 5 Minuten bis Keystone, 15 Minuten bis Arapahoe Basin oder Copper Mountain und 20 Minuten bis Breckenridge. Nur 30 Minuten nach Vail. Incredible place and view

The view is magical and the perfect place for our large family. There are lots of towels, comfortable beds, easy parking and check in, clean, stocked with necessities, nice kitchen and huge deck. We had a wonderful vacation and would book there again.

Awesome views, awesome rental.

Everything about our stay here was exactly as advertised! It has stunning views and plenty of space. The management team was super helpful and easy to work with!

Thank you for the review. Future guests should understand that while this property is not fully updated, the property is priced accordingly. Given the property's large size, beautiful view, and complex amenities, this property provides outstanding value to guests. If this property was fully updated, it would rent for twice the rate that it is currently advertised for.

Let's call this review "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly."The Good: the Location, the View, the 4 Beds & 4 Baths, the wood burning fireplace, the communication with management and the easy Check-in and Check-out.The Bad: the severely stained carpet, the broken blinds, the spiral staircase, and the weak Wifi.The Ugly: the stinking shoes and the missing blinds. I wrote a much more detailed review but the system wouldn't allow its length.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is magnificent and location right on the path for running and biking. We walked to the amphitheater for a concert and activities. The unit has a great deck, clean, stocked, comfortable beds, lots of towels and has multiple desks - we worked from there. Management company was great. Easy check in and out. Easy parking. Central location close to Silverthorn, only 10 minutes to Keystone and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. We plan on staying here again.

It was mostly wonderful with the exception of the blinds on the sunny side of the condo that did not work properly. It made the condo extremely hot during the afternoon. We were also disappointed that the pool was not in service but appreciated the discount we received because of it. Other than those two things, everything was perfect.

Thank you for your review. During warm sunny days, this property will be temporarily warmer than other properties based on how the sun hits the large window. The fact that the blinds cannot be closed only minorly impacts the heat inside the property. We regret that the pool was not available during this guest's stay. We provided a generous refund based on the unanticipated inconvenience.

Spectacular View and comfortable accomadations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dillon and the view from the condo was spectacular. We loved watching the sail boats on the lake every day. The location was close to restaurants, fishing locations, hiking trails, movie theater, outdoor live music, etc. We also explored Breckenridge, Frisco, and Keystone as well. The condo itself was clean and beds were very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom offered it's own bathroom since we were traveling with our two adult boys. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and amenity you could need. We would visit again.

Xmas Family Vacay

Property was in great Location and in very good condition. The four Master design is perfect for four families. Each family had it's own bath and bedroom.. Spiral Staircase to second floor is tite and steep -- not recommended for seniors. But the two main floor masters work great!! The entrance to the unit is on the third floor, but it is only a few steps to good parking. The view from the two story full windows is incredible, looking at Lake Dillon and the Mountains!! Worth the price of admission by itself!! It was a cold walk to the outdoor hot tub (0 - 5 degrees) but the tub was good. King sized beds were soft and completely outfitted with comforters and pillows. The laundry was useful!! Plenty of hot water and good comfortable showers. All the utensils and kitchen extras were top quality. The owners even left some food in the pantry. Overall we had a great time and the property worked well for us. Skiing at Copper & Loveland, Skating at Breck, indoor hot tub (for the kids) at the Silverthron Rec center. Groceries at City Market less than a mile away., Even did a little shopping at Keystone. Good place to stay --- right in the middle of a lot of fun!!

Great Views but....

Positives:There was room for all of us to have our own bedrooms and sleep comfortably. The location was great. It is close to restaurants, skiing and shopping. It was a great base for day trips to Cooper Mtn and Breckenridge w/o being in crowds.The view is gorgeous! We enjoyed pretty sunsets & those of us that stayed upstairs got to enjoy the morning sun and the view from the walk space.Mgmt was very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance.Negatives:I assumed that there would be an elevator as the listing stated, "top floor". There is not. It is 3 flights of stairs to the top pulling bags through the snowy steps. We had an elderly family member who walks with a cane who had a hard time with the stairs. Had I known that we had flights of stairs to navigate I would have chosen differently as this is a huge concern for her/us. There are spiral stairs inside. It was hard to get our bags as it is very narrow. It was a two person job.The condo is very cold & there is a lot of cold air coming in through the slider in the living room. It made it uncomfortable to sit on the sofa. We were told to keep the blinds closed at all times to keep the heat in-there went our view. There was a boiler issue & Mgmt did drop off space heaters to help which we used the entire time we were in the condo. Needs some maintenance as there are issues with the sliders, blinds, carpets (worn), wobbly chairs and low water pressure in some baths. But the view was 5 stars.

Needs Updating

The oven did not work - some of the burners on the stove top did not work - maintenance man said there wasn't anything he could do about it as it was old and needs to be replaced. His suggestion was to cook everything at 500 or broil and just to watch it. The carpet needs to be updated - it is showing age and wear. The heater did not work in the living/comon area - per the maintenance man the "owners" turn off the living area heater to force the use of the fireplace so the area stayed cold even with the fireplace lit - this was also true of the first lower level bedroom as it didn't work either and the room stayed cold. The heater system vents on the wall beside the table appeared to be damaged. The table only had 7 chairs. The chairs around the kitchen table need to be replaced the arms are almost falling off. The fan/light/heater in the toilet/bathrooms need to be replaced as they don't work properly either. The light bulb in the upper left bedroom was replaced and went out shortly after - so there must be a problem with the fixture or something other than the bulb. The fireplace screen kept falling down. There were cracked glass ware in the cabinets - we threw them away so nobody used them. There needs to be an instruction packet giving instructions for the unit such as: location of the firewood that is to be used, trash disposal and things like you need a parking pass, etc. The firewood we found and used was quite wet and hard to get lit and keep lit.
