Nice Place

This was a great place and worked great for 2 families (9 people), with every room having its own full bathroom and an additional powder room. A little tlc is needed and this would be a 5 star place to stay. I still think its a great find and would stay again.

Family ski trip

Great space! Kept in good shape and very clean. It's right off the interstate, making it an ideal location to get to a number of ski hills. The pots and pans could use an update, but that was our only real complaint. Would definitely re-book!

This rental was ideal for us to share with other family members, including 3 little kids, as we visited other family in the area. Each bedroom having an en suite bathroom allowed everyone to have their own private space. The different bedroom configurations helped accommodate our different families well. The kitchen was well stocked and the large dining table and downstairs outdoor space gave options for gathering together with our whole family. Everything we needed and wanted to do was a short drive down the hill.

We loved this property. The location was good, the property was very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved having the washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. I do agree with another reviewed, the dishwasher didn't seem to get the dishes clean.

Family ski trip

Called re: hot tub..was taken care of same say...beds comfortable..linens plentiful. Had to call to get code to enter property, was not correct...nor was trash building code. But house was perfect for us! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you !

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a nice place. I don't like all the fees and additional costs associated with the booking. Turns it from reasonable to expensive very quickly.

Family vacay!

Upon our arrival the code we received did not work but customer service answered right away and we were able to get in with an extra key! We had a family of 7 kids plus my husband and I so this home was absolutely perfect for us. The home was very clean, had everything we needed, plus our kids loved the hot tub and fire pit! A great location close to town. Some highway noise but after a long day of hiking we didn’t care. Will definitely come again!!

This house suited our visit perfectly. Bedroom with queen/twin and game room with twin bunk and trundle were on the lower level. Which is where you access outdoor dpace and hot tub.Main level was kitchen, dining, living room and half bath. Open space made it great to spend time together. Upstairs is queen & king bedrooms Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus! Host was easy to reach and very communicative. This property is in Silverthrorn so close to shops and places to eat. Frisco Marina is about 15 mins away. The Adventure Park & Breckenridge are 20 minutes away. Not a bad drive.TVs in all the rooms, ceiling fans in some but property has several fan in closets to use (there is no AC home in this area).

Amazing Home

Our stay was great, and the home was clean and well-stocked. The only issues we ran into: 1) the door combination did not work so we had to use the key in the lock box. 2) There were no dish towels. 3) The grill needs a good cleaning. It started on fire while we were using it.

Ideal location, nice and well-kept house with ample space.

Well kept and maintained property. Up to date and good instructions. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need. We really appreciated some starter accessories like soaps, shampoos and other things. Ample of space throughout. Garage is usable for one car to protect from rain/sun etc. Enough parking outside too. Pretty close to markets, but at the same time at the right distance and good vicinity for peace and calm. There is no AC in this unit so if it gets too warm outside, opening windows is the only option and there are ceiling fan or table fans in some rooms. Wifi is probably good to connect a couple of devices, we could see some lag when everyone was connected during high usage.

A few days in the mountains

Beautiful house, exactly as shown in pictures. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Someone should go around the house with a screw driver, there're lots of loose things, cabinets, toilet paper roll holders, door handles etc. The entry code didn't work for the front door or garbage dumpster. Had to call customer service to get in. I-70 noise is ever present. The gorgeous 4 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for out adult family of 5. Thanks

Beautiful home with some flaws

I booked this home with my family and it was great for a group of 8 including 3 kids. The home was clean despite a few things in the master. However when we arrived the hot tub was being fixed and not able to use until the second night. The grill outside never heated and we weren’t able to use it, along with ever getting the patio lights on. I texted the service number several times but the issues never got resolved. The code for the garage also never worked so we couldn’t throw the garbage out.

Lovely townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This wonderful townhouse is perfectly designed for a family to spread out, with two bedrooms on the top level, a third on the lower level and a bonus bunk bed set on the game room. All the beds were very comfy, and the kitchen was awesome for cooking all our meals. I do wish the upstairs deck had a bit more space for enjoying the wonderful Colorado air as you don't get the views or the breeze on the ground level outdoor space. That said, the hot tub is a lovely bonus, and I imagine the fire pit would be incredible in colder weather. And for kids of all ages the fusball game is a define plus!

Vacasa bad service

Couldnt get in. Took over n hour. Gave husbands name on account but they insisted on only speakig to me. Then got confirmation for our added night via on line service but the never fullfiled it so, had to book additional night at higher rate. Very unprofessional service and slow. When we returned home I received a reply toa question about the property from over 1 week before. The home was peferce for the group but vacasa is giving a bad name to VRBO and its customers Finally got
