Diese Luxusferienwohnung überprüft alle Kästen für einen fabelhaften Strandurlaub! Was könnte man mehr verlangen? Eine schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand, die 20 Meilen Küstenblick vom Balkon umfasst. Tropic Winds 2002 beinhaltet auch einen kostenlosen Strandservice (15.03. Bis 31.10.). Es gibt einen einfachen elektronischen Schlüsselcode-Zugang und eine großartige Lage in West Panama City Beach. Es gibt keine Hotels auf beiden Seiten von Tropic Winds, keine Stoßstange an Stoßstange Verkehr, und Sie sind nur 2 Meilen von der fabelhaften Pier Park.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, einen Mixer, einen Toaster, einen Toaster und eine Mikrowelle. Great location, beautiful rooms, and the best manager.

Tropic Winds is in a great location, close to so much, but yet far enough away to avoid traffic. Building is well kept, our rooms were immaculate, and Esther was the nicest and most helpful person, made us feel right at home. Vacation couldn't have been better! Definitely will be back and recommend.

Absolutely stunning!

This had to be the nicest, cleanest condo we have ever stayed in all our years of vacationing in PCB! Beautifully decorated, extra large balcony with beautiful, comfortable furniture, and a perfectly stocked kitchen! Esther was a delight to work with! We will definitely return!

Beach view was amazing and you could enjoy from balcony; inside condo or inclusive beach chairs! Loved the wide long balcony (great for dancing; games; reading; relaxing; dining). Great place to stay!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Esther was very accommodating. The room was definitely “up-scale”. View from balcony was fantastic. Appreciated having our own parking spot, although the ramp was a challenge for a large pickup truck. We were used to taller toilets, so was difficult for my wife to get up from without a grab bar, as she recently had a hip replaced. Very enjoyable vacation!

Absolutely Perfect!!

I booked this property because of Esther. I had booked with her before and knew she is the perfect hostess! The owners should know that she is a huge asset to their property. After we arrived, we realized this was a great property to rent. Beautifully decorated and appointed, we loved the setup! And that balcony is to die for!! We will SOOOOOO be back again!! Thanks Esther and Owners for making our stay excellent! You can’t go wrong booking this condo!

Beautiful, relaxing, rejuvenating

We visited at the tail end of Tropical Storm Alberto, but walking in to our apartment was like our own paradise, even with gloomy weather. The ambiance of the condo is serene and classy. Decor is beautiful and the amenities are aplenty. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and beautiful dishes. Laundry and dishwasher on site is a huge bonus! So nice to go home without needing to do all our laundry! Beach is right out the door, nice beach chairs available, not crowded as many resorts can be. Small workout area if desired. Pool and hot tub areas, along with sauna. Within walking distance from some good food and within driving distance from the popular Pier Park and St. Andrew's, which we frequented multiple times. Esther is a wonderful manager and so easy to work with. She gets to know you prior to your stay and made sure we were safe and having a good time. We were lovingly referring to her as "Aunt Esther" even before we met her! We appreciate her attention to detail and helpfulness throughout the planning stages and our vacation. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the place was clean. Then it tapers off. The "shag" rugs need to go. God knows what's in them. The deck furniture is worn to the end and uncomfortable. And bar stools? The amount of "glass" everything needs an upgrade and removed. No decent cable. Low sink for midgets. Tubs are old fashioned. Only 2 chairs to sit at beach? No close restaurants to walk. And the parking garage is a nightmare. The worst...VRBO GETS THEIR CUT FOR NOTHING. Won't be back unless VRBO gives refunds.

As documented in all of our material, we are on-site each day and our office is in the same building as the one in which you stayed. We would have been happy to provide you with our fabulous customer service to make your stay perfect (yes, even with the rugs, parking, etc). We help many guests have fabulous and very happy stays which are reflected in our thousands of wonderful reviews over the past decade. As for the rugs, we would love to know what you found in them as they are vacuumed between each stay (hint... we don't think God would have found anything in them). :-) We also would have been more than happy to have helped you learn to use the brand new Firedog fiber-optic service (not cable) that provides 100s of hi-resolution 4k channels. The sinks and vanities and tubs are standard as they are in most buildings on our beach. As you know, the condo pictures accurately reflect the furnishings including the glass furnishings so we are perplexed as to why you booked this unit if you dislike glass and you disliked the rugs. The condo owner provided you with a free beach setup each day of your stay (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). They did this to thank you for renting and to graciously help save you money. We are sorry you expected more. You could have purchased as many as you liked from the beach service company. VRBO is a one-stop online website that helps guests easily locate any of tens of thousands of properties. If you don't appreciate the convenience and time saved using their site then we agree that you should book direct with a rental company. We do hope you had a great visit and enjoyed our beautiful beach, made lasting memories, took lots of pictures, enjoyed all that our area has to offer, and ate at many of our wonderful restaurants! AH-Mazing Property

Can't say enough good about this unit, it is impeccably decorated and spotless (thanks to Esther for the cleanliness). The owner didn't leave anything to be desired. On the 20th floor, and with windows the width of the livingroom and the master bedroom overlooking the gulf of Mexico, what more could one ask for? Oh, and the balcony is incredible, spanning the width of the unit (28 feet, I think) and 10 feet deep, hosting a dining table, two loungers and two chairs, was something that kept drawing me outside. I could go further, to let you know that the mattress was so comfy that I check to see what it was so that I could buy one - you'll sleep well : ) Last but definitely not least, I have to brag on Esther! Her attention to detail for her clients leaves you knowing that you are being taken care of. She popped in to introduce herself, and made sure that all was well for us. She provided a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dish soap and dishwasher soap, liquid soap for each bathroom, and a few other cleaning supplies...and her friendliness! Note, be sure to bring your own beach towels. We will definitely be booking with her again, and recommending her to all our family and friends. I've gained a new friend - looking forward to the next visit, Esther, and a chat over a glass of wine : )

Girl’s Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely had the best Labor Day long weekend!!! The condo at Tropic Winds was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Love our mornings on the large balcony with great relaxing furniture!! The only downsides to this complex is the swimming pool & parking garage! The pool is very tiny! Thankfully we spent most of our time on the beach but if you or your kids like a nice swimming pool this is not the place for you! The parking garage is below the units and very narrow & hard to navigate. What helped us is that our unit also had a parking space across the street in a lot. The other issue we had was the description of this until stated beach service was included with the unit but the chairs were all taken when we arrived. In my 10+ years staying in PCB have never had this happen. Sadly the Manager I spoke with argued with me & was very condescending on the phone. He did manage to rectify the situation & set up a set of the chairs himself on the beach thru the service. Overall we had a great stay in this unit! Very clean & well appointed!!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for the wonderful review of this platinum rated condo. It is very upscale and a wonderful property to vacation in. Regarding the beach chairs, you reached out to us demanding compensation because you did not like the beach chairs that were offered to you. We tried to explain that we have no control over the beach chair company and that no refund was due because the beach chairs are complimentary/free and you did not pay for them, as many other guests do. You refused to understand and continued to demand a monetary refund. In order to satisfy you, the owner of our company personally went out of their way to acquire the exact chairs you wanted and to carry them to the beach and ready them for your use within an hour of your call.. We provided to you the best customer service possible. After going out of our way to satisfy you and provide exactly what you wanted, we are disappointed that you felt we deserved a lower 3 star review for our rental manager services. We wish you wonderful future beach stays...

Birthday Trip

I came to this Condo because of the description. when I first got there the view was amazing the balcony was huge and it had a of seating on the balcony. I went to use the bathroom (I know TMI) there was no water in the toilet and the bathroom toilet had boo boo stuck to the bottom of the toilet basin. I called the property manager because I had not even used the bathroom yet. The property manager offered to come and clean but at this point I just cleaned myself. That evening I went to get in the bed and there were long strains of hair in the bed. I have braids and this was my first night in the room, so it certainly was not mine. I went to the kitchen to get some water and the there were some moldy cups in the cabinet. After all of this I did let the property manager know and he thanked me for keeping him in the loop. Also, the balcony furniture had taken a beating. The chairs on the balcony had cushion material coming out of them and the leather seats at the table on the balcony are weathered and they had better days. Other than that the location was great. The beach service was amazing and a highlight to my trip. The hot tub was a nice size. The pool is a little dated and no heated. Thank you, Riley, for being so professional.

July 2024 Best Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation a lot. I loved everything about the rental, the rooms, view and the overall ambiance. I would definitely recommend Greta’s Beach Rental to anyone planning to come to Panama City Beach. We’re already planning for our next trip.

The condo itself is beautiful and the balcony view is everything. Condo was stocked well with everything and balcony nicely furnished. The parking deck is not designed for full size trucks or suv. The turn to go up different levels in parking garage is super tight. Again condo is Awesome and owners are great.
