Diese Eigentumswohnung im ersten Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Bay-Seite unseres Grundstücks. Die Bay-Seite verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool und Holzkohlegrills. Es ist auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Golf-Teil unseres Grundstücks, wo sich ein weiterer Pool, zwei Tennisplätze und unser weißer Sandstrand befinden. Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für sechs Gäste. Das komfortabel eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett mit einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV-Service ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei große Betten mit einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit einem 50 "-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV-Service für Ihre Unterhaltung. Das Hauptbadezimmer und das Gästebadezimmer verfügen jeweils über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination mit Haltegriffen. Die geräumige Küche hat Granitoberflächen und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen ben����tigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Es gibt auch eine komfortabel eingerichtete Außenterrasse, auf der Sie und Ihre Familie die warme tropische Brise genießen können.

The location is perfect. The unit was "ok" but in need of a refresh - bathrooms were dated and rough - the rest was good. Could have used a beach umbrella so we bought one and left it in the closet for the next family.

The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodated any questions we had. There were a couple minor maintenance issues while we were there. We called the front desk and maintenance was there within the hour. The maintenance staff was also very courteous and responsive to our needs.The unit had nice updates including the kitchen and both baths. The sofas in the living room appeared to be ready to be replaced fairly soon. Until then, at least new throw pillows would improve the look. The only thing we did not like about the unit was the outdoor straw large mat that was in front of the sofas. It did not feel nice on the feet even with shoes and made the area uninviting. I would recommend replacing that rug with a soft indoor area rug.The amenities of the resort were great with the pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts. We would highly recommend Palm Bay Club for anyone staying in the Siesta Key area.

Lots of recliner chairs available for beach use. This apartment met our needs (family of 5). The pullout couch was ok but could use a good shampoo, plus the thin mattress was wanting. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. First floor access was nice. This one is a very short distance to the bay pool and hot tub. The tennis courts and beach are across the street, but traffic stops for you at the crosswalk. The beach is about 2-3 blocks (in walking distance).

Great Bay View!!

We loved the pool and view of the bay! Watching the boats and dolphins go by was great!! The walk to the pool was long, (700 steps) which we knew, but Palm Bay does have Beach access. This was important. Many complexes in the area are very strict, and will not let you access the beach. Palm Bay Club has both Bay and Beach access, which is so nice!!!
