Ponte Vecchio Suite ist eine Ferienwohnung in Florenz. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und bietet einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in einem der beliebtesten und Wohnbereich und es ist 50 Meter Entfernung von der Ponte Vecchio und wenige Meter vom Santo Spirito-Platz und Pitti Palast. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock mit Aufzug. Ponte Vecchio Suite verfügt über eine perfekte Lage für die zu Fuß mag in den historischen Straßen von Florenz und entdecken characterical Orten wie Restaurants, Trattorien, enoteche. Central, komfortabel, ideal für Ausflüge nach Florenz durch kurze Spaziergänge durch das historische Zentrum der Stadt und für diejenigen, die gerne einkaufen, Wandern, Besuch von Museen.

Die Oltrarno - "Across the Arno" ist der Handwerker Viertel, immer noch mit Werkstätten, in denen Kunsthandwerker von Hand schnitzen Möbel und Handstich-Leder-Handschuhe verpackt. Es begann als ein Arbeiterviertel, um den Überlauf aus dem expandierenden mittelalterlichen Stadt am Arno ist gegenüberliegende Ufer zu fangen, aber es wurde auch ein ziemlich schickes Gebiet für Aristokraten, um Paläste am Rande der Landschaft zu bauen. Die größte von ihnen, dem Palazzo Pitti, später wurde das Haus der Großfürsten und beherbergt heute eine Reihe von Museen an zweiter Stelle nach den Uffizien. Dahinter breitet sich die angelegten barocken Fantasien von den Boboli-Gärten, beste Park von Florenz. Masaccio Fresken in Santa Maria della Carmine hier waren einige der einflussreichsten der Frührenaissance.

Center of Ponte Vecchio without the crowds, vehicles and noise.

Clean, well appointed and very convenient to the Duomo and Uffizi. Side street makes for much more quiet than some of the major thoroughfares.

Wonderful stay in Florence

Location was great, comfortable, cosy apartment for two, easy access to everything. Wonderful grocery store down the street. Having a small kitchen for breakfast and coffee was such a bonus every morning.

Excellent stay in Florence

Property exactly as pictured/described. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the AC, made use of the convenient washing machine and slept well in the comfortable bed. Great location. As this is our preferred area to base in Florence, we would definitely stay again.

Great neighborhood but far from the train and I planned numerous trips to other Tuscan locations. I did get to know the city well. It was high season and very very crowded. The chalkenge for me was the bed with a bottom sheet and no removable cover over the quilt on top. I doubt if the quilt was clean. The mattress also was likely very old and too soft on one side so compressed to only a couple of inches. Great communication with the owner and easy to check in and get into the apt and building.

Still the best location

Just over the Ponte Vecchio on the Oltrarno side of the Arno. A safe place to get access your banking about a five minute walk and great coffee in minutes. Comfortable bed and easy access to owner…very secure.

The apartment is in a great location to many of the sights. Check-in process was easy and host very communicative. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there are stairs as well as an elevator. Very well kept and has all the essentials you would need.

We spent a month in Kay’s nice apartment near the Ponte Vecchio. He made check-in easy and always answered our questions quickly. The area was perfect with a good supermarket nearby and an easy walk to many attractions. The apartment had a good washing machine and the kitchen was perfect for cooking our pasta. We loved it all.

Perfect for our trip!

We had a wonderful experience here all around. The communication from the host was great and the location was ideal -off a popular street and walking distance to everything. But the street itself is quiet with multiple laundry and a small store for snacks and drinks across the street. The apartment is small but clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. We felt very well cared for and were extremely happy with our experience.

We totally enjoyed our 9 days here.Location is easy access to Ponte vecchio & all museums & shopping. Everything is just minutes of walking distance plus excellent supermarket 5 minute walk. Fruit/veg market is across the street. Ilkay was there to meet us on arrival & offered her help if we needed her. Building was quiet. All our needs were met. We would happily return for another stay.

Apartment was in the perfect spot. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was just great. Only problem was my husband is a big man and had trouble with the size of the shower. Water was lovely and hot. Kitchen well equipped. Great communication with ilkay the owner. Would recommend.

Perfect location

A cute property within easy reach of Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio a few steps away. Great for night walking the Arno and sneaking an evening gelato. Devrim showed us the apartment And was very reachable if needed. We did not cook much as it was so easy to get great food out. Me self in the bedroom and my grown grandson on the sofa bed. Great location!!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay & would return! The location couldn’t be in a better spot- it’s right in the middle of all the action and everything is no more than a 20 min walk! It was a little noisy but the streets got quiet at nighttime so we never had an issue with sleeping. The only small downfalls were that the apartment halls smelt like cigarette smoke (smelt fine inside apartment though) and it would have been nice to have 1 more roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Kay was SUPER responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Thanks for sharing your place with us, Kay!!

Wonderful location, great host!

We spent 1 week in Ilker’s very conveniently located apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. Ilker met us at the apartment when we arrived from the train station to show us around the apartment, give us keys and answer our questions. This location very near the Ponte Vecchio bridge could not be better. It allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to see. During our stay we had to contact Ilker with some questions and he responded immediately via text. We did not cook in the apartment, but easily could have because the kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in Florence.

Close to everything

Ilkay was extremely helpful and even came over to help with the WiFi. Thank you! Dora was also very nice and very helpful at checkin. You will be close to everything here. AC works great! Nice having a lift right next to the apartment for all the packages you will buy in Firenze. I would recommend that larger tourist might have a little difficulty in the shower. But that is not the properties fault. Just you should know. But the apartment was everything I needed. Perfect!

Here is our honest review. Wife and I stayed in this unit for four nights. The location is fantastic. Two blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and Boboli Gardens, and just downstairs is a great cafe serving the best gelato and cappuccinos and a mom and pop restaurant with excellent food. As far as the unit itself, it was very underwhelming. The unit lacked essentials as basic as towels (there were only two full towels and again, we were staying three nights), the TV was maybe 21”, the shower water did not get hot, and lastly, the street is pretty noisy during the day, however it does quite down in the evening. I believe the unit was rated in the 9’s, but maybe an 8.5 or so would be more realistic.

Stay near Ponte Vecchio

My husband and I booked our stay with moderate expectations, being so close to Ponte Vecchio. Our concerns were not justified. The check in was seamless, the premises spotless, the bed very comfortable. And there was good lighting for reading in bed! We do not often find that. Although we did not cook meals the kitchen was extremely well organized and very well stocked. Again, we do not always find that to be the case. The only comment I can make - in terms of improvements - is for towels bars, hooks for bathrobes and a deep shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. None provided and all would be an inexpensive addition. We will return! Margaret and Tony
