Centrally located in Sea Pines, our fully-renovated and spacious beach home is close to everything — the pool, the beach and Harbor Town for dining, shopping and entertainment. Three parking passes are included with your rental. The driveway can only handle maximum three cars. Your reservation includes bike rentals and beach gear with every stay. Pet friendly up to two pets, under 50 pounds, $175 for one and $250 for two pets. 16 Dewberry in Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

When it’s time to break out of your social bubble and reconnect with friends and family, this home has the space you need. The home sleeps 14 people comfortably in the four bedrooms, each with their own 50” TV. Three of the bedrooms boast king beds and the master bedroom comes with a private en-suite bathroom. Let the kids take over the fourth bedroom with its two sets of bunk beds each with a trundle, sleeping six kids. It’s a slumber party waiting to happen! The sleeping space doesn’t stop there either; the loft has two additional twin beds.

The open and airy living room has tons of living space too with a large sectional sofa and big 65” flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors and sky lights let in tons of natural light and offer awesome views of the pretty backyard. Sip on a cold drink on the huge back deck as the sun sets on another incredible day.

You’ll appreciate the comfortable and clean spaces—everything is new and fresh! The home has WiFi, a brand new central air system, commercial washer and dryer and other amenities to make you feel right at home. The littlest guests will be comfortable too. You’re just a short walk to the community pool, playground and tennis and basketball courts. If you want to explore on two wheels, bike paths are everywhere - a short 5-7 minute bike ride will have you on the beach or at Harbor Town. Pack a cooler with drinks and make your way down to the beach for an afternoon in the sand and waves. After you get your fill of vitamin D, head into Harbor Town for a bite to eat and to browse the shops.
