Hi Paula, Thanks for the great review of the home... so glad that you enjoyed your stay! Good news: the owner has made several improvements since your stay if you are coming back to the Delaware Beaches: New HVAC system, updated bathrooms and new mattresses and/or mattress toppers for beds. Hope to see you again soon. Best regards, BHHS PenFed Rental Department

Hi Michael, I'm glad to hear you loved the location! In the future, you can purchase daily or weekly permits from the town of Rehoboth Beach! They have stands set up all throughout the town. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us in the future if you are looking to come back and stay! Best regards, Sam Ratner BHHS PenFed Realty

Hi MaryAnne, So happy you had a great stay! We have also asked our cleaner if they found a wedding band. I will reach out to you directly with more information. Thanks so much!

Dear Paul, We are disappointed that you didn't have the beach experience that you desired. It is an "older beach house" for sure, not brand new or totally renovated... but the owner tries to make improvements each season... since you stayed, the HVAC system has been replaced, the bathrooms have been redone, the mattresses have all been replaced or new toppers have been added! Regarding the parking, we only rent the one unit that you stayed in and unfortunately do not have contact info for other owners. At the time a call was placed to the owner of the unit you stayed in, so they could reach out to their guests or family members. In the interim, we asked for you to put a note on the car and I believe that you were offered to leave a car in our parking area if necessary until the other car was moved or towed. We are sorry, this happened, but tried to do the best without towing the car immediately, as it probably was another visitor that inadvertently parked in your spot. I hope that you will give our firm the opportunity to host you again. Best regards, BHHS Rental Department

Hi Karen, Thanks for your honest review!
