Perfect As Ususl

This was our second time at this property. We returned because we had such a great experience the first time and it did not disappoint us. Everything is clean, beds are comfortable, I love the privacy on the patio, and the pool is just the right size to cool off. The location is excellent as you are only about five minutes away from the large shopping center and about 10 minutes away from Fifth Avenue and all that downtown Naples has to offer. Beaches are also nearby. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Tivoli lane home

We have been coming to the Tivoli Lane home for several years now and each time we miss it more and more when we leave. The house is beautiful…the neighbors friendly…the sub division is always welcoming with how well it is kept beautiful. Excellent Vacation

This house did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s location and proximity to downtown Naples, restaurants, shopping and the beach is one reason we keep going back. The pool gets a lot of sun and is very private. An excellent alternative to the sometimes crowded beaches. We will definitely return.

Home away home

No words are good enough to say that will give your house the accolades that comes to our minds. We have thoroughly enjoyed each year we have been renting the house at 1039 Tivoli Lane. It always feels like home away from home. It stays in our memories until we get to come back the next time. Thank you for making our vacations so relaxing and memorable. We've just returned from a trip from beautiful Naples.My wife and I have traveled all over the world and used so many vacation brokers,but I have to say that anyone reading this article,please don't hesitate to use ITRIP...Neil and Tammy were so helpful and accomodating in a smooth rental transition. Tammy even took it 3 steps past being wonderful,she came over to meet us,brought a goody bag of beach articles,came over with 4 new beach chairs,took care of an issue entering the gated community in 2 minutes and was just a real pleasure to deal with...we liked her so much we invited her with 8 of our friends on a day boat rental ! Briarwood Home

We are continually enjoying our winter stay at your home in Briarwood Estates, Naples. It takes us away for a little while from the cold dreary winter months of Michigan. The pool and hot tub get used a lot as well as the screened in room where the pool and hot tub reside. The home and furnishings suit our needs perfectly. The location of the subdivision is perfect to all the local stores and extra highlights such as the zoo, botanical gardens, beaches and the Naples Pier that you can walk out on and see the sea life and birds of the region. The Dairy Queen isn't very far either if you are so inclined. The Naples Hospital is only 10 minutes away if you need it. Our time spent at the home seems to fly by and before we know it we are on our way back to Michigan and more cold weather wishing we had stayed a little longer. Looking forward already for our next stay in Naples. Thank you for having such a nice, clean and beautiful home to visit for a few months. Joe & Jill

Great home in lovely community

Can’t say enough good things about this property. This house is located in a lovely gated community with well kept gardens and boulevards. The home itself has a great layout and a large poolside patio area. It is clearly very well maintained and was exceptionally clean. The hosts are responsive, friendly and prompt with their communication. I have no hesitation in rating this home as a 5 star property!

Great Getaway!

Loved having a private pool and spa along with all the other amenities of this gated community. We felt safe and appreciated the privacy and the cleanliness of every thing especially because of the Pandemic. The property is lovely and we hope to return!

Great Home and Great View!

We loved our stay and did not want to leave. The owners were very responsive to our messages and ensured we had a great stay. The spa was wonderful (and hot!) and we loved the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We made good use of the beach equipment. My only comment on the beach chairs and umbrella is that they could have been of better quality. We had a great time and will definitely return.

We're very surprised at the 1 star rating....as this property's review history speaks for itself. You called the second night (Monday) of your stay to report difficulty in getting spa heat to work and I showed up at your property within minutes (after 9pm). We went through the steps and I later shared additional instructional material via text. Did not hear back from you until Wednesday. You stated although not working, it was "OK". I responded that I would have the pool service tech reach out to you and asked u to keep me posted.....and you agreed to do so. I never heard back from you until Saturday/departure day......stating spa never heated, but again said it was "OK. It's our goal to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a positive vacation experience. Therefore, we're terribly sorry for this inconvenience. However, we were certainly responsive in our efforts to resolve....which requires communication on both ends. In the meantime, we have addressed the issues and can assure you that everything is definitely in working order. Thanks for staying with us and we hope that you'll return again. Itrip Management

Just Relax & Enjoy ....

We had a wonderful time in Naples. The home had everything we needed. It is clearly loved and well cared for, really clean and well appointed. The living room and pool area are spacious and comfortable, with amazing views across the lake. We used the pool a lot and the spa too! Great that Briarwood is so near the beaches and downtown Naples. We’ll be back!

Amazing vacation rental!!

We had an awesome stay at his home (April 3019). The house is super clean, spacious, and has all the comforts of a home. The pool and spa just adds the topping. I will stay here again. If your thinking about staying in Naples, Fl, this is the home to rent. You won’t be disappointed.

Second wonderful year

We really enjoy this home. The kitchen has great cooking pots/pans and utensils. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and the view superb!! It’s is so close to attractions and restaurants - great location. Very peaceful.

Working with the iTrip folks, Neil & Tammy was a breeze, The property was as advertised and if anything needed taken care of or replaced Tammy was quick to make it happen. The property is wonderful. The location, the neighborhood, and the sunset view from the pool Lani are unbelievable. The house is close to Naples 5th & 3rd Avenues for shopping and excellent restaurants. The distance to the Naples beach is about 4 miles. We've been back for two years! It's just a GREAT place to have fun and enjoy the Naples weather.
