11 on32nd Avenue wurde kürzlich vom klassischen Strandbungalow auf der Isle of Palms renoviert und erweitert und ist jetzt ein viel größeres, moderneres Haus.  Seien Sie einer der ersten Gäste, die dieses wunderschöne Anwesen nutzen!  Es verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder und ist günstig gelegen, nur 1,5 Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Das unglaubliche Haus ist neu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt und verfügt über einen neuen privaten Pool, viel Platz für Unterhaltung und zahlreiche Besonderheiten für einen idealen Urlaub auf der Isle of Palms.

Die Hauptetage, die erste Etage, ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet einen hellen, offenen Raum für die Unterhaltung und Bewirtung der Gäste. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV.  Der große Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Gäste sowie eine Bar mit Platz für weitere 6 Gäste. Die reizende neue Küche kennzeichnet kundenspezifische Countertops, moderne Fliese backsplash und neue Cabinetry und Geräte.  Dieser Hauptwohnbereich öffnet sich zum gemütlichen Außenbereich mit Blick auf den Garten und den Pool.

Im ersten Stock, den Flur hinunter, befinden sich zwei der vier Schlafzimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer (Schlafzimmer Nr. 1) hat ein französisches Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer (Schlafzimmer Nr. 2) hat zwei Etagenbetten für insgesamt 4 Einzelbetten.  Beide Zimmer haben einen Fernseher und teilen sich das Bad im Flur.

Im zweiten Stock gibt es einen schönen offenen Sitzbereich oben auf der Treppe. Viel Spaß beim Fernsehen oder beim Schlafen auf dem Ausziehsofa. Die verbleibenden zwei Schlafzimmer, die beide als Master-Suiten gelten, liegen sich auf dieser zweiten Ebene gegenüber. Beide (Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 und Nr. 4) verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad.  Eines dieser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und den Garten.

Die Außenräume sind definitiv das Highlight des Hauses! Entspannen Sie am privaten Pool oder genießen Sie ein BBQ-Abendessen auf dem Gartengrill.  Der Hinterhof ist eine private Oase für Unterhaltung im Freien!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group! Excellent location. Had a couple ‘hiccups’ but property manager took care of everything in a timely manner. Pool was large and lovely but area around it Could have been cleaned better. We loved the brand new golf cart!

Great House/Pool

We had a great experience in Isle of Palms. The house was great and the kitchen was pretty well stocked (only thing missing was a muffin pan). The pool/backyard were the highlight; we also really enjoyed the screened in porch. It was a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. The rental company was very responsive from the time we booked and while we were at the house; we had a minor issue with a window and they came to resolve it right away. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Isle of Palms.

Perfect location, some house frustrations

The location and floor plan of the house were absolutely perfect for our group, and the backyard was lovely. Unfortunately the pool and all of the furniture in the backyard were quite dirty. The dishwasher and clothes dryer did not work which was so frustrating, but the property managers were great about helping us with solutions. The grill was unusable on arrival but the property managers brought a new one on our second day.

Great house

Great location and house. We loved the quiet neighborhood, pool and proximity to beach. Spacious house with great amenities. We would consider renting again but with minor improvements. Electricity issues - several breakers tripped multiple times. Microwave missing wheel support ring. Upstairs showers slightly clogged and bar stool bearings were falling out. Overall great beach house though. For price - these items should be fixed.

The property management company was helpful when we experienced some hiccups early on in our stay. The location and proximity to the beach on IOP is 10/10! The pool was great as well. Our issues really centered around the cleanliness and lack of upkeep of the home. Totally understand rentals are rentals but the amount of mold, broken banisters, nails sticking out of stairs, wood trim breaking away from wall leaving large gaps, etc was quite shocking. We felt very lucky to not have children staying with us because we wouldn’t have stayed if so. The front door handle also doesn’t work, so having to access through a dark and moldy staircase under the house was not expected as well. This was all brought up to the management company with no response yet. Overall, location and potential of the home are 10/10 but it’s been quite neglected and photos are misleading.

Needs a cleanup

Garage and pool area was in need of a cleanup and maintenance . House has an electrical problem. Lights and dryer kept going off had to keep finding the fuse box. Owner blamed us the guests for having too many things plugged in at one time.

Spacious and Well Appointed

The home worked very well for our family of 10 gathering for a week together. Comfortable beds and linens, well-appointed kitchen. Inside was clean and spacious with plenty of private space for everyone when needed. I am giving a 4* review for cleanliness because of the black mold-like substance on the stairs from the ground level to the 1st floor. We noticed it the first day and never used the stairs again; however, it resulted in sickness for a 4 members of the family. 2 have recovered; 2 are still fighting sickness. Recommend having it addressed. Our family would consider staying there again as the space worked well for us.

Great spot, beautiful house

We had a wonderful time this past week on Isle of palms. House is beautiful. We loved the screened in porch, outdoor space. Could improve or clean outdoor cushions, lots of mold on them. Wish the pool had the ability to be heated but we knew it wasn't. Outdoor shower was very nice too! Kitchen amenities were plentiful. Ice in refrigerator needs a new filter and tasted bad. Could have more beach stuff for guests (chairs, toys for kids, etc), beach towels, wagon to bring to beach, cooler, etc. Overall great stay and would rent again just wish had some little more extras for children, would make the place just a step above others.

Nice location - house horribly managed.

The properties electricity needs to be inspected. It’s been left in reviews numerous times and appears to go unaddressed. The power should go out multiple times a day, lights should go off when the microwave or dryer is used. This is a serious fire hazard, and also very inconvenient for someone spending thousands of dollars to rent the home. Outside of that, the house is not well maintained or cleaned properly. Staying at a beach house means there will be sand, we get that, but the floors should turn socks black, that’s absurd. The shower curtain liner was moldy and had to be replaced. Outside of that, there is very little done to accommodate guests. Broken bottles and empty bottles shampoo were left in the showers. Very bad experience which is sad because the house is in a good location. Wouldn’t rent again

Wonderful Home!

House was PERFECT for our family of 10 - 7 adults, 1 kid and 2 babies! There was plenty of room, private/secluded pool area, screened in porch was a huge perk!! Too far of a walk to the beach with babies, otherwise would have been fine; we rented a golf cart however which was perfect! Will definitely consider renting this home in the future!

Amazing 40th birthday trip!

What a gorgeous property! I stayed here with a few of my best friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It was perfect! So clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Great home for family

Well-equipped kitchen, nice home and decor. Great location near the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Do wish they had beach towels and hair dryers, though.

Close to Stellar

Let me start with the great! We were extremely happy that when we called for a bathroom backup and poor drainage, the company came out immediately to fix the problem. While I had the company on the phone, I let them know that there were MANY dishes (that I have pictures of) that were gross and very dirty. I said, told them that with a steep $345 cleaning fee, I should not walk into a kitchen that I have to clean anything when I arrive. I was told, "with 182 properties, we can't really keep up with silverware and dishes". I was appalled. What she should have said was I am so sorry that happened and I will be sure to let the owner know. Whether that actually happened or not, it would at least seem like she empathized with our situation.

Happy Retirement Mom!

We loved our stay on the Isle of Palms. My mom retired this year and this was a great way to celebrate her. We had three couples and 4 children so the layout was perfect for us. Bummer we could not use the pool - so we may need to come back again in the summer. Thanks again.

Amazing Vacation!

Loved this property! House is in excellent condition. Perfect for our two families who visited in August for a week. Easy access to the beach (1.5 blocks) and located in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pool was a highlight of the property and well-maintained. Clean and beautifully decorated house. Very comfortable seating in living room area; kitchen was well-stocked and offered lots of storage. The upstairs bedrooms and en-suite baths were very spacious with comfortable beds. Laundry included stackable units on 2nd floor. The bedrooms on the first level were a good size and shared a bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. A special thanks to the management staff. Great communication and they answered any questions we had promptly. Would highly recommend this property!
