Welcome to a "Shore Thing", a 2-bedroom modern beach house that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, unwind and enjoy everything that beautiful Belmar and the Jersey Shore has to offer.
Enjoy the sounds of the Ocean just 3.5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all of the local spots in town including Pier 9, Anchor Tavern, Marina Grille, 10th Ave Burrito, etc. The property is also a quick Uber to other hot locations such as Asbury Park, Spring Lake and OG.

A "Shore Thing” is a 2-bedroom, 2 bed and 1 sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom home that sleeps 6 and is one level. The space is designed and perfect for families and couples looking to enjoy their time together in this wonderful shore town!
This newer home features central air & heat (a must at the shore!), an in-unit washer & dryer, quartz countertops, Verizon FIOS top package Internet and Wi-Fi, a 47’ Samsung smart TV, and keyless entry with your own unique access code to ensure safety and privacy. A full paver patio with six chairs and an umbrella out back is the perfect place to hang out, grill, eat and unwind after a long beach day with loved ones, friends, and family.
Each bedroom, one Queen and one Full, is equipped with a closet, nightstand(s), linens, blankets, etc. If staying with 6 guests, a queen-sized pull-out mattress is available in the office.
There is a private remote working space in the office with a raised desk and stool and bright natural lighting. Convenient access to the patio is available from this space if you need to take a break and get some fresh air and ocean sounds before hopping on your next call!
All members of your group must be 30 years or older to book or be accompanied by an Adult. No exceptions!
Bring the family to stay at the cozy, welcoming, and well-equipped Shore Thing, which lets you enjoy the best of the Jersey Shore from the comfort of a quiet home-away-from-home.
The entire home including the backyard/patio/grill. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No access to the driveway as it belongs to a separate unit.
Our team is available via the app throughout the day, and we have local team members who can be onsite to assist as needed.
Your check-in and checkout are fully automated with keyless entry — no keys or in-person meetings required. You'll walk into a professionally cleaned and beautifully prepared home.
Home is in the perfect location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on 15th Ave with a quick walk to the Belmar beach and all of the must-see local fair.
Other sights and activities include the city of Asbury Park, Spring Lake Theater, kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, whale watching, etc. Bike and water-sport rentals are all local as well and within reach.
Please note that Belmar beach is one of the best surfing and paddle boarding spots at the Jersey Shore so make sure to check it out while you’re in town!
There is a cute park about a block away on 15th Ave if bringing children and want something fun to do in between other activities. Previous guests have really enjoyed it.

Bike rental shop is down 3 blocks away on Main Street and there is free street parking available all throughout Belmar. The property is in walking distance of most things you would want to do (Beach, Boardwalk, Parks, Shops, Bars and Restaurants). In addition, Belmar train station is a quick drive or long stroll away.
