Sandy Beach Estate is an expansive, luxury vacation rental in a tucked away neighborhood in Miramar Beach. With over 9,000 sq feet of living space, this luxury home offers luxurious furnishings and finishes, a large game room, and a courtyard fit for events with a private pool and bar! Thirteen bedrooms offer sleeping accommodations for up to 40 guests in this gated estate and the pool area features a full bar complete with a flat-screen TV, sink, two gas grills, and seating for eight. Lounge in the spa tub or take a dip in the private pool (can be heated for an additional fee) while basking in the Florida sunshine. Take in the Gulf views from multiple balconies in the home or walk the short distance to relax on the beach for the day. Sandy Beach Estate emits luxury in every aspect and is sure to help you and your family create memories to last a lifetime.

Inside, guests are invited to an open-floor-plan living space with plenty of space for the whole party. The living area features a large sectional sofa and chairs around a flat-screen TV, perfect for hosting a family movie night. The spacious kitchen offers two islands with built-in Bosch appliances and seating for nine. Marble countertops and ample cabinet space with lighting gives the ultimate luxury feel in this inviting space. A gas stovetop and convection oven will make preparing your family feast an absolute breeze! Looking to have a formal dinner? No problem! The formal dining area is just off the kitchen and features a large dining room table with seating for 14 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes you'll need to host a beautiful family meal.
Family game night is a must in the fully furnished game room, complete with a flat-screen TV, pool table, sitting area, and bar with a kitchenette.

On the first floor, there are sleeping accommodations for 17 guests in three bedrooms. A bunk room is furnished with two full-over-full bunk beds, and a daybed with trundle. A king suite features a private bathroom and access to the back patio with a firepit and sitting area. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a private bathroom. The game room is also located on this floor and provides access to the back patio where guests can relax by the fire.

Along with the living space, four bedrooms are located on the second floor. A king suite with a private bath and balcony provides sleeping for two. A queen suite also sleeps two guests and features a private bathroom and access to the main balcony. Another king bedroom is located just down the hall and the final room is furnished with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Take the elevator up to the third floor where the remaining six bedrooms are located, including the master suite. The spacious master bedroom provides luxurious accommodations for two lucky guests. Complete with a fireplace, an office nook, and a private washer and dryer, guests have everything they need within arms reach. Beautiful Gulf views can be seen from multiple sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. The master bathroom provides guests with his and hers vanities, a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. There are three more king bedrooms on this floor, two with private bathrooms. A bunk room is just off the hallway with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and private balcony. The final bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.
