Wir haben einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz vor und einen Gästeparkplatz gleich links vom Gebäude. Wir haben einen Aufzug, so dass Sie nicht mit all Ihrem Essen und Gepäck Treppen steigen müssen. Da sich diese Ferienwohnung in der obersten Etage befindet, wird niemand über Ihnen herumstapfen. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es Schieberegler mit großartigem Meerblick. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über sämtliche Küchen- und Haushaltsgegenstände, einen glatten Herd und Pergo-Fußböden. Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen, ist Ihr Essen. Weil wir ein Endgerät sind, haben Sie Fenster an der Seite hinzugefügt, um die Sonne auch hereinzulassen. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett im Master und zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Sie haben auch vollen Zugang zu drei Außenpools und einem Innenpool im Rec Center. The deck is very nice to sit on and relax and watch the ocean and sunrise! The apartment was very clean and well cared for at a reasonable price. The owners/management were professional and easy to work with when questions arose. This part of Kure beach is down toward the end close to Fort Fisher...very relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend! Can’t go wrong with this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this property location. It has many amenities to offer such as the Rec Center, indoor/outdoor pool/exercise room. I had read previous reviews about the rocky beach but wasn't aware how many rocks there were until low tide. It may not be a safe area for small children. The overall unit was nice and had updated flooring, kitchen and baths; however, the living room and dining room furniture needs to be replaced. A four slot toaster would accommodate a party of six better than the two slot provided. Some suggestions might be to provide more silverware, a handle for the slider for the outside sliding door, pizza pan, pizza cutter and more pot holders. Our overall experience was nice and with the suggested changes I would recommend this property to a friend.

Despite Debby most of the week, we enjoyed the condo. Never lost power. The management co was very responsive. They replaced the toaster with a toaster oven within 2 hrs of reporting . Zip tied the hurricane shutters banging against condo and brought towels to handle water coming in bedroom door. Manager assisted w/luggage, 4th flr due elevator inoperative.

Great Vacation

We loved the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. The elevator was certainly a plus. We appreciated the starter products. We were surprised to find out that the parking for this unit is not under the building. It would be nice to know that before booking. There is not much room to park a full size pickup truck.

A wonderful and relaxing experience

When we opened the door to the condo, we were impressed right away. The layout was comfortable, the two bedrooms and baths were set up nicely, and the view was spectacular. Being on the 3rd (actually 4th) floor, you have a great view of the ocean. Being an end unit, it is also more quiet and private. The condo was very clean, although the shower in the master was showing it's age, but then again, everything rusts at the beach. We ate our dinners on the deck and truly relished the view. Looking forward to a follow-up visit. The management company was so easy to deal with, and the info provided in the app made it easy to walk right in the door. My two requests would be better directions to the unit in the building, and a new flatbed cart to haul our luggage up the elevator and to the condo. It was shot. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely condo.

Nice place but rocks

People should be aware of big rock outcrops on water’s edge. If kids or others go in at high tide where rocks are covered, it is dangerous. Can’t swim in front of condo so you have to move up or down beach. Otherwise it’s a nice place. I would rent again. Small for 6 adults because only 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa folded out takes up living room.

I also appreciate that the linens and towels were provided, so there was less for me to pack. The property is in a great location, very convenient to the Aquarium, Fort Fisher, the Ferry, and Kure Beach Pier. Ocean Dunes is always a favorite with so many amenities to offer. The best part is being beachfront. I enjoyed my stay just as I enjoy staying at all A1 properties.
