Es ist das ultimative Urlaubsziel mit erstklassigen, millionenschweren Annehmlichkeiten: Lagunen-Pools mit Wasserfällen, Tiki-Bars, exotischer tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung, beheiztem Innenpool, Spa, Sauna, Fitness usw. Meine 9-Fuß-Deckeneinheit ist professionell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ich habe die Bilder vor kurzem selbst gemacht. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-HD-Plasma-TV und einen DVD-Player. High-Speed-WLAN ist kostenlos in der Wohnung verfügbar. Die Küche hat voll Geschirr. The host was attentive and the property’s view was amazing! However, the bed in the master suite was very uncomfortable and the bedding did not smell as if it had been recently washed! The floors also were dirty! It was extremely cold during our visit and the thermostat was not initially working. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I would not choose to stay at this location again!

Thanks Craig for the review. I am sorry about the cold. When you told me about it, I instructed you to reset the breaker and the issue was resolved immediately. Regarding the bed, it was a negligence of the cleaning personnel, which I since fired. I offered you a refund of the cleaning fee. Glad to hear you love the view from my condo.

Wonderful setting and view!

Beautiful condo, all the comforts of home, and then some. View of the pool and Gulf is breath-taking. Owner has furnished condo with lovely, plush pieces and accessories. He provided answers immediately and gave us wonderful advice on things to see and do. Beach walks and shelling were healthy, relaxing activities. Definitely recommend this property.

Needs updating very bad. Floors were very dirty. Furniture was very used and not in the best condition. Thankfully we go to spend majority of the time on the beach and had a wonderful time on the beach. I have stayed in another condo before at Shores of Panama and it was much cleaner, updated and provided everything you need and more. Would have stayed there if it had been available. Other places we have stayed usually have plenty of supplies but this place had the very minimal….not even salt and pepper. Decent view of the pool and beach. This unit is on 13th floor and garage only goes up to 12th floor so had to unload and load and make multiple trips. This side of the resort has two elevators and one elevator was down half the week causing a few headaches dealing with waiting on rides down/up. Shores of Panama has a great pool and location is good but would not stay at this unit again.

Summer Vacation 2021

This property was great. Pool was great, access to the beach was great, food and drinks at the pool was great. Great views of the beach as well. Room was just right, came with everything we needed. Great location.. seconds away from Pineapple Willies, Slingshot, go karts, etc. Property manager was awesome, and responded quickly. Only con of this trip was the elevators in the condo but I will def be back soon.

Good and Bad

The condo is very inexpensive for being 2 bedrooms on the beach. So, you get what you pay for. The kitchen had your basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, and dishes. I did have to wash many of them before we used them. They provide minimal towels, but there is a washer and dryer to use. Do we made it work. The resort charges a 90 fee to get wristbands and a pass for the parking garage. That was not in the listing when I booked. The building wasn’t built as a resort initially. So there are few elevators and they run slow. The pool is nice. The hot tub is fine if you like children swimming all around you. We loved sitting on the balcony and staring at the water. All in all, it’s worth the price. Could be cleaned better, but nothing unsanitary

Propert itself was beautiful. Condo had no fridge entire week!

Despite non stop messages to property owner from the very first full day we were there regarding no working refrigerator , he still has failed to hold up his word to make things right. We lost huge amounts of food. Had to spend way more money than budgeted to dine out. Not counting the purchasing of extra coolers and non stop ice daily to keep cool what we could. This was very poor way to handle business in my opinion as he was made well aware from beginning. Definitely would stay at location again just WOULD NOT rent from FIDELE!!!

Delivery of new appliances took longer than planned. I will upload pictures of new fridge, range, oven, dishwasher, washer etc… Still don’t believe 1 star is fait for the high quality of my condo. The view is excellent and the resort is very nice resort. Many guests continue to love my condo and I will do everything in my control to make their stay enjoyable.

Spend a little more if you have too!

There's both positive and negative to this condo. Let's start with the positive. The owner was very pleasant to work with and always responsive. The unit is very close to the elevator so that was a plus. Unfortunately, my negative thoughts out weigh the good. The furniture needs to be replaced asap! It's very worn and dated! The outdoor patio furniture as well. The bunk room was ok for 2 teenagers but I wouldn't recommend it for 2 adults! It's very small. The balcony is small as well so don't expect a large one. There is not an assigned parking spot! We did find that parking on the very top deck had ample unreserved spots. Cookware was sparse to say the least! I've always enjoyed my stay at The Shores but this condo was by far the worst one we have reserved this far.

Broken air conditioning

The owner switched my reservation 2 days before check in to a unit with a broken air conditioner (without my consent). We had no AC two of our three nights. I spent at least 6 hours of my vacation on the phone trying to get him to fix it. I checked in on Friday and it wasnt fixed until Sunday. Worse yet, the owner blamed me claiming i broke it by leaving the balcony door open (which i didnt). He claimed the same AC tech came out on Saturday and Sunday but i was there on Sunday when it was fixed and the technician said his company was never called out the day before and that what was wrong had nothing to do with me. The resort itself was great but i would never stay in another property owned by this individual ever again

So the condo is very small and out dated. Seems like it was originally a one bedroom converted to 2 but rooms are small. Fridge is way too big but there are 2 in the unit. Oven door does scrape it. No real charm to it. Old beat up furniture. Floor pretty dirty mildew on shower curtains and shower stall. Towels smelled of mildew like they had been left to sit in the washer too long before drying. Sleeper sofa in living room had to be repositioned otherwise it would block access to kitchen area and balcony and had not been cleaned under in a long time!! Very uncomfortable mattress on it. Owner does not own a parking space so you only get 1 parking pass even though I asked for 2 and was told if not possible security will tell me where to park. What he didn’t mention is the closest parking is almost a mile away and you have to pay. Elevators were not meant for the amount of traffic in the building so plan to wait a long time!! Employees were extremely rude and most didnt speak clear English. Deena (sp?) an older lady at the front desk was the nicest though super sweet. The big pool was nice but changing this building from a live in to a rental business was dumb it’s way too crowded. Would not stay again.

Pictures can be deceiving

This was our first trip to Florida and our first trip to stay in a condo. I read the mixed reviews and went ahead with the booking. This by far is not a luxury condo. First of the all the check in was awful due to the rude team members. They were not kind at all and acted like we made their day absolutely awful by asking questions that they in return did not answer. Second of all one set of elevators were broken so everyone for the complex were stuck using one set of elevators. Third as soon as you open the door of our condo it smelled of mildew!!! And it was present in many places just as it smelled. Someone had put up the towels in the cabinet wet. So they were mildewed to point we had go purchase towels to use because even after washing the towels several times the smell was permanent in the towels. The washing machine has mildew throughout the entire machine. The coffee maker had a mildewed coffee filter that was left from who knows when. The toilets had not been cleaned the floors had not been swept. Now to non working things in the condo....the hand mixer does not work....washer has to be put on two spin cycles....the remote only turns on the TV in the master bedroom. The hallway bathroom sink barely drains and the hallway bathroom toilet runs all the time. Now to missing supplies....there are no trash bags, forks, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid and no detergent that clearly says it is provided so you can wash the towels for the next person. And by the last day we were there there was only one working elevator for 23 floors of people. Not to mention there is constant construction going on during quiet hours. Way before 8 am and way after 10 pm. This condo is need of maintenance and cleaning desperately!

We loved everything from the first minute we got there. The view of the ocean from the balcony was incredible, not to mention the beautiful pool view also. The pool at night is lite up like a tropical paradise. The condo had all the amenities you could need to make our stay great!

Everything we needed.

This room had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, and some laundry detergent was provided, which was nice. Had all the items you would expect it to have. The bed in the master was not very comfortable, but good enough.

Do not rent here

Elevators terrible. Door was kicked in on condo and couldn't lock it for 3 days. condo outdated. It was not supplied with things. No dressers or places to put belongings. We had to live out of our suitcase. Second bedroom was so small and the cords were run hanging across the room. The balcony was very dirty. The whole condo was not cleaned well at all.

Probably wouldn't be my first choice

I wish I had read some of the other reviews before I rented, but that's on me. The refrigerator is too big and it is difficult to use the oven. One night we just had a frozen pizza and it was difficult to get into the oven. The bathrooms had some mold and look like they need a deep clean. Communication from host asked us strip the beds grab the towels and start a wash, along with several other things. Doesn't sound like a big ask, but we were flying out early the next day and it was just one more thing to manage. I've never been asked to strip the beds at other properties. I thought parking and wristbands were included. I got this from host: Purchase wristbands at the front desk. The cost is (VRBO would not allow me to tell the cost) Provide my condo # . They will give you 6 wristbands and 1 parking pass. Please, have each of your guests wear the wristband on their wrists or ankles. Security will monitor to ensure that all guests on site have a wristband. Children under 7 won’t have to wear a wristband. Please leave extra wristbands on top of the refrigerator. I thought it an odd request to leave wristbands I purchased, but ok... The property is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. Again, this would not be my first choice.

96th birthday celebration

Once we got to the room we were so pleased. I wish we had a map of the parking garage. It was a bit confusing. Also some shelving in the "bunk bed room". Would have been nice. Overall we had an awesome time! We would definitely love to come back!

Elevator sucks. Way too busy/ small. Oven door would not open as the refrigerate is too large

Why was I not informed I need sixty dollars worth of wrist bands and parking passes. No one on site could help with issues in the room as its privately owned
