Great stay!

We have a beach trip every year. We always stay at a Phoenix and again we weren’t disappointed. Very nice condo. Master bathroom door could use some WD-40 though.

Incredible beach condo getaway with great views!

We have stayed at beach condos before and this one ranks up there! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Rooms were plenty big enough and the kitchen was a good size. Loved the beach access and kids splash pad for the littles. The pool was a great getaway from the beach when desired. Elevators were fast and efficient. Nice property! Grocery stores and restaurants were abundant and close by. I would recommend for anyone with littles looking for a fun, safe beach vacation.

the condo was "functional" for our needs. however, the overall decor especially furniture was lacking. the pool looked nice ( we didn't use it ). the beach was great. we had a little one who used the splash pad. it was closed "off and on " for some type of repair. it would have been nice to have a few condiments in place like salt, pepper, and a little sugar for coffee. over-all i would prefer to vacation in a condo that is comparable or nicer than my own home.

Great condo and location. Would suggest adding dish towels and cloths to the suggested items to bring. King bed was a little uncomfortable due to a hump in the middle. Nothing too bad.

Terrible beds ruined stay

The beds are just way past needing to be replaced. ALL of them. It was clean, nicely furnished and nice views but we couldn’t enjoy it we were so exhausted from no sleep. Couldn’t wait for the week to be over so we could just go home snd get some rest.

Our unit absolutely had to be the most beautifully decorated (& comfortable bed) in the area! It was truly breathtaking with the views! The kitchen was fully stocked - I was able to cook large meals for my family of 6 with no issues - they thought of everything you would need (besides the food obviously). We had a tiny issue but management (Candy) was on it in minutes!! I only mention to brag on how helpful and pleasant she was. I wasn’t sure of what to expect booking online - but everything exceeded my hopes. Our entire family is looking forward to next summers trip (if not sooner). Thank you so much for a picture perfect vacation!!!!!

Good location

The property wasn’t cleaned great. We did not let anyone know we just went and got our own cleaning supplies and did it. There were several things that needed updated. Just for two quick examples. The lamp on the entry table was broke. The knifes were so dull I could barely cut anything. Overall a decent experience. Great location tho

Okay Property

Property was in a good location. Elevators were awful at the property, very slow and take forever to get anywhere you wanted to go. We booked this condo because it had a splash pad for our toddlers to play in, we couldn’t play in splash pad due to all the older middle/HS school kids that were playing in it and practically running over our toddlers. The condo its self has a nice view, a little outdated with minimal cooking supplies. Would not stay again due to how large the condo complex is.

Great location

The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible! I saw this in a review before I reserved the condo. I should have paid attention. Buy a new mattress! Dirty pans in the cabinet. Clean the metal trim around shower sliding doors. Mold!

Condo was just okay. Decor is outdated. Deadbolt did not work! Guest bathroom glass door is very wobbly and dangerous and had mold by vent. None of the tvs worked. Never had signal and maintenance came and “fixed” it but didn’t work and didn’t get another response to fix again. Using the elevators are an absolute nightmare! Took 30 min to leave for dinner one night. On the positive side, kitchen was well stocked and view is amazing. Pools and splash pad are great for kids. Great parking spot reserved by owners but still have to pay $50. Enjoyed our visit but for the price, will choose a different condo.

Elevators are the only real problem.

We stayed for 4 nights. Condo itself was nice, spacious enough for our needs and a nice view from the balcony. Kids (ages 4 and under) enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. Location in regards to restaurants and what not was satisfactory. Our only real issue was the elevators for the building. There are only 4 relatively small elevators servicing a 15 story condominium building. There were many times we waited for 15+ minutes just for an opportunity to squeeze aboard one of the elevators. Then that elevator would stop just about every floor along the way, (with no room for anyone else). Stairs might be an option if it was just me, but when there are toddlers involved and a wagon of stuff to take to the beach, stairs are not an option. The rush at Check-in and check-out times would lock up the elevators for half an hour or more. I understand this is an older building, but it’s due for an upgraded elevator system or at least upgraded elevator logic.

Broken and missing items.

In the Guest bathroom, the lower track of the shower door was broken so the shower door was just hanging. Our remote for the main TV was broken so we told a maintenance man and he said he would order one. 10 days later another maintenance man came (for the shower door) and we asked when the remote would arrive. He said there was no order had been placed but he would order it for us. On our last day there, the remote arrived, but it didn't work. So we never got to stream anything on the main tv for a whole month! My husband replaced a burned out lightbulb in the guest room and unclogged the sink. There were only 3 teaspoons in the entire kitchen. We didn't know we could call housekeeping to get more, but when we did figure it out, they brought us 3 more. The corners of both showers had dirt?mold? under the caulking. Please address this problem. I would not stay in this unit again, but we have liked other Phoenix 5 units.

Beautiful views

Great views and nice location. Condo was exactly as described and perfect for our family trip. Splash pad was well enjoyed by our little one. Great week at the beach. Will be back!

Great location, could use some improvements

The property is in a great location. Oceanview was perfect. The building is well maintained. As for the condo it did the job for our family of four. My only complaints are the showers (hot and cold knobs are horrible) and the cleanliness could be slightly improved. Comfortable beds, great balcony, spacious kitchen, pool and splash pad were a hit and the easy access to the beach!

Great resort! Great condo!!

We really enjoyed the property! My only reason for the 4 star rating is the WiFi was very poor and did not connect most of the time and the shower valves were backwards. If maintenance wouldn’t have told us cold was hot and hot was cold, we would’ve taken many cold showers. Otherwise very clean and comfortable!
