The house was layed out great with plenty of space to spread out and lounge. While the landscaping needs some tlc, the furnishings and back patio were perfect.

Long-awaited family holiday

The property provided everything we could have hoped for, we enjoyed a fantastic holiday. As past reviews also highlight, whilst the villa is superficially clean a lot of the fixtures are certainly dated and really would benefit from being updated; nothing to detract overall from our stay. The location is great - easy access to Disney and a wide choice of restaurants nearby.

Just returned from a stay at this property.Whilst the property is accurately described on the listing, there are quite a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed.1: all the Outside/Patio furniture is very dirty and one of the loungers had a broken leg that appeared to have been attempted to repair using Sellotape.2. the shower screen in the main bedroom does not slide properly, very difficult to operate.3. the washing machine is old, rusty and the inside of the tub has a big crack in the housing, when spinning it sounds very unsafe4. There were several damaged panels in the pool bug screen, some damaged by strimmer possibly, one where the screen is just flapping in the wind.5. Some of the sinks in the bathrooms drain very slowly and the drainage obviously needs attention.Overall, whilst we did not complain to the management, the house needs some updates and repairs to make it acceptable. In fact, the Villa instruction book was very outdated in terms of information and lacked any contact/emergency contact details should the need arise…first time we have not had any contact details provided and when you consider that the management company sometimes took days to respond to queries pre-stay, did not instill confidence that matters would be addresses quickly had the need arisen.It is important to understand that the pool area overlooks the main road through Lindfields, so if privacy is important to you, this may be an issue.

Needed a chiropractor after the bed.It was broken on one side and could not sleep with spouse.Couch was worn and not much better.Came home a day early to sleep.Sorry I couldn't give better review but sleep was important after day in the parks.Never appreciated my bed more!

Perfect accommodation for my family of 5. Loved the layout of the house. Clean. The location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Less than 10 minutes away from Target to pickup all our essentials. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Decor was outdated. People before us must not have taken the trash out on trash day because it was very full upon arrival. Overall this was a great budget friendly option.

A bit outdated but very nice.

Overall very nice. No issues with bugs, snakes, ants, everything was good. The pool was cold but you get used to it. I wasn't going to be there long so I didn't pay for the heat in the pool. It was clean, but it could have been better in the corners, more scrubbing, but overall clean. It was a little bit outdated, there could be some things to be fixed but none of those things impeded our vacation. overall we had a wonderful time. The only negative I have would be the mattresses or the lack of a good mattress. I get good deals on foam mattresses and I would go that route, instead of spring especially with renting.

Overall, this house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, with great amenities like a great pool area and a washer & dryer. The location was perfect with places like Walmart, target, restaurants, and 7-eleven just minutes away. They also had plenty of towels and linen for a weeks stay. The house itself was missing a few essentials such as dish soap, enough toilet paper, and paper towels but we easily picked some up from a nearby dollar tree. The host also offered to have someone drop off a mop which was missing - necessary for drying up the floor once exiting the pool. Overall, definitely a budget rental but worth the money the money we paid. We would stay again.

Great vacation

We spent a nice five days at this home. It appears exactly how it is online. It was well stocked and clean. The pool was great and we really enjoyed having our own pool. The table outside is shaded so it’s nice to be able to sit outside out of the sun.The only thing I would suggest is replacement of the beds. They were not very comfortable and the queen bed has worn areas where it dipped dropped down quite a bit.

Amazing location!

We all had a lovely time. Property is located 5-10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. It is only 15-20 minutes from Disney. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was amazing at answering any questions I had. Very pleasant experience and will be booking again next time we travel to Florida!

Nice house that fit the price. I have stayed in florida at homes. I picked this home because of the price... house has no back yard neighbors and pool gets full sun all day. Overall, we had a nice stay. The things that were broken in the house did not affect our vacay. My family's only real complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, it's a nice home in a convenient location.

Frustrating Experience: Foul Smells, Unmet Expectations, Excessive Charges, and Intolerable Beds

My recent stay at this property left me frustrated, and I share my disappointments for the benefit of future guests. Despite acknowledging the hosts' efforts, numerous aspects fell short. First off, the total amount paid was nearly double the listed price, attributed to mandatory insurance and additional fees. While I understand these charges, the dissatisfaction compounded the frustration with the high costs. Adding to the disappointment was the hosts' inability to accommodate a reasonable request for an extra person over the weekend. Many places provide extra cots, but this option was unavailable here. From persistent urine odor to maintenance issues like a missing faucet and worn-out furnishings, the atmosphere was far from ideal. Towels and blankets did not smell clean. Practical inconveniences, including a dishwasher with missing parts and worn-out skillets, added discomfort. Moreover, the beds were surprisingly uncomfortable, affecting sleep quality. Comfortable bedding is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking during my stay. In light of these challenges, my guests chose not to stay, underscoring the overall discontent. I share this feedback with the hope of prompting improvements. Every guest deserves a transparent and comfortable experience, and my intention is to provide an honest account of my stay. I trust the hosts will consider this feedback constructively for the benefit of future guests.

good place for small family

inside was very clean, there enough space for small family to spread out indoor. the pool is quite dated and the furniture is a little rusted. There is also a grill which is nice. Inside furniture is in good condition, everything indoor in general is very clean. our family was comfortable while we were there.
