This location is true paradise! The view of the ocean from the condo patio is unobstructed and one of the most gorgeous I have ever seen. The unit and property are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was a true dream to watch and hear the ocean from the patio, walk to the ocean and beach easily, as well as access the properties pool and hot tub just out the front door. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stellar experience at Villa Renaissance! This was our 6th trip to Providenciales and our 2nd stay at a Villa Renaissance unit. We had our mothers with us so the ground floor beachfront unit suited us perfectly! Waking up each day to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach view is such a special treat. The unit was well stocked and maintained with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and proved to be therapeutic after fun in the sun at the beach! Do not hesitate to stay here… It is the perfect combo of a self-service home with similar conveniences and amenities as the nearby four- and five-star resorts. Our only wish is to own one of the units on this property! Until next time… Many thanks to Drexwell and Brikell for always taking amazing care of us!

Nice spot and overall OK. However, needs some TLC and updating. Couch stained and needs to be replaced, light fixture missing in guest bath shower and ceiling needs to be finished, 1 hair dryer for 2 bedrooms, internet non-existent in bedrooms (there is an extender, but obviously doesn't work), cable remotes falling apart, main AC vent had caked on dust, and dust also on all the hangers in the closets - which we needed to clean. I'd give the resort 4 stars, but the unit 3 stars.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Two minor things that could have made it even better, just for feedback reasons... The pool water temperature was too warm and there was quite a lot of mosquitos in our room and outside our door.

Amazing vacation!

This was our third time to Turks and Caicos and our second stay at Villa Renaissance. The location is excellent with plenty of shopping and restaurants all in walking distance. Water so crystal clear that I've never experienced anywhere else. Staff was friendly and always helpful. We rented a car, but it wouldn't be necessary. Great snorkeling at Smith's Reef and a fantastic reef fishing trip with M & J's Charters.

What a fantastic property and location

We were 2 couples looking for a getaway to T&C. We found this property and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could want. We were centrally located to walk to many locations or a short cab ride away. The staff was great and easy access to the beach. We are already looking to book there next year.
