Das Kona Lunapule liegt zentral in Kailua Kona auf der Insel Hawaii. Es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von Restaurants und Geschäften entlang der Küste des Ali'i Drive entfernt. Dieser malerische Komplex verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftspool und Parkplätze vor Ort. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie 205B; eine ruhige und komfortable 2-Zimmer-Einheit.

Genießen Sie das warme natürliche Sonnenlicht, das durch die Schiebetüren der Veranda in den Wohnbereich gelangt. Genießen Sie den Blick auf das Meer, während Sie auf der Veranda entspannen. Close to all amenities. Pool area great & cleaned twice a week. Beds were comfy. Needs knives that can cut more than butter. No AC is a problem as it’s too humid. Master bedroom never cools down. We also bought a light for the master.

The carpet stains should be removed, the master bedroomlight fixed as only light in the bedroom. New pillows to replace and it might be worth the 500 a night. Also the ads misrepresented the unit.

This unit is not at all reflective of the price. I have stated multiple times in Hawaii in units that do not have air conditioning but were designed for adequate ventilation. This unit was horrible. Our first night was so uncomfortable we decided we needed to find another rental. It was also dirty, carpets significantly stained, torn chair cushions, broken window blinds and broken bathroom towel rods. We were enable to find any other place to stay so we actually paid more money to fly home early! VRBO was not much help. I was unable to get the property owner to pick up the phone or return my message. All they did was send me a text saying they were trying to get in touch with me…but they didn’t answer the phone when I called. They also stated that they didn’t have access to VRBO platform to respond to my message alerting them of the issue. They agreed to refund 25% of the rental fee but only refunded a 278. I will not be renting from vrbo knowing that I am not protected.

The property listing disclosed that the unit does not have AC. We do have fans and are able to deliver additional fans to help during the hottest of days. In regard to the additional concerns, our inspection found the carpet to be in good condition and the wear to the kitchen chair fabric consistent with normal wear and tear. Had we been notified during the stay about the broken towel rack, we would have arranged for the issue to be addressed immediately. Our team made repeated efforts to respond to any concerns during your stay. Unfortunately, there was no response to our attempts to assist and instead you chose to vacate the property and pursue a refund request directly through VRBO. As a result, we were not provided a reasonable opportunity to remedy the concerns while you remained in-house. Despite the circumstances and the largely unwarranted nature of the claims presented, we extended a 25% refund as a gesture of goodwill and in the interest of resolving the matter amicably.

Property was clean and. It was close to the beach . It was very humid though and it is hard to get used too. That was really my only complaint is that you don't get any relief from the heat . All of us are used to air conditioning so it was a struggle that's for sure. Otherwise it was an okay place.

Great Location

We were in town for a week and it is a great location. LOVE that the management didn’t wipe the supplies out, so we didn’t have to buy salt & pepper, etc. The only drawbacks are the lack of AC (they had a great supply of cooling fans) and lack of heating in the pool.

Perfect Place for Vacation!

This property was so close to downtown Kona! Perfect location to go into town or on the main road to explore. Condo was clean and perfect size for my group of 4! There was no AC but they provide you with numerous fans. We opened up the screened in windows and sliding doors for more air and it was perfectly comfortable the whole stay day and night. They also provide beach amenities and a cooler that came in hand! 10/10 would stay again!

It was a great place definitely would rent again. Only wish there was AC in this unit. It was hot sometimes. But we used all the fans to try and cool down the house. Other than that it was amazing!
