This villa belongs to a very quiet, clean and well located residential area of Lanzarote. Located at the foot of the Montana Roja volcano. With a modern and comfortable decoration and a very well kept and equipped exterior, this house offers all the comfort and rest you need during your holidays.



It has 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.



The villa Calista also offers essential services such as wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO, Google Chromecast (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue. This accommodation is equipped with an individual garage and private and independent entrance.



Located in Playa Blanca just 5 minutes drive from Flamingo beach and very close to important places such as Papagayo Beach, Los Hervideros and Timanfaya National Park.

Lovely quiet villa location with excellent views

Lovely villa with fantastic views, we spent 3 weeks there and it had everything we needed. Very quiet location. You do require a car otherwise it is quite a walk into Playa Blanca centre. Villalia provide an excellent service responding quickly to any issues.

Rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Haus liegt am Hang mit hervorragendem Blick über Playa Blanca. Toller Garten mit großem Pool der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Einmal die Woche kommt eine nette Dame die das Haus reinigt, das Bettzeug und alle Handtücher wechselt. Die Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer freundlich und alles verlief unkompliziert. Einzig eine Matratze im Schlafzimmer war schon sehr durchgelegen, sonst gabs nichts zu meckern. Zu erwähnen wäre auch das es warmes Wasser zum duschen nur solange gibt, wie das Wasser vom solarmodul beheizt wurde. Hat uns aber bei tollen Außentemperaturen nicht gestört.

Un excellent séjour dans cette agréable et jolie villa qui offre toutes les commodités.

Très bon emplacement. La place de parking est très appréciable. A l'arrivée nous avons récupéré les clés dans un boîtier, des lumières tamisées nous attendaient dans la villa, c'était beau et chaleureux, nous nous sommes sentis accueillis. La piscine est vraiment agréable, les lits très confortables. Excellente communication par mail et whatsapp avec l'organisme de location. Nous avons adoré le séjour. Il manquait juste une dose de lessive pour faire une machine à laver, mais c'est vraiment un détail car on se sent accueilli (il y avait un kit pour le petit déjeuner du premier jour, liquide et tablette pour lave-vaisselle)

Todo ok, ya conocía la villa anteriormente y por eso decidí repetir. Los baños necesitan un cambio y pasar a plato de ducha. Una sombrilla en la parte exterior también estaría bien.

Winter break

We loved it! We stayed for 2 months so the location just outside town suited us for getting gentle exercise each day. There are a few minor issues around the maintenance of the property but they weren't enough to stop us booking another 2 months next year. We also took a great deal of confidence from the managing agents who were simply excellent in dealing with any of our questions or issues. One point we would make is that there's plenty of space for 2 adults and possibly for 2 adults and 2 children when the weather's nice but if the weather turns a bit sour we think 4 adults would definitely feel cramped.

This is a very nice holiday villa with great views over Playa Blanca and a nice pool. It could do with new mattresses and more kitchen equipment.
