Wonderful holiday

The interior design of the villa, especially the lighting concept is great. The location and the view are perfect. The villa and pool are very clean. We will be back next year. The bathtubs could be replaced, but this is probably already known. :) A few plants in the garden would make it even more beautiful.

An enjoyable stay but could be improved upon

The villa itself is very well stocked and clean and modern. However there was only one two seater sofa which as the villa was for four people was inadequate, also the pool area surface was breaking up and was ugly. The pool itself was always full of leaves but there was no net to get them out, which we would not have minded doing. Overall we don't think the villa was worth the amount of money we paid,we have stayed in much nicer villas for less.

Fabulous Views

The bedrooms and living areas were beautifully decorated. The bathrooms both require updating. The views from both sides of the villa were really excellent Seaview and villas from the front seating area and mountains from the back. The pool was a great temperature but not cleaned during the course of our stay. The WIFI was really very poor and could only be connected if you sat on the sofa in the lounge and no where else. The location was a little bit out of the way for us but we knew this beforehand and taxis are easy to get. Overall a very lovely villa but just the WIFI and the bathrooms would make us think twice really before returning.

Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ausstattung, Interieur und Küche erstklassig. Einzig die Bäder sollten bald renoviert werden.

La villa è esattamente come mostrata nelle foto: l’esterno è molto spazioso e l’interno è confortevole. La posizione è molto tranquilla e le viste sono splendide, sia sul retro (vista su Montaña Roja) che sul davanti (vista su Playa Blanca). La cucina è completamente attrezzata e viene fornito anche un piccolo kit di benvenuto, molto utile prima di fare la spesa. Per essere davvero eccezionali, la cucina e i bagni avrebbero bisogno di un piccolo ammodernamento. Sarebbe inoltre utile avere un aspirapolvere in casa. Il responsabile è disponibile e risponde rapidamente sicuramente torneremmo a soggiornare qui.

Repetiría sin dudarlo.

He tenido una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda lo mejor de la villa es la parte de la piscina y la tranquilidad de la zona. La casa estaba impoluta a nuestra llegada, así que me gustaría destacar el servicio de limpieza y también el de mantenimiento de la piscina. Además, está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario y al llegar nos encontramos con agua, leche, té y café para el desayuno, unas galletas, etc. lo que nos pareció todo un detalle. En nuestro caso, el funcionamiento de la Wifi era importante ya que teletrabajamos y cero quejas. Ver el amanecer desde la terraza ha sido un auténtico espectáculo. En definitiva, repetiríamos, sin dudarlo. En cuanto a aspectos a mejorar, el colchón del dormitorio principal nos resultó algo incómodo tras varios días. La cama balinesa del exterior hace un ruido desagradable cuando hay viento. Por último, estaría genial que hubiese algo de detergente para el uso de la lavadora.

Nous avons passé un très très chouette moment dans cette maison. la piscine privée et chauffée est un réel plus et très appréciable. quelques petits équipements ne fonctionnaient pas bien mais rien de bien gênant dans notre séjour. la maison est bien situé, la vue depuis la terrasse est très jolie.

Well presented home ideal for a family. Located in a residential area but quite a distance to sea.

The property was very well presented other than no use of garage and lights in en-suite did not work. Overall a good holiday home and great holiday destination. The sea front was very pleasant with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Whilst the beaches are quite a walk this did help keep down the holiday excess's.

Great break in Lanzarote

The place was exactly as described and we enjoyed it very much. We had an issue with the WIFI and the swimming pool but those were quickly solved after having called the agency. We never saw anyone from the agency but the communication (via email and/or phone) were professional and efficient. We'd certainly recommend it.
