Kürzlich mit dem "Certificate of Excellence 2017" ausgezeichnet - 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zentral zu allen Annehmlichkeiten. 7 New Esplanade Court bietet dies und mehr. Dieses atemberaubend renovierte, nach Süden ausgerichtete Apartment im Erdgeschoss bietet Platz für eine Familie mit bis zu 6 Personen. Maximal 4 Erwachsene. Geeignet für junge Familien und Paare. Ein großes Familienschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett für 3 Personen. Kleiderschrank und Stauraum. Familienbadezimmer mit elektrischer Dusche über der Badewanne. Helle farbenfrohe benutzerfreundliche Küche und Essbereich. Wohnbereich mit TV und ausziehbarer Doppelschlafcouch. Hochstuhl ist vorhanden, aber kein Kinderbett.
Durch die doppelten Terrassentüren gelangt man auf einen sicheren Terrassenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen. Über das sichere Schrankeneinfahrtsystem ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug reserviert.
Wenn Sie im Apartment übernachten, können Sie den beheizten Außenpool (von Oktober bis April geschlossen) mit herrlichen Palmen im Garten nutzen. Dies ist ein abgeschlossener Garten nur für Anwohner / Gäste.
Innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichen Sie den Strand und den Paignton Pier, Eselreiten und Kinderspielplätze. Weiter entlang der Küste ist der Hafen und eine herrliche Aussicht über die Bucht. Unternehmen Sie eine kleine Reise nach Goodrington, verbringen Sie einen Tag im Splashdown Water Park und schweben Sie in den Swanboats. Stayed again following wonderful stay last year. Lived up to the same expectations, very clean property close to the seafront. Communication is brilliant, very accommodating with a second car during a very busy airshow weekend. Main change this year was to bring own towels to help keep accomodation affordable which was perfectly fine by us.Still highly recommended, perfect for families which want to get away to the seaside.Thank you once again!

Thank you for your great review Daryll. It is very much appreciated. This year, as you mentioned, is to ask guests to bring their own towels rather than us supply them. I have had to think carefully about this ask, but to do a hot wash and dry for a family group does cost an awful lot these days. For Daryll and his family this was no problem at all. I hope that this will be acceptable to all holiday guests. Daryll looked after the apartment and left it in a clean and tidy state. Thanks again Daryll, it really is appreciated.

The property is in an excellent location, situated right in the heart of town. The apartment has everything needed for a self-catering holiday. My husband and I took our Granddaughter, who’s 6, she was in her element with the swimming pool outside and the beach just across the road.

Yes, Alison and her family have been at the apartment many times. They are an absolute pleasure to host. Everything is clean and tidy when they leave, not a thing out of place. They treat the apartment with respect and adhere to the minimal rules regarding the swimming pool and site totally.

Fantastic stay!

Apartment was wonderful, brilliant location close to all leisures that paignton has to offer. Very colourful decor which was fabulous, comfortable sleep and great bathroom. Everything was very clean and lovely welcome gift on arrival. Checking in and arrival was very easy.I had pre discussions with the property manger before we arrived, the lovely host went above and beyond to accommodate. Fabulous location

The apartment was opposite the beach, you have your own parking spot free, there is a heated outdoor pool. We all had a great time, there was everything you needed. The kids would have liked WiFi but we managed. We left our floats for the next guests.

I decided not to have wifi as being on holiday, with family or friends, it's good to have a break from devices. There is free wifi available at the Inn on the Green if it is needed. It would be lovely to have you stay again in the future.

Love esplanade court

Not my first time at esplanade court but my first time at 57. We love the complex as its right by the beach and has an outdoor heated pool, that's why we come back again and again. Apartment was spotless, everything needed was provided, apart from a hairdryer. Do not have anything negative to write. Will visit again hopefully.

Fabulous

This was our second stay at no:7. The last being 7 years ago. We enjoyed ourselves just as much the second time around. Perfectly located, with the added bonus of use of the heated outdoor pool. The terrace is a fabulous sun trap, and the flat is well equipped for a family. Lots of local attractions and activities are available. A suggestion to improve the flat would be a blackout curtain in the bedroom, as the sun floods in. We did not want to leave on our checking out day, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accomodation-central location.

We were really pleased with this accommodation. Not only did we get a lovely cream tea on the table when we arrived which was lovely but it was really clean, modern and had everything you could need, such as cooking utensils, a few towels and even a hoover, brush etc. It was comfortable and spacious. The pool was amazing- it was warm and most of the time had it to ourselves. The little garden area was great too, as you could dry your clothes, it also had a table you could sit at and eat. My little boy liked to play in this little area whilst I cooked tea. I didn't have any problems whilst there but when booking host was quick to reply. It was so close to everything, just over the road from the pier and park. Would definitely stay again.

tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, gern zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft liegt strandnah in zweiter Reihe und dennoch sehr ruhig. Supermarkt, Pubs, Bushaltestelle...alles innhalb 6 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir möchten uns für die schöne Unterkunft und sehr gute Betreuung bedanken. Wir können dieses Objekt gern weiterempfehlen.

Perfect Location

Easy to book with great communication. Property is in a brilliant location so close to the pier and the centre but tucked away and in a quiet area. It was clean and well resourced. The swimming pool is a huge bonus. Will go again.

Well deserved break.

We had a lovely time, it was home away from home. The boys loved it there so much there were tears on our leaving day 😊. Pool on site was icing on the cake. Only trouble was bedroom was very warm at night, some fans would be lovely. Thank you Glenda.

So pleased you and your family had a great time. The pool is the icing on the cake plus having great weather too, makes a lovely time away. We have tried fans in the past, but have then had issues with the noise. We can look again and see if we can get quieter ones. Thank you Abigail for staying with us and we hope you can return again in the near future.

Brilliant

Arrived at this holiday apartment and we were delighted to have such a clean and fresh place to stay. Enjoyed every moment and such a great base to have for travelling around, We have already booked for next year. Would recommend to family too

What a fantastic accommodation. It was nicely furnished a well maintained property and cleaned to a very high standard. All amenities are on the door step. The owners went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend people to stay here . I will definately be returning again in the future

The apartment is situated very close to all pleasures, eg shopping, beach, restaurants, children's play grounds and much more. Really pleased you enjoyed your stay

Nice Apartment near the Sea Front

The description of the apartment was accurate regarding the location and facilities. The property was clean, well maintained and quiet. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the sea front. Highly recommended.
