Einstöckiges Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Bad, Familienzimmer, großem, offenem Grand-Room mit raumhohen Fenstern, vielen Terrassen und einem Terrassenbereich. We had the best time staying here for a quick girls trip for 6. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked which was perfect to cook dinner together. Renovated bathroom too! Super close to the beach and the general store was right outside. Beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely come back!

Perfect for the family!

We were in town celebrating milestone birthdays and the house was a perfect basecamp! Comfortable rooms, good communication and an easy walk to the beach (keep in mind its a little steep).

We loved being right in the heart of Dillon Beach at this place. It was clean and well-appointed but keep in mind that it's more on the "rustic" side, but with character.

The host was welcoming. The host did not know about a switch that the turned the hot water on and off. The hot water was not working at 8:30 at night. When we inquired the host explained that she could not attend to the problem at that time of night and she would attend to it the next day. At 10:45 pm we -- the guests found the switch. The number and contact information in the guest book was not accurate the communication with the number was never answered during our 7 day stay. However, Linda who was the contact for the rental was very responsive. The book should be updated

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. You checked in at 4:00 PM and contacted us around 9:00 PM regarding hot water. We responded immediately and let you know we would arrange for someone to come by the following morning to investigate. About an hour later, you contacted us again after discovering the wall switch for the hot water heater was in the off position. Once switched on, the hot water was restored and working properly. Throughout your stay, you made several requests, all of which we responded to and addressed promptly. Guest comfort and quick communication are always a priority for us. For these reasons, we respectfully disagree with the three-star rating, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The location is fantastic. The views are excellent. The seating availablity is spacious, room for all.The house has great features. The new side is bright and roomy. The old side has great charm and character.Some maintenance with doors and lights are needed. Unable to find light switches for kitchen as well as ceiling fan in large room. A deep scrubbing of kitchen cabinets, pots and pans would really add a sparkle of life.

As for the wood cabinets, they receive a thorough cleaning every few months using a dedicated wood cleaner. Please know that we use a professional cleaning company to clean and sanitize all cookware provided at the house. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay
