Great location

Enjoyed our stay. House had fantastic views, and great proximity to the beach. Easy check in and good overall house. Some things were a little old and dirty, and the deck was smaller than the pictures made it seem, but overall we had a nice time.

Family Getaway

We had an amazing time visiting Dillon Beach. We loved the neighborhood and the views were amazing. Our children ages 5 and 7 loved the hot tub, ping pong and Foosball table. I would definitely visit this property again.

Great place for a getaway

Rented this house in Dillon Beach for a two-day gathering of out-of-town friends and couldn't have been happier. The location was great, the hot tub and game tables added to the fun, and the views were spectacular. Would absolutely recommend Point of View to anyone.

Amazing Views

The property was extremely clean and offered great views. There was abundant wildlife on the surrounding areas. There were a few deferred maintenance items that should be addressed but overall the property was in good condition.

What a view!

The house was great! We enjoyed our time immensely. We used the hot tub daily and built a couple fires while there. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful time at this rental!! We never made it into the hot tub but had a great time playing pool, ping pong and enjoying the beautiful view (before the fog rolled in). Would definitely book again!!!

Great family weekend retreat

This house sits in a wonderful natural neighborhood, waking up with herds of deer and eagles around. Not to mention the panoramic view of the beach from the living room and the deck. Amenities such pool table, table tennis, foosball etc are ideal for families with kids. Our first day there was really foggy so we simply stayed in the house the whole day but kids had a blast by just playing in the house. Would like come back to this house if we visit this area again.

Beautiful Fog!

This Dillon Beach house was tucked up in a hill overlooking the coast. It was a warm, yet foggy weekend and beautiful the way the fog crept in and surrounded the house. It made it all the more special when the sun did poke out. It was great to have their garage playroom to hang out with our teens!

Spacious home with the most amazing views of Dillon Beach!

Very comfortable home with beautiful views of the ocean! We also saw many deer right outside the living room windows. Kitchen is well stocked so you can could easily cook at home. The spa was a plus since we visited on a very chilly weekend. The home was very clean. We had everything we needed! Just a short drive down to the Dillon Beach parking lot. Great place for families with or without kids!

Perfect weekend getaway

We always love the pacific coast of Marin County, and have stayed at many places. This one is the one of best in so many aspects. Breathtaking view, peaceful neighborhood, well stocked, beautiful spaces. All kinds of things to enjoy the house. Both kids and adults don't want to leave this house during the entire stay. Also, the property manager, Joe, helped us to resolve a technical issue with a breeze. We will definitely come back again!!! Thank you.

Reunion with good friend

7 of us (good friends) get together once a year before the Holidays , we have been doing this since college. We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Absolutely amazing views of the ocean, plenty of room for all of us and the hot tub was just another added bonus. The home was clean, the beds are comfortable and there is even an ocean view from the kitchen window. The property manager was helpful and Linda answered all of our numerous questions and emails. Spectacular Views!

This home has one of the most beautiful coastal shoreline views I have ever seen. Feels like you are on top of the world! House was huge with plenty of room for a group of friends. Sectional couch in front of the panoramic windows was sensational!!! We gathered there all weekend. Only advice I can give the home owner is we had trouble with ants in the kitchen. We felt there needed to be more bath towels for use and also it would be great to have beach towels for hot tub use. We also struggled with the electric stove in the kitchen. It could use an update! All in all the house was just what we were hoping for. Definitely would stay again!!!

Unbeatable view

My family and I stayed at this house for a small reunion and quality time with our new baby. The home is truly perched atop the tallest hill in Dillon Beach and the views are incredible! Our first few days were quite foggy but we still enjoyed the mist rolling over the hills, even when we couldn’t see the beach view from our window. There was cute wildlife to observe right in front of the large windows everyday! The home is very large, plenty of room for everyone. They do not carry any baby supplies so you would need to bring your own pack n play, etc. We had a lot of fun playing all the games in the garage (pool, ping pong, and more) and hot tubbing/star gazing. The home could be quite amazing with some updates. Overall cleanliness was fine, but could benefit from a deep clean. I did send a message to the host about an early check in and never heard back. Overall, we loved our stay. It was a great spot for family gathering and I would stay here again happily just to have my coffee on that deck each morning!

beautiful Dillon beach home

We loved our stay in Dillon beach, the house was beautiful with a spectacular view. The beds were comfy and the hot tub on the deck was great! The dishwasher did not work during our stay. We let the house manager know but he was unable to come fix it during our stay so we had to do dishes by hand during our stay. A few notes for future renters: bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided in each of the two bathrooms for 8 people on a three day weekend, and only one roll of paper towels. Also there was no saran wrap or aluminum foil, so bringing your own would be a good idea. We were only provided with one towel each so we had to use our bathing towels for the hot tub as well, which was not ideal. Despite this, we had an amazing time, just wanted future renters to be aware that you might need to bring along a few more things!

Location is lovely with water views out of each window.

We all enjoyed our stay with plenty to do to make our stay full of fun and games. We had a couple of issues. Fridge ice machine was broken. Thankfully, we had a brought a bit as the local store's ice machine was broken as well. Additionally, no hot water in master bath shower...so, all 5 of us had to use the other shower. Location covers a lot, but, for foodies it would be nice to offer a bit of cooking oils, vinegars, etc. Staple cooking type items as we are all cooking in during Covid and a large enough grocery is minimum 18 mi. away. House should have glassware enough for the people you sleep. Basic updates to glassware: 6-8 sparkling wine glasses & 6-8 regular wine glasses would also make festive meals more celebratory. This house is dated...it needs some love. Not trying to knock, but, I also own a VrBO premier listing and make sure I do not scrimp. Thank you and good luck for 2021 season!!!

Traumhaus

Wunderschön über einer Bucht gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünscht vom Hot tub bis zum Tischtennistisch. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von jedem Zimmer und der Terasse spektakulär!! Sehr empfehlenswert!
