Unser geräumiges Haus mit 8 Schlafzimmern und 8 Badezimmern bietet einen privaten 40-Fuß-Pool im Lagunenstil mit Wasserfall und Cabana, sechs Master-Suiten, zwei Küchen und eine zentrale Lage im exklusiven Viertel Destin, Crystal Beach! Unser Haus wird gerade renoviert und kann ab November 2019 gebucht werden!

Das Crystal Beach Sandcastle bietet eine geräumige Outdoor-Cabana, Strand- und Poolspielzeug für die Kinder, große Balkone und Außenduschen, um den Sand nach einem kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand abzuspülen! Sie werden auch einen Golfwagen für 4 Personen zur Verfügung haben, der Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthalts ultimativen Komfort und Spaß bietet! Der extrem große Garten bietet jede Menge Platz zum Spielen und Unterhalten. Oder veranstalten Sie eine fabelhafte Hochzeit für Ihre ganze Familie und Freunde! Dieses luxuriöse Haus bietet mehr als 400 m² Wohnfläche, eine Seite mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, 3 Könige, 1 Schlafcouch mit ausziehbarem Bett und einen Schlafraum mit 2 voll über voll ausziehbaren Betten und 2 ausziehbaren Einzelbetten.

Die andere Seite hat eine weitere voll ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, 3 Könige, 1 Schlafcouch mit Rollbett und einen Schlafraum mit 2 überfüllten Kojen und 2 ausziehbaren Doppelrollbetten. Zwei Waschküchen, Kabel- und Highspeed-Internetzugang sowie WLAN sind im Preis inbegriffen, sodass Sie den Luxus Ihres Zuhauses genießen können. Nichts wurde von diesem Haus ausgelassen, alles, was Sie für Komfort und Spaß benötigen, wurde geschmackvoll hinzugefügt!

Family Vacation

We just stayed here and loved everything about the house. We had 2 sides of the family down so it was nice that it had 2 kitchens and 2 sets of washer/dryer. The pool was incredible and big enough that everyone could enjoy themselves. We would definitely stay here again!!

Backyard of my dreams!

We rented this house as a place for all of our friends and family to stay at for our destination beach wedding. The space is perfect for multiple different families coming to together. With each king suite guests felt like they had a little bit of privacy when needed, yet plenty of common space for gathering. The backyard was perfection. Even though it was November, we were able to get the pool and hot tub plenty warm. 90% of our time was spent out here, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!

Loved the house, plenty of room for everyone with great beach access. The hot tub wasn’t always hot. I would recommend a how to manual. The out door showers were inoperable so sand was everywhere. We wished there would have been better lighting outside in the back by the pool for night swims. Love how there were beach and pool toys!

Thank you for your feedback and am happy that your overall vacation was a success. We have been doing our best to address the heating of the pool or hot tub on a more consistent basis. The outdoor showers are another issue we have been having constant communication with in order to have that resolved. The extra lighting would also be something nice to have but unfortunately that is something we are not able to do. One Awesome Vacation!

This house/duplex was more than we expected. Very spacious, had plenty of kitchen utensils/appliances, high chair and pack-n-play, a bathroom for every room and the pool was big enough for all of us to enjoy. The beach was only two short blocks but you have the option of the golf cart which we enjoyed often. Highly recommend for a big group.

No working pool, no working golf cart and not super clean.

We received a message 2 hours before our arrival that the pool wasn't working. (It was green). There was not a lot of communication from the Property Management Company on the estimate of it being fixed. Day 2 (Sunday)no pool also the golf kart wasn't working. No response from PM on a fix but was told Monday they would have a meeting. Day 3 Still no pool. PM maintenance people came out couldn't fix the pool took the golf kart to get serviced.. Day 4 No pool still, PM maintenan and pool maintenance company came out. Thought it needed a pool pump. Let's just say the pool started working correctly on Day 5 the day before we leave, but not til 230pm. We did enjoy the pool for the last 8 hours of our trip. The house was NOT clean we found old water bottles and papers in the trundle of the beds, food crumbs in the cushions of the chairs. The backyard had cans, socks and melted candy around the pool. Maybe the cleaning crew didn't have enough time to clean the house as they were just leaving when we arrived at 4:00pm. We had elderly parents and grand children in our group. The pool was on our "must haves" list so we could all enjoy time together. Although they refunded us less than 10% houses in this area without a pool would have been 20-25% less to rent. The house DID accommodate a large group we had 5 families. The owner of this property should really think about using another PM company. The lack of communication and urgency was not great

What a great vacation! The house was perfect for our group of five families, 23 people. We had plenty of room, really enjoyed the pool area, and made great use of the kitchen areas to cook for everyone. Destin was busy but great, thank you so much for a fantastic vacation!

The place had a smell wasn’t really clean very out dated furniture and not in good condition, the place really need to be updated. We paid way to much money for what we got. We was very disappointed

Wow! I think this is all about "perspective". First and foremost, we had VRBO reviews from March 2021, April 2021, and May 2021....all 5 STAR REVIEWS! In fact, the last review stated that the house was "beyond our expectations". To be transparent, the house sleeps 24 people....... You couldn't imagine the abuse it takes week after week. It is an older home and is not a new construction (that is obvious in the pictures). However, we completed many updates in 2019 (over $20K worth). At the end of 2021, we will make more updates. I have to mention again that managing a home that is 4,600 sq ft, near the beach, and that sleeps 24 gets worn out and abused! There is no denying that. But the Owner does take pride in his home and does put money back into it every year and as a management company we are responsive and we care! To sum up, this particular reservation had 20 guests. They only paid $249.55 per person for an 8 bedroom house, with a private pool and golf cart in Destin.

Great house

We had a perfect experience at this property. Great location, pool and hot tub were wonderful, the beds were awesome and the overall house was everything we could have wanted. This was by far the most amazing vacation spot ever! We had so many plans to be out and about through the city but when we got to the house all the plans were canceled and we enjoyed ourselves at the house with the pool! So perfect for a large group!

Mixed Feelings

Our group of 4 families has rented large houses for 15 years at various beaches and sight-seeing locations. I will start with the outside: very large pool that was great for pool volleyball (we strung our own net), water could have been a little cooler but it was very sunny out, nice yard area to play cornhole, plenty of table seating but could use some shade structures other than the 1 table umbrella. The frogs were very noisy in the evenings. When 1 started they all did for a couple of minutes then there would be a few minutes break. We even had a neighbor ask us about the noisy frogs in our back yard. Another issue was the pool got plenty dirty with a few storms that blew thru and no skimmer anywhere to be found. Had to wait for the one day that the pool guy came. The inside: lots of bedrooms that fit our needs, beds were comfy, fridges could definitely be colder, was a little inconvenient to have the house split in two with no inside connecting door but we knew that going in, AC seemed to cool better on one side than the other but wasn't an issue. Overall we spent most of our time outside so the inside was adequate. Other items: golf cart came in very handy, especially running back and forth to the beach (could park close) instead of walking it. Beach area was very nice but didn't really like all of the rental chairs/umbrellas getting the entire front row of the beach...as far as you could walk this was the case. Great sugary sand but don't expect to find shells or other items washing up on shore. Unfortunately due to offshore storms (I think) their was a riptide current preventing us from being able to get in the water past knee deep for the last 3 days we were there. This simply happens once in a while when you are at the beach. Lots of things to do nearby that we really didn't take advantage of due to the Covid B.S. Overall I gave it 3 stars based on all of the houses we have stayed at.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are so happy to hear that you found the pool and backyard to your liking. I have brought your suggestions regarding shaded areas in the backyard and pool skimmer to my property managers attention. While we agree that the frogs can get noisy, there is not much we can do to keep our oustide friends quiet. The fight over where beach vendors can set up goes on every year. I wish we had the power to fix it, but some things are out of our control. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Great location

The only thing that we did not like was the mattress was a really bad. One other thing that made the difference is:: why they Didn’t write the full description about separation the house.. It was strange, we thought was one big house, when we arrive and see, was two separate house.. horrible view, we have to separate the family.
