Absolutely amazing everything you would need for a great Family Holiday Great hot tub,,pool Our Host Christina was So kind we arrived at the villa and was welcomed By Christina who had supplied us with cheese board fresh bread Wine Beer hams cheese milk etc very impressed this is the best Villa i have been to ,she was very helpful and just a phone call away The villa was so big like a small hotel all to ourselves We did loads of cooking in the outside cooking area the children absolutely loved the garden and pool it was hard to leave will definitely be returning

The villa was perfect for our family of 11, with lots of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit with and was used all day, along with the hot tub.Christine provided a generous welcome pack so we immediately had provisions, which were a big hit with everyone. The remoteness of the villa was not a problem as we never had a problem getting Ubers and we even had a supermarket online shop delivered without issue.Christine was always on hand if we needed advice or help and gave us lots of excellent restaurant recommendations. She also made sure the Villa was regularly cleaned and arranged our airport transfers. Her help was very much appreciated.We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to return or recommend Vivenda Christina

Over the years we have rented numerous properties in both Spain & Portugal. For our family (10 of us ages from 2 - 70 plus) this was spot on. Lovely location, large well equipped villa, great outdoor space, and super pool (we had it heated).Christine was an attentive host without being intrusive and was obviously well-versed in dealing with people. Lovely spacious villa with a nice pool and many amenities for all the group to enjoy. Christine was very friendly and helpful to all our needs. (Even had a welcome pack on arrival, which was a nice touch). There were ten adults in the group who all enjoyed themselves and spent most evenings in the villa without getting in the way of each other. Made the most of the two bbqs and the outdoor dining on many evenings. Cleaners came twice a week to change towels and clean the floors and the pool attendant kept the pool clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our week.

The villa was the best we have stayed in - the pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderful property with a great outdoor space. Wonderful pool area and patio area a great space to chill out.The host is extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. She is really relaxed and left us to it but was there if we needed her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely stay her again if back in Portugal! 5*

Beautiful villa. Not in central Vilamoura but Ubers were super easy to book and cheap. Great amenities for children and to keep everyone busy. Very clean, lovely welcome package and Christine was always available for any questions or queries that we had. We have been to Vilamoura regularly but Christine provided lots of information about the local area. Top host and stunning villa. Would love to come back in the future.

Excellent villa

We had a great week. Christina was very helpful and the villa itself was spacious, well appointed, clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It is close to Vilamoura and very easy and cheap to uber in to the town, nearby waterparks and beaches. The pool was great to relax, and there are plenty of areas to sit in shade or sunbathe. Cant fault it!

We were a family of twelve, my wife and me, our four sons, their partners and our grandchildren. We were really looking forward to our stay and we’re not disappointed. The host is a lovely lady, who puled out all the stops for our stay. Fabulous outdoor area, a home from home

Fantastic stay. Plenty of room. Outdoor area was amazing, so handy to have a large garden area with young kids - they loved running around when not in the pool. Property very clean and spacious. Everything you could need. Super easy to order Ubers, getting around was no problem. Christine the host is super lovely, helpful and welcoming and sent lots of useful information ahead of stay. We had a great time as a family and will definitely book again.

Family holiday

Fabulous time had by all. We are a large family that holiday together once a year over the years we have had a few disappointments this villa did not disappoint in anyway. What you see advertised is actually what you get a beautiful clean spacious well looked after villa. Christine the owner sends all the info you need before you arrive a lovely lady who comes to see you when you arrive is just a msg away to answer any query you may have and then comes to say goodbye when it’s time to leave. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Perfect 2 weeks

We (group of 11 including 2 kids 2&4 years old) had two weeks in the villa and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was lovely and clean and offered everything we wanted and needed.The pool is gated so no need to worry about the kids when no one’s manning it. Christine was available all the time to help with any queries on the local area and general help. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends in the future. The villa is perfect location for everything with only being a short drive/cab away. Cabs are cheap. A short 10/15 min walk to a bakery that does lovely fresh bread, croissants and cakes every morning. In short. Lovely place, highly recommend it.

What a fabulous house !!!

Stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks - for over a week there were 14 of us. Christine could not have done more - it was clean bright with absolutely everything we could have needed and she is right next door!! Pool was filled up grass cut and house beautifully maintained !! Have booked houses through companies before but never again - no comparison to having someone on the doorstep to help!! If you have a large family or big group could not recommend enough!! Very close to supermarkets the beach and Villamoura !! Holiday was 15/10 - perfect !!!

Perfect and Private Location for a Family

This property was perfect for our family reunion of nine adults and four children. The private gate at the entrance made us feel more secure, the spacious parking for our vehicles (2 nine-passenger vans, and one car), plenty of grass for the children to run and play, the private gated pool (this was imperative for us, and the pool was lovely), the spacious outside patio area with plenty of seating and two bbqs, the beautiful up-to-date kitchen with new appliances, the bedrooms with bathrooms were very nice and convenient. Christine was such a gracious host and told us everything we needed to know. When we arrived at the property Christine had already purchased some food for us to have a quick and easy meal. Our family highly recommends this property, and we cannot wait to go back!

Had booked to celebrate as a family for a 60th birthday with 3 different families ages ranging from 2 - 60. From the initial booking right through to the end of our stay Christine was brilliant, from the information provided, booking transfers and ensuring that we had some essentials in the property on arrival. The villa is beautiful and easily accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. It has a large garden and games provided and a secure pool area with a lockable gate so we didn’t have to worry when this was not in use. The villa is set in a quiet location but only a 8 minute uber from a large supermarket and about the same distance into Vilamoura marina. Everything we needed in the property was provided and cleaners attended to the pool, outdoor areas and inside the property during our stay. Thank you for a lovely week!

Wonderful Family Holiday

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Christine the owner, was so helpful - arranged transfers, gave us contacts for car hire, places to visit and was there if you needed her. The villa is very private and the pool and garden s are so relaxing ! Beautiful outside area with bbq’s , comfy furniture and space for everyone to chill . Our grandchildren loved the pool - plenty of Sun loungers and areas of shade if you wanted it! The villa inside is also spacious and is tastefully decorated with a number of sofas ! It was very hot as was July, but the villa has great air conditioning! We used Uber taxis to visit the Marina, water parks for the children and Albufeira Old Town ! We were a family of 3 generations and we all would love to return - best family holiday we have had and we have been lucky enough to have had a few!!! Many thanks Christine ! A wonderful stay and fabulous time!

We were a group of 11 people; adults ranging from 40 to 80 years old and 2 kids. It was a special time celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with family and close friends. We had an amazing time at the villa. The layout worked out perfectly with three bedrooms located on the main level and three on the second level and 6 washrooms (no line ups getting ready in the morning :)) Christine and her husband Matthew were great hosts. The communication prior to our arrival and check in process was clear and easy. Christine was always available to answer ay questions and provide recommendations for sites to visit, local restaurants etc. during our stay. The villa is located in a quiet area around 10 minutes away by car from Villamoura centre, beaches and shopping area. It is best to have a vehicle to go around but some of our group took Uber as well instead of driving and it was quite cheap (around $5 to $8 euros). We loved our stay and hope to be back again in the near future.
