Mit einem neuen Update von Farbe, Fußboden und Beleuchtung ist Latitude Change der perfekte Ort für Ihren nächsten Familienurlaub!

Das offene Wohnzimmer ist ein großartiger Treffpunkt für Familien mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher und einem Bluray-Player, 2 großen Sofas und vielen Brettspielen für gemeinsame Abende. Das Wohnzimmer öffnet sich zu der möblierten, abgeschirmten Veranda, ein gemütlicher Ort, um das Mittag- oder Abendessen zu genießen, während Sie den Wellen lauschen.

Unsere Küche wurde mit allen brandneuen Edelstahlgeräten überarbeitet und ist für Ihre Kochbedürfnisse bestens gerüstet. Die Frühstücksbar bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und der Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Eine Vorratskammer in voller Größe macht den Einkauf von Lebensmitteln einfach und bequem, und ein Gasgrill befindet sich direkt draußen auf unserer überdachten Veranda.

Unser erstes Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und Türen im französischen Stil, die auf eine Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf die Auffahrt und den Golf führen. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich unser Etagenschlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten für bis zu 4 Personen.
Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf und Queensize-Bett, das sich auch zu einer Sonnenterrasse hin öffnet. Unser viertes Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben viel Stauraum, frische Bettwäsche und Tageslicht. Beide Badezimmer sind über den Hauptwohnbereich direkt vor den Schlafzimmern zugänglich und verfügen aus Sicherheitsgründen über Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen mit Haltegriffen.

Zu den Außeneinrichtungen zählen ein zweiter Kühlschrank in unserer Waschküche im Erdgeschoss, eine Außendusche mit Warm- / Kaltwasser und ein abgeschirmter Fischreinigungsbereich. Der große überdachte Carport bietet viel Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge und Strandausrüstung und ist ein schöner schattiger Platz zum Spielen für die Kleinen.
Genießen Sie den einfachen Zugang zum Strand über einen Zugangsweg zum Sandstrand, der sich direkt gegenüber von unserem Haus befindet. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang von 2-3 Minuten sind Ihre Zehen im Sand. Möchten Sie die Bayside erkunden? Machen Sie einen kurzen 2-3-minütigen Spaziergang in die entgegengesetzte Richtung über einen Naturpfad direkt hinter unserem Haus. Es ist das Beste aus beiden Welten!

Geplant für Frühjahr 2020 ... ein brandneues privates Schwimmbad! Gäste, die ab April 2020 bei uns übernachten, können unseren neuen privaten Pool genießen!

Loved the Location

This was our first trip to St George, and we will definitely be back. We loved the location of the house as it was an easy walk to the beach and a quick bike ride into town, and having our own pool was definitely a plus.

Great house, great location. Friendly contacts. Unfortunately during our stay it was too cold to heat the beautiful pool. Beach is walking distance so no need for bikes. During our stay the aeration pump was broken and ran very loudly 24 hours every day like a generator. Also no hair dryer, no aluminum foil or wrap in the pantry. Fix the aerator and it’s 5 stars.If you stay, there are no-see-em biting flies so buy DEET spray. Nice island for Nature walks and beach strolls!

Great visit

I spent a month at Latitude Changes and every minute was enjoyable. The house is in a great location and is nicely equipped. Beach is a short 3 minute walk and bay access is easy too. Rental people were easy to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house, great location, would come back year after year.

We had 2 families with several young children and the house layout was perfect for that. It was clean, well stocked, beds were comfy, it’s close to the beach, the pool was so fun to have. We had a wonderful vacation at this beach house! We had an issue with the A/C and the property management people responded within an hour to get it working again. We were very pleased with our experience here!

Best vacation ever!

This property was amazing ! The house is spacious and clean. We rented a golf cart and drive to the beach, Although you can easily walk. I highly recommend the golf cart. The company was quick to respond went we reported an issue with the tv. They arrived within the hour to fix it !! We will be staying there again. Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

This is our second stay here. The house suits our needs perfectly for 2 families with children of varying ages. Easy walk to beach or the bay. Everything was as expected. The Fridge downstairs is really handy for drinks. The grill worked well; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will very likely be back to Latitude Change.

Best trip ever

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. The pool is beautiful and it is a short walk/golfcart ride to the beach. The beds are comfortable and everything in the kitchen worked great! We had an ant issue by the pool and I texted the property manager. I got immediate results! They had pesticide out to spray and put out poison within hours. They even called the next day to follow up that it was satisfactory. I could not recommend this place enough! Julie

Perfect Beach Getaway

My friends and I chose Latitude Change for beach r and r and our only regret is that we did not book a whole week! The house was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and we especially appreciated how private and sheltered it is, at the back of the house and with the trees and landscaping screening it from the street and adjacent houses. The house is on the main road, so there is some traffic, but it didn't bother us at night. If we had had more than 4 people the living space might have felt tight, as there is not another separate area say for kids. But it was great for us.

The beach path was incredibly convenient—even after full days on the sand, no one in our group minded the short walk.The house was perfect for our group, which included two families with kids ranging from 13 to 18. The teens especially loved being right across from the bike path, which gave them easy access to the island center for pickup basketball games and, of course, ice cream stops on the way back.The private pool was a big hit with everyone, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. I highly recommend renting through Forgotten Shores—their team was excellent from start to finish!

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect for 2 families., 4 adults 4 teenagers. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It has a “peek a boo” view of the gulf from the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was a very easy maybe 3 minute stroll. We did visit the bayside a few times and opted to walk down the road since the “nature” trail was very much a nature trail. A bit too terrifying to me knowing there could snakes back there. But the road was a very easy and enjoyable stroll to the bay. Having the screened in porch was a godsend. It made it possible to sit outside without annoying bugs and kept the seats dry from rain and humidity. Because the house sits back from the gulf it was a bit warmer and less windy which made the pool very usable especially since it was heated. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing on St George Island.

From the time of my very first inquiry until checkout, Lindsey's professionalism and intrapersonal skills surpassed almost any other rental or travel agents with whom I've interacted. Thanks to her insights and excellence at what she does, we enjoyed an excellent stay in this property. It is spacious, clean, adequately stocked, decorated with TLC, and conducive to relaxation. It's just a short walk to the beach, and yet set back enough from the water to protect our "stuff" from salty spray. Though we weren't intrested in the pool, it was cared for regularly, and looked appealing for those who might wanna take a dip. Infinite thanks to Lindsey and all at Forgotten Shores. We can't wait to get back to the magic of SGI.

The house is wonderful and spacious and the pool is an added plus! Forgotten Shores is great to work with and is super responsive when we have questions or issues. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and they sent a maintenance man over and then a repair man. He got it going for one run and then it quit again. This has never happened before with this house or company and I get it, stuff happens. Otherwise, our trip was amazing!
