Dieses Suncadia Home verfügt über einen PRIVATEN SCHWIMMBAD direkt bei Ihnen zu Hause. Der Pool und der zweite Whirlpool sind je nach Jahreszeit von Mitte bis Ende Mai bis Anfang Oktober geöffnet. Der Bereich umfasst einen weiteren Whirlpool, Liegestühle, einen Shuffleboard-Platz und eine Terrasse mit Essbereich. Besser geht es nicht !!!!!

Dieses atemberaubende, nach Kundenwünschen errichtete Haus befindet sich auf einem 0,75 Hektar großen Grundstück am Ende des Carbide Court und bietet einen Panoramablick auf die umliegenden Bergrücken, das 14. Grün auf dem Rope Rider Course und das 12. Loch auf dem Prospector Course. Dieses geräumige Haus verfügt über 6 oder 7 Schlafzimmer, 6, 5 Bäder und über 1.400 m² überdachten Wohnraum im Freien. Fünf Master-Suiten und ein Schlafraum, der in separate Schlafräume aufgeteilt werden kann, boten Schlafgelegenheiten für 21 Personen in bequemen Betten. Great offsite retreat

The home offered plenty of space for our small work retreat with each of us having our own bedroom/bathroom. The downstairs was the perfect hangout after our meetings and the kitchen was great for making meals for our group. Can’t wait to stay at Elk Landing Lodge again for our next retreat.

Spectacular

This beautiful home was the perfect setting for our couples retreat… the couples raved about the comfort and spacious accommodations, there was plenty of room for our sessions, our chef team was able to utilize the downstairs kitchenette for most of meal prep and then serve in the gorgeous kitchen on mail floor. There are 5 beautiful master suites… we will definitely be booking here for our next retreat!

We rented this for several families to stay together for a wedding. It was perfect.

We rented this so several members of our family could stay together for a wedding. The 5 master suites was a selling point and a huge success. People had their own privacy while also being able to enjoy the common space. Lots of activities, pool, ping pong, etc.

Nice location on the golf course, lots of room for all 18 of us. Nice bedroom suites with their own bathrooms. A couple of things weren't working, but that wasn't a problem. Would of liked to see some outside games provided, but we brought our own. Would rent it again.

Could use a good cleaning, and some TLC all things were not in working order. The outside needs some attention. This could be a great house, but it is clear that it is not a priority of the owner. For the price I paid to stay I expect better.

We really wanted to stay positive about this place, but it’s shabby

Bedroom/bathroom configuration was great. The pool was tiny, but adequate and the kids all enjoyed it. Well stocked, linens were clean. 2 dishwashers 2 stove/ovens in kitchen - would have been great, but 1 dishwasher didn’t work at all, the top rack on the other wouldn’t pull out. One oven didn’t work. They sent a repairman who fixed the oven, said he fixed the dishwasher (only worked for one cycle) and ordered a part. Luckily we managed to figure a work around to get the dishwasher rack to pull out. 2 sets of washers and dryers, upstairs dryer didn’t work well. The furniture was once attractive, but _very_ worn, with multiple cuts and holes. Multiple cushions had large tears, and there were tears in the carpeting downstairs. We were asked to not wear shoes, but after an hour the soles of our feet were literally black. We managed to have fun, would not go back.

Half of the amenities don’t work

Place is an absolute dump, pictures look good but once you arrive the dishwasher, golf simulator, hot tubs and stove don’t work. The hardwoods are buckled so bad in the kitchen it is a tripping hazards. The whole place felt grimy from carpet to walls. Managment wouldn’t give refund with having these issues but wanted payment for broken picture glass. Look somewhere else if have a large group or go stay at a mobile home park because that would be an upgrade.

Family getaway

The host was responsive to our request for more silverware, we were a party of 19, and there were only 6 spoons. Overall house maintence was very poor, missing or burnt out canned lights through out, blinds and curtains in some rooms broken, broken light switches through out the house, wires hanging out of wall, game room had missing or broken pieces, couldn't get some TV's to work. Stained sheets and blankets in bunk room. One of the main bathroom shower walls had copious mildew, which the host sent someone to clean off. The small sink in the kitchen leaked badly around the faucet, so we couldn't use it. One of the dish washers had a broken upper tray. The downstairs washer leaked all over the floors in the laundry room. Host was going to have it looked at. Downstaris fireplace was broken, per host was going to be repaired. The hot tub was scummy so no one would use it, and it didn't get hot. The house needs much better cleaning and maintence. For the rental price we expected the house to at least be clean and in good repair. We would not stay there again.

Suncadia Family Reunion

The house was a really good size for our group of 16 adults. It’s a great layout. Unfortunately like the other reviews the house is very poorly maintained. Initially the house looks clean on the surface but as we got settled in realized how dirty things were and how there was so many issues. The pool was not clean for quite some time. There was water bugs breeding in it. It took our family hours to clean it and put in chlorine before we could use it and the hot tub. The stove and range was filthy. The pot holders and other appliances in the kitchen was filthy. The jetted tubs did not work in the master suite. There was a leak in the downstairs sink and the shower drains were clogged. The outside deck was dirty with spills that had not been cleaned. Outdoor cushions on the furniture were all filthy. We were afraid to use the grills and outdoor kitchen after the condition of the indoor kitchen. There was holes in the downstairs living room and the carpet was filthy. There was also a mouse that made an appearance. It was comical as 5 men tried to catch the mouse. We made the best of our stay but there was a lot of cleaning and complaining from everyone in the party about various issues we were all discovering. We sent the management company a message but they did not do anything. Unfortunately this investment property is just going downhill and the previous issues from other reviews have obviously not been address. So like the other reviews RENTERS beware!!

Would not book here again

All the reviews mentioning how most things were broken (washer, ice maker, hot tub temp) are very accurate. We knew going into our stay that this house wasn’t going to be 5 stars but it was way worse than we thought. There were many issues: Doors don’t stay closed, locks didn’t work, bathroom drains were clogged, toilets leaked, etc…. However the kicker was that sump pump was clogged when we arrived so the whole basement smelled like sewage (there are no windows so we weren’t able to air it out). Turns out we had to physically shake the sewage out of the tubes to unclog it, we did this when we arrived to unclog the previous guests sewage and had to do this throughout the trip to avoid the smell from getting worse. On top of that we booked this because the description and photos said that events were allowed and the listing boasted it can host and event for up to 60 guests. Prior to booking we cleared the vow renewal we planned to have with the hosts. A week before our event we were told we couldn’t stay there unless we paid an extra large amount, at this point we had no choice but to pay their ransom which they did offer to work with us and asked for a medium amount (Vrbo won’t let us say specifically how much but it was a lot) as they would not give us check in information until we agreed to this. While the hosts were very communicative during our stay we were disappointed by the plumbing, amenities, and by the owners who asked for more money last minute in order to host us.

The house is lovely!

The house is lovely! The seven bedrooms were perfect for our family. The Suncadia location is amazing, with many trails, playgrounds, farm and other amenities. There were a few issues with the house: some light switches , TVs in most bedrooms, first floor washing machine and vacuums did not work. Minor issues, except when we were trying to clean up prior to departure. The other issue is not with the house, per se, but with the cleaning company that services the house. All bed linens were cleaned, but several bathrooms had no towels and there were no dish towels (luckily I brought some) and we couldn't find many extras. It wasn't until someone wanted to use the upstairs laundry that we found wet towels in the washing machine and the dryer was filled with bath towels and dish towels. The kitchen counters, stove top and refrigerator had not been cleaned at all. The cleaning tools were left in the house, eg; brooms, Meyers and rags. The grill needed a good cleaning, we used aluminum foil on the grates. Some of us arrived at 4:00 pm, found the cleaning crew still there and said we would come back in an hour, which is the time frame they gave us. However, we saw them pack their truck with the garbage and leave before we even got out of the circle. We thought they were coming back, but they never did. Small issues, and most we could remedy ourselves. But for the price of rental, I would expect the house to be clean. If we ever have another family reunion in Cle Elum, we would consider booking this property again.

Family get away

The house was nice, need some cleaning, some of the appliances are missing parts and not working. The house is big and great for family get away, just enough for space for everyone.

Large but not too nice

The property was large and had a lot of great bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the overall cleanliness and function of the home was lacking. Sheets were not cleaned before we arrived and many small things were broken like the wheels on the dishwasher tray, switches for lamps, the login for the golf simulator, etc.

Dirty - needs maintenance

The property was "generally" cleaned but the floors were filthy, my wife had to sweep and mop the floors downstairs because our grandson was crawling on floors and it was VERY dirty...definitely not mopped prior. The ovens are BROKEN, one will not heat and one gets so hot it could set the adjacent cabinet on fire. My brother burned his hand opening the cabinet next to the left stove. The pool is TINY and the hot tub by the pool never got above luke warm. For the price I would not stay her again.

Big House

Great house perfect for our family was dissatisfied with the damage and lack disclosure. Some simple fixes and attention to details (example no batteries in remote contols) 3 hair dryers in one bathroom other bathrooms had no hairdryers) no ice maker anywhere on the property.

Large house, Large issues

Pros: good location & a lot of beds. Period. Cons: cold pool, cold hot tub, most outdoor lights didn’t work, interior light issues, outdoor bar sink AND ice maker broken. Most outdoor barstools were broken...basically the outdoor bar area is NOT functional. Those are the major items. The overall maintenance of this once lovely home is extremely disappointing. Loose bath fixtures, holes in the walls, carpets that should have been replaced long ago, washing machine “on button” you’ll need to be MacGyver to operate. The cleanliness of the home upon arrival was a 1 out of 10. Additionallly, major construction on one side of us had us awake at 7 AM and unable to sleep as it was so loud. With the current housing boom in Suncadia, this will now be common so be mindful of where you stay as work can begin at 7 AM in this community so you can find this issue with a lot of properties. The property manager WAS responsive and sent a maintenance person to the property to change light bulbs (that should’ve been changed before our arrival) and pour Draino into a sink. The owner should do the right thing and make the appropriate fixes to this property otherwise the listing is very deceiving. If you are renting this house because it has a pool… Stop and think about it because it is a cold pool. We visited multiple properties during our stay and they were all new, clean, and had plenty of room. And the costs were all far less! You have choices if you don’t need a pool!!! This is one of the most expensive properties in all of Suncadia and it does not warrant it until major maintenance is complete. Buyer beware!!!!
