Auf fast 3000 Quadratmetern ist "Tabby on 12th" das Strandhaus mit Platz für alle. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, aber wenn Sie etwas Privatsphäre wünschen, hat das Haus einen eigenen Pool. Der Pool kann für die kühlen Herbst- und Wintertage beheizt werden. Die Gebühr für das Beheizen des Pools beträgt 100 USD pro Reservierung. Dieses Haus befindet sich am East Beach, sodass auch bei Flut genügend Platz zum Entspannen ist. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Zwei wundervolle Veranden - eine davon abgeschirmt. Mit einer Küche, die groß genug für mehrere Köche und genügend Betten für all Ihre Freunde und Familie ist, ist Emmons Realty stolz darauf, dieses Haus als neueste Ergänzung zu unserem Mietpool anzubieten.

Super spacious and clean home with access to 2 different beaches. Absolutely loved the private pool and screened in porch with swing. One of the most memorable vacations we have ever experienced! St simons was a dream and so was this rental!

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was the perfect escape for our family group of 8. It was easy to go between the beach and the pool. Plenty of space to relax and cook too! With the convenience of Instacart grocery delivery, we enjoyed our time thoroughly without getting too close to anyone. Ideal getaway!

Perfect a group or multiple families

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend, and it was the perfect set up. We had a short walk/drive to the beach. We used public beach access as the access at the end of the street was impassable given some flooding. The pool in the back yard was just big enough for us to hang out around and the one baby in the group to enjoy floating in. The master suite is amazing with a cute sitting room attached. The upstairs suite was impeccable and cozy, with the only downside being the tight and steep stairway to get up there. Overall would recommend staying here.

Lovely stay at a nice house!

We had a lovely family stay with all the kids and grandkids. I liked how there were two master bedrooms and plenty of beds! The house hasn't been updated, needed to be sprayed for bugs, and the pool cleaned before arriving. Other than that everything was great! A longer walk from the beach access to the beach than expected, but the young ones were fine. We would stay here again! The pool was a plus coming back from the hot days on the beach. We love St Simons!

First visit to SSI The house is beautiful and every bit as amazing as the pictures. Very convenient to everything and the beach access is even closer than we thought! The pool and sitting area with fireplace are very well maintained and even had a great weber gas grill. Theres so much space for everyone. We had 6adults and 1 child and still had room for more! Nice, quiet neighborhood, and very well maintained!! And the pictures of the bathrooms do no justice to the actual size and beauty...they are huge! We very much enjoyed the kitchen with huge commercial gas stove/oven. 3 great dining spots and even a screened in side porch with extra fridge, and porch swing bed and extra seats to just sit and chill 😎 we will definetly be back!!

Emmons staff was helpful.A couple of suggestions:Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.(Don’t move the pool furniture?)There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.

Thanks for staying with Emmons Realty. We are glad you enjoyed the home. You would not believe how many people leave items. It's about one in 6 guests and we do about 1,5000 reservations per year. We need someone to take the call/email, go to the home and look for the item, go to the post office and wait in line, then charge the guests. We would really rather they not leave their items in the first place and this note is put there so that hopefully they will look around before they leave. These notes are used to encourage good behavior which it sounds like your nagging mother already taught you. Lol!. You would not believe some of the things we see. Thanks again for staying with us and taking the time to write a review. We hope to see you again!

We rented this place mostly because of the heated pool. At arrival the heater wasn’t working, it took a few tries to get a hold of the rental management company, but once I talked to someone they were there in record time get the heater going. The layout is great, everyone had their own space. The house could use some updating but served its purpose. It has a musty smell, I’m going to have to rewash all of our clothes because they have the same smell as the house. Overall, the kids really enjoyed staying here, they stayed in the pool the majority of the time. Thanks to the rental company for coming out so fast!
