Great home and location

The house has an easy flow, with lots of places to hang out as a group, along with cozy areas to curl up and read. It has easy beach access, with chairs and other toys provided by the host and a great pool to cool off in, if you don't feel like swimming in the sea. The views from the decks are wonderful and the house is in easy reach of shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ellen was extremely responsive and quickly dealt with the few issues we had. We will definitely be back.

Another wonderful stay

This was another wonderful experience for us in Ponte Vedra that we plan to return to every year. The house is perfect, located in a central spot with beautiful beaches. The house is gorgeous with full amenities and plenty of room for families. The house is well stocked and full of beach supplies as well as bicycles. We feel so lucky to have found such a gem.

Always a favorite!

We have stayed at this home a few times and it is just as beautiful as the first time we stayed. The home has a great layout with plenty of space while still feeling cozy and comfortable. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy at the same time. Beach access is extremely easy and plenty of chairs are provided. The beach feels private as there are hardly any other people there. It all makes for a perfect vacation. We hope to visit again soon!

Family Vacation 2024

The house and property are perfect for a special family trip to the beach. This is the 2nd time we have rented this property and it was perfect for our family (including a 3 year old and a 1 year old.). You have great, close access to the very uncrowded and beautiful Ponte Vedra beach and a great pool with full beach view if you choose not to go down to the beach. Everything you need is provided and the owners are excellent to work with. We’ll be back.

Easter Holiday - Great Spot

Breathtaking view

We spent a month renting this amazing beautiful home. It fit all our needs entertaining some friends and having family for Thanksgiving. This home has such a warm feeling. It was perfect for the holidays. Although a few glitches Ellen and Phil did there best to correct them which is all you can ask for. Only thing is I wish we had our own control of the hot tub timing so I didn’t have to bother Ellen every time. We can’t wait to book again and stay in this beautiful home.

Perfect family beach house

This is a great house in the heart of Ponte Vedra. The location is perfect. The house is in well maintained and nicely decorated. The layout with master bedroom down and four bedrooms upstairs worked out great for our family.

Awesome House and Beach

We stayed here for a multi family get together. House was a s described and beautiful. Pictures are accurate. Walk right to the almost private beach. Loved the pool and hot tub, but hot tub is only available for limited hours. Lots of restaurants and stores close. Look forward to our next visit.

Amazing, relax mode

Family vacation with all age group, the house is beautiful! The location beachfront is priceless! Gorgeous pool, bunch of activites for everyone! Costco bea by , you can instacart what you need. Publix few blocks away.Can’t say enough about it. Ponte vedra is really nice, the beach is nice. Be careful when walking into the waters many shells is the amount of shells.the abount of shells when eaking into the icean. We enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you Ellen!

Exceptional Experience

We had an absolutely incredible experience booking with Ellen and Phil. The house was spectacular, the location excellent and the entire weekend a dream. Afterwards, we all agreed that we were ready to move in for another month. If I could give Ellen a 6/5 for communication I would, as she was always available and even anticipated some of our questions or needs with her thoughtful messages. The only reason that I would give this listing less than 5 stars is in order to keep other people from staying there so that we can come back-- but I guess I'll be selfless this time by leaving an honest, truly glowing review.

A week at the beach with a sibling reunion

This is our second time renting this property and we had a lovely time. The property is extremely well cared for and is better than advertised. Everything you need for a week at the beach is provided. Towels, beach chairs, beach bikes, boards, games, pool table….. the list goes on and on. Kitchen is a chefs dream completely equipped! Property manager very responsive, we had a minor problem and it was taken care of right away. We plan on returning very soon!
