Gia’s apartment was a wonderful home base to explore San Juan and extremely convenient if you want to just have a lazy day on the beautiful Isla Verde beach. There is also a great view of the ocean from the balcony to enjoy at the end of a long day. Gia was easy to communicate with and shared a great list of suggestions for activities and food all over San Juan. Would strongly recommend this apartment!

Property is as described, in the middle of everything. Loads of things to do nearby, many places to eat. The building itself is older but the unit is very nice and represented well by the photos.

Awesome view and cozy

This was our 1st time to Puerto Rico and our condo was nothing less than perfect for us! Very modern, comfortable, and close to everything Gia was very helpful and gave us plenty of options of things to see and do.

Beautiful stay

Great location, beautiful view, clean and efficient. It’s a little smaller than I expected but had everything needed for my partner and I. Even though the pool was closed, I enjoyed the gym and game room in the hotel lobby. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing penthouse view of the ocean

Are stay was amazing from start to finish. Our host was excellent. offering us as much help as she possibly could and doing so we bought our own one bedroom condo. It just was amazing from start to finish couldn’t have asked for a better room view or host. Highly recommended thank you so much.

Get Location Beach access

Gia was very attentive to all of our inquiries. The room was very clean we had more than enough towels but the HUGE thing we didn’t consider that was a plus was she had BEACH CHAIRS which were awesome to have. Save us a 5 dollar a day beach chair rental. Oh and the view from room 1762 amazing. Also another plus we enjoyed was the keyless entry, one less thing to keep up with. I personally loved the HOT water for showers the hot water never ran out. It was just a great experience all the way around. We would highly recommend staying at ESJ. It has no frills but the cleanliness and access is priceless.

My stress free escape/getaway

I was here in March 2024 and I stayed in a resort and then I came back June 25, 2024 because I loved it so much and I stayed a little longer, but I got a Vrbo this time and it was much better. I had beach access. It was beautiful penthouse. Only thing was there was no pool, but the owner was very accommodating and ended up helping me stay another night. Add onto my stay and it was a very nice clean place. I wasn’t bothered by anybody we played music we had fun. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely wanna come back and I definitely will be coming back I will be using VRBO !!

The place was beautiful as pictured, the balcony needed to be cleaned and the bathroom was not clean to my standards. The vent in the bathroom was full of dust and the shower and corners of the floor were not cleaned well. I had to pay a cleaning fee so this was disappointing the location, amazing, view. Outstanding, building is rundown, and there is nowhere for a guest to park if you want to have visitors. The listing said there was a discount because of the pool not being open, but the amount charged should have been fair with a pool due to the rundown building, and not being able to access the beach before seven or after seven. Also, there was a strong smell of marijuana the entire time we were there, we were told no smoking, but we could definitely smell it coming through the vents. This is not something the owner can control, but if you’re a person who has a problem with this or has small children I would not recommend staying here

Had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at ESJ Towers. The location was terrific, and the view from the bedroom was amazing. The beach was very easily accessed and was lovely. We appreciated having a reserved parking space in the underground garage for our rental car. The apartment is small but was set up perfectly to give our teenager a bit of privacy from his parents. The only negative was that the kitchen area did not seem particularly well stocked. There was just 1 wineglass and very few forks and spoons. We loved having the giant container of cold, filtered water in the refrigerator though. We also made use of the washer and dryer in the unit but had to buy our own laundry detergent. The owner sent us a great list of restaurants, and the ones we tried were outstanding, particularly Mario Pagan and Entrevinos.

1. Listing said there was pool. Only in one of the reviews did it say that the pool was under renovation. 2. There was no on-sight representative. We couldn't find our room - how did we know that PH meant PentHouse and our room was on the top floor. 3, We had problems with our cell phones (2 phones and 2 iPads) and it took us an hour before we could get the info for room entry.

Perfect location, great place!

The condo is located next to the Hotel San Juan and there are numerous restaurants walking distance. Direct access to the beach. Beautiful view from the PH. I have back problems and I am always looking for places with good beds...the bed was very comfortable firm but soft! Both my sister and I slept very well. The condo has a Keurig, so I was able to make my coffee every morning. The kitchen is very small, but if you want to fix yourself some breakfast you can; I would not recommend it for making dinner mainly because the pans might be larger than the sink and cleaning afterwards might be challenging. There are several supermarkets/food markets walking distance. We opted to dine out during our entire stay as there are several "panaderias" (bakeries) close by that have great breakfast/lunch options. Gia was very accessible and even recommended restaurants in different parts of the island---not just near the apartment. Even if you do not like getting in the water, don’t miss out on taking a walk on the beach in the mornings and/or late afternoons, it is just so relaxing! If I were to make one suggestion, would be to add a traveler's binder with menus from places nearby, so that tourists can have a better idea on where to go. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you, Gia, our stay was wonderful!

Thank you Maria!! Lovely review, come back soon!! To address your suggestion about restaurant guide in the apt. I send a thorough guide via the website do it this way because I can update it when things change, restaurants open ,close become mediocre etc.so I update constantly, I couldn't do this with a printed guide. I appreciate the suggestion anyway.

El edificio no tiene piscina 👙 las fotos no las debiera montar con la piscina 😌 muy cerca todo restaurante súper mercado farmacia. Si regreso a este lugar muy bien

Book this place!

The location and space was amazing. I was able to watch planes take off from SJU airport which was a plus for an aviation lover like me! The amenities were not available like the pool but that was disclosed before I booked. The beach access was steps away from the lobby and just beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable. The place had everything that we needed and parking was included - another plus considering the price per day at other places e.g., hotels). I’d stay at this property again.
