Dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines sicheren Komplex und verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Es blickt auf den Pool und hat Meerblick. Die geräumige offene / Wohnbereich verfügt über voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, 2 Kochplatten, Wasserkocher, Toaster und einer Mikrowelle Herd. Es wird von Geschirr und Besteck für 4 Personen eingerichtet. Es ist ein Flachbild-TV mit englischen TV BBC / ITV-Paket zusammen mit einem DVD / Radio.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine WiFi-Verbindung für die Nutzung durch die Gäste.

Es ist ein Schlafsofa, das auch weitere Person unterbringen kann. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett mit Kleiderschrank, die einen großen Safe für Ihre Wertsachen enthält. Es gibt einen salana Raum, der die Wäsche und speichert das Bügelbrett und Reinigungsstücken verfügt.

Das Bad hat eine Dusche, WC. Waschbecken und beherbergt eine Toplader Waschmaschine.

Die Altstadt von Puerto del Carmen liegt auf einem Hügel gelegen, die Wohnung ist nicht ideal für Rollstuhlfahrer oder deaktiviert, da es ein Gefälle vom Haupteingang in die Wohnung mit Abstand von 200 Metern. Es gibt Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt Auto Parkplatz vor der Wohnung.
Die Bushaltestelle nach Arrecife, Playa Blanca und der Flughafen ist in der Nähe.

Loma Verde complex

The apartment was spot on, complex was well managed, felt quiet safe being a gated complex, lovely sea views, we stayed there for six weeks and had a wonderful holiday, a big thank you to Phyllis, Christian and Eva.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The apartment had everything needed for our holiday. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The terrace had the sun all day and the pool area is well maintained. There was no problem with getting a sunbed. We will stay at this property again.

Great stay again!

Third time here and was lovely to be back. Apartment has everything that you need for your break. Nice and peaceful and plenty of room and beds around the pool. Any issues are sorted promptly by Linda from the property management company who is really friendly. The owner Phyllis is very proactive and helpful too and accommodated our daughter coming with us at very short notice without any issues. Thoroughly recommend this apartment as a place to stay whilst in Puerto del Carmen!

We booked on the reviews of other people and the property was has good and if not better then made out to be we will look to return again ,i do think that telling people that the bus stop about 50 yards from the main gate if you get the number 3 bus and get off at Balcon dar mar and it around the corner this could save two people up to 40 euros on taxis and the 161 bus on return to airport .overall excellent

Enjoyed our stay

The best thing about this apartment is the all day sunny balcony, it is a real sun trap...the pool area was quiet with lots of sun beds and cleaned daily. A bottle of water and milk tea and coffee are provided on arrival which was much appreciated. Bed was very comfy. I would advise that if you have walking difficulties this apartment may not be for you unless you have a hire care as it is up a hill. It was a very peaceful Complex with a mixture of residential and holiday makers, ok so the car park is in front of you as seen on the photos but it’s not busy as it’s only small and we didn’t find it a problem. I feel that if there are more than two of you than be aware that the bathroom is through the bedroom which unless your with very close family this could be an issue. All in all we stayed nine nights and really enjoyed it .

Lovely appartment next to the pool, well equipped, with professional onsite support

It's a lovely appartment for 1-2 persons with a large terrace and only a few steps to the pool. The equipment is OK, including WLAN and German TV channels. Many thanks to Linda and Richard for a really professional onsite support. They are doing a great job!

Nice and clean flat, good safety, great location!

The booking was very fast and uncomplicated. Also getting the key was no problem at all. The flat was clean and the provided with important things like dishwashing liquid, towels and kitchen towels. There was even a save locker and a washing machine. The pool in the resort is very big. We had a great time and I can reccomend this flat!!

Fabuloso.

Hemos ido una semana mi pareja y yo y hemos estado como en casa, todo perfecto y con lo indispensable para pasar unos días agradables. El apartamento como se ve en las fotos esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la piscina; lo único que recomendaría sería tener algo más de privacidad y poner un cerramiento en la terraza al igual que tienen otros apartamentos del complejo. Por lo demás el apartamento estaba genial y el trato tanto de Phyllis como de Linda han sido espectaculares, muy cercanos y muy pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuese encantadora. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda.

Location, Location, Luke Warm Ablutions

We've just returned from a very good month's stay at Loma Verde, the property is situated on a large complex which seems to consist of both residential and rental apartments. The complex is very quiet, with larger than average accommodation and has an excellent pool area with plenty of sunbed availability. Situated at the top end of the old town area of PDC makes it ideal for access to plenty of bars and restaurants, supermarket shopping is very good with a 10 min walk to SuperDino and a 15 min walk to LIDL, the very pretty small beach of Playa Chica is a pleasant 20 minute walk downhill and the nearby modern Puerto Calero marina is a great 45 min cliff walk away (catch the boat back). The apartment itself has a very large terrace which faces south and has the sun all day, with views over the pool and past the car parking towards the sea, cooking facilites are very good with a 2 ring hob, full oven and microwave, the crockery was OK but could do with a bit more 'ovenware' (just one roasting tray, no oven dishes), fine for a short stay but a bit limiting for a month. There is a h-fi system, DVD player, a TV which has an absolutely phenomenal choice of channels and brilliant wi-fi. The apartment overall is clean, has a comfortable bed, but is dated in part and could do with a little TLC, the internal doors are very tatty and could do with a coat of paint and the sofa would (again) be OK for a short stay but wasn't particularly comfy for a month, where you do spend quite a few nights in 'watching the telly'. The main problem we had during our stay was that the complex had an issue with water leaks that meant that the pressure wasn't sufficient to supply the shower with hot water, so for the first 3 weeks we had intermittent warm and cold spluttering showers, the last week was absolutely fine, so hopefully the problem is now resolved.

A lovely 1 bedroom apartment located at the top of Old Town

Had a lovely week. The apartment is well positioned with a short walk into the heart of Old Town. One minor irritant was the visiting cats when we left the door of the apartment open to get some air circulating. Ideal quiet clean safe complex

This apartment is close to the pool very clean and welcoming. Milk in the fridge and tea/coffee was a lovely touch. WiFi and tv worked perfect and plenty of books to read. Would highly recommend this apartment for a nice relaxing holiday.

Great apartment and location.

This is the second time to this apartment so we obviously like it! The apartment has all you could ever need for a holiday stay. We did need to ask for help with an appliance (I didn't know how to operate it!) and the very supportive and friendly couple who maintain the apartment attended within the hour. Brilliant! The only minor point - a few tiny ants in the kitchen. We used a spray and this eradicated them for a couple of days. The pool area is great, no towels on the loungers fiasco, no issues getting a sun bed at any time so happy days! We also like a walk so the hill down to the port and town is just what we enjoy. If anyone has mobility issues, this might be an issue but taxies are cheap! There are restaurants close by, as are a couple of mini-supermarkets. All in all, a great stay, thanks!

charming one bedroom apartment

We have had a wonderful time in your apartment! With the pool a few steps away for the morning swim. The help of Linda and Richard, who made us feel welcome and solved our problems with the drainage and washing machine. The apartment is nicely equipped, but we missed an oven dish. The only thing we did not like is the parking lot, which is too small for all the cars trying to turn around and is used as a storage for 2 cars. Being back in the cold and rain, we miss Lanzarote already! Herman and Anke

My late husband bought this property as an investment when he retired. He was drawn to its quiet location with splendid views of the twin pools and sea view. I think the sea view did it.

Its in quiet location but close to transport links of local bus service to all parts of Lanzarote. But at the same time you can enjoy the port with the ferry service to Puerto Calero, snorkelling, diving classes, fish restuarants in the Old Town and the many bars.
