Smelled really bad when you walk in. Beds were clean and fresh. Had to hand wash dishes. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Advised dishwasher problem with door eating in to wood cabinet said maintenancewould be advised. Nothing happened. Rug so filthy didnt want to walk on it with shoes on in LR and sofa nasty dirty I wouldnt sit on it without blanket on it. No handicap parking. Railing on balcony black dirty. Kick strip entering balcony was black and floors not cleaned well. It does have beautiful view. Elevators where nasty but they were resurfaced while there but walls still needed cleaned. Pool was clean and beach access was good. I dont like bad reviews but this one is deserved.

We originally booked The Enclave however due to construction we had to move to Lei Lani. Never stayed at this resort so it was good.

Very nice family condo

Excellent access to beach. Very close to stores and restaurants. Only problem was lack of parking spots. Unit had a well stocked kitchen. Fairly clean except for floors. Overall it was nice and comfortable.

Great Place

Condo is comfortable and has everything you need. Property manager very responsive. We had a small maintenance issue when we arrived and they fixed it the same day.

Great property!

Convenient location, easy beach access with rental chairs and umbrella available, nice pool chairs, spacious condo. We like that it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by, you could even walk. I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. The people upstairs have been loud both times but a sound machine will drown out the noise. Otherwise the building is very quiet and peaceful.

Christmas family vacation

It was a great location. Everything was as listed and we were notified that we might get to use the access to the beach so it was a pleasant surprise when we did. Lots of things were in walking distance so we didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The only downfall is the limited parking which I do understand can’t be helped. We enjoyed our stay and will look for one of their properties in the future.

Condo 506

Everything was great except that the headboard was not attached to one of the beds in the double bedroom. We had to replace burnt out lightbulbs in the master bathroom. Also, we could have used a strainer in the kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful vacation!!

Excellent location plenty of room

We were looking for a place with plenty of room for our family of 6 with a nice pool and ease of access to the beach. This condo had everything we needed, was very clean, and communication with the management could not have been better. The lock on our door to the balcony was sticking and they fixed it very quickly. The only complaint we had was the lack of parking. Overflow had to park across a busy street. Overall, we were thrilled with our stay. Would definitely rent again.

A few issues

I had trouble getting parking passes There should have been 2 temporary passes left in condo but there were not any & had to search for security 2-3 times to get passes Washing machine in the condo was VERY LOUD while spinning- it should be checked out and toilet in first bedroom to the right would not flush we had to lift the top tank & pull the release chain to get it to flush

Condo great, building mgmt not as much

The condo itself was wonderful.. The building management fell short. Only 1 elevator was in operation to serve all 10 floors. Parking is a real problem. There are 70 units, each getting 2 parking passes. The parking lot does not come close to accommodating 140 cars. The 2 "overflow lots" offered are too far away to be of use- one is 3.4 miles away and the other is in Pensacola. Coming in late one night, all the spots were taken. We parked across the road in the shopping center. When we went to retrieve the car in the morning, it had been towed. We tracked it down and paid the $250 fine. The towing company told us that they get about 40 cars a week from Enclave guests because the parking is inadequate. I understand parking is a premium, but a good start would be to provide 1 parking pass per unit or come to some arrangement with the shopping center across the road to accommodate overflow.

Furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable. It had to put a sheet over the couch for anyone to sit on it. Ice maker sounded like a truck and floors were not clean. Master bath counter top was not clean. We made complaint within 10 hours with zero response. For the price we paid it should have been more updated.
