We had a great time! The condo was the perfect set up for our family! It was clean and well stocked with cooking equipment and other items. The pool, lazy river, and water slide were a hit with the kids and the beach was a short walk. We would definitely rebook again!

Condo was perfect! Elevator situation is terrible. We had to wait over 20 minutes to get up to condo several times. Maybe the elevators could be divide that some go to higher floors and some are for lower floors. Just a suggestion.

We had a great girls getaway! We loved the condo and the patio with all the chairs and table. Plenty of room and so many bathrooms. Several of the girls are already planning a trip wiyh their families and grandkids. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Oasis. I have stayed in several other VRBO's in the area and this by far was the best one yet. The rooms are incredible along with the view. The elevators were always running. There was plenty of parking. The beach was beautiful and the accommodations were the best for all ages. Plenty of things to do. I will definitely be back.

The teens loved it!

Overall we liked our stay. The condo is very nice and all the patio furniture is nice making evenings hanging out with the view perfect. The teens loved all the activities offered at the condo.Check in day was a nightmare as everyone was trying to check in and multiple elevators weren't working so it made moving all our things in frustrating.

We wanted to incorporate beach time with a baseball tournament we were in. Overall, the week was great. The only downfall was the building did not have enough elevators to accommodate all of the occupants.

Great pre-Thanksgiving Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family had a great time at Orange Beach and everyone loved the condo! It offered great amenities and awesome views. In fact, one morning we saw four dolphins playing in the water close to shore and we viewed this all from the balcony. While the temperature was a bit chilly to try out the outdoor pools we all had fun in the indoor pool. I would definitely come back here in the future and my 6 year old has already asked me when that will be.

Very nice place to stay. The resort is very kid friendly, had face painting, music bingo, the water slide, the splash pad were all a big hit with the kids! Tge condo itself was very nice, very clean and had a great selection of pots/ pans etc. The ice maker in the bar was a plus, we had 8 people and it made it nice not to have to buy ice. The only negative thing I can say is there were only 5 forks so we went and bought some plastic ones. I am sure previous guests may have accidentally thrown them out. The toast was also broken on one side, but we just used the broiler.The biggest issue was with the cleaning crew that was used. We had a crawling baby in our party and when we first walked in, there was a prescription pill laying in the middle of the throw rug in the living room. Luckily it was neon pink and someone picked it up right away. We googled the medication and found out it was a generic Adderall. That could have been a terrible situation obviously. Also there were 2 fake fingernails on the carpet. So either the vacuum didn't work or they were just overlooked. I took the pill down to the front desk, the lady there was very apologetic but told me that the resort has different cleaning people than VRBO so it was not their issue.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming down to Southern Alabama for 8 years and the last 7 have been spent in Phoenix West II condos, a different one each year, and we have never had a bad one. You have to keep in mind they are rental properties so they see some wear and tear. But if you find a good agent to deal with it helps with your own needs and desires. We have a wonderful agent Julia, she is the best we have worked with. We are booked again for next year and looking forward to it as slways

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here overall, and would rent this unit again.One of the bathroom tubs would not drain well, though.One of the toilet bowls was really dirty when we arrived. I'm guessing because the unit was vacant for a number of days prior to our arrival?Also, there were only 5 dining room chairs total.Four people could sit at the breakfast bar, but there were 10 of us.A broom was available, but no dustpan.Otherwise, nice unit. Very roomy.Nice balcony with lots of chairs. Great view of the Gulf!

Thank you for your feedback. The cleaning and maintenance issues have been resolved. Extra chairs have been added to the dining table and bar. Plenty of sitting in the living and balcony and several other updates throughout the condo, including fresh paint. Hope to hear from you again.

AS in we weren't at the beach beforehand and sand was in the sheets and stuck to our feet. Other than that the condo was great!Around the pool would get gross throughout the day. AS in multiple times there was food, wrappers, and garbage left from disrespectful people. Also the beach was often littered with beer cans and trash.Elevators on nights and weekends are a nightmare. Also crane wouldnt work so we lost money without getting to play

Nice Condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty nice. Had a few issues with a running toilet and the dryer, but those were fixed very quickly once we reported them. The only real problem we had was with the elevators. Out of 6 of them I only saw 4 working at any given time and sometimes only 2 :/ Came mid September, so not too many people, but there were tons of issues - people waiting 30+ minutes, several times the elevators would stop on every floor for no apparent reason. We got to the bottom floor once and the door wouldn't open; then proceeded to go all the way up to the top floor and stop on EVERY SINGLE FLOOR on the way back down. We were on the 17th floor so taking the stairs was hard (but we had to several times just to get to the beach or our car. I can only imagine how bad it is during peak summer. Will probably never stay here again due to this issue alone.

Thank you for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed the condo. The elevator issues were temporary and since have been fixed and all 6 elevators running smoothly. Since then, Several nice upgrades were done to the building and the condo itself. Fresh paint, more sitting arrangements in living room, dining and balcony, full inventory etc. We take pride in quickly answering all maintenance calls and accommodating our guests as best as possible.
