Genießen Sie unsere großzügige 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung in einer der schönsten Orte in ganz Maui. Direkt auf dem 10. Fairway des Kapalua Bay Course kann sowohl unterhaltsam und komisch sein, wie Sie beobachten die Golfer vorbei. Ein malerischer Blick auf den Ozean mit der Insel von Lanai im Hintergrund werden Sie aufstehen im Morgengrauen, so dass Sie nie mehr etwas verpassen möchten.

Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel in Insel Dekor für vier Personen, und auf jeden Fall mehr als genug für zwei eingerichtet, mit viel Platz. Unsere Einheit ist eine Ebene und einfachen Zugang zur Behinderung oder Rollstuhl. Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort in der Wohnung als auch. Auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist ein erfrischender Pool und Grillplatz.

Alle innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß ist die unglaubliche Kapalua Bay, eine der besten Schnorchel-Spots auf der Insel; Napili Bay, ideal für Familien mit einem schönen Strand und Wasser-Aktivitäten, und all die anderen Kapalua Einrichtungen, die auch mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle Kapalua Resort zugegriffen werden kann. Vergessen Sie nicht, vom Frühstück probieren Sie einige der vielen guten Restaurants zum Abendessen ein, alle zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir haben auch für den Komfort unserer Gäste, W-LAN, kostenlose Ferngespräche in die USA und Kanada bereitgestellt, zwei DVD-Player mit Video-Bibliothek, und 2 große Flachbild-Fernseher mit voller digitalen und High Definition-Service. So aus irgendeinem Grund, wenn Sie das Gefühl haben, zu Hause zu bleiben müssen, werden wir auf jeden Fall unterhalten.

Wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen, entspannenden und doch erlebnisreichen Urlaub suchen, dann Kapalua ist der Ort für Sie. Sie werden direkt und nicht mit dem Eigentümer der Arbeit eine Verwaltungsgesellschaft. Wir freuen uns, bald von Ihnen zu hören!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed this beautiful condo on the golf course! The hosts provided all basic amenities and were very easy to communicate with. The complimentary shuttle around Kapalua was an added bonus - we used it for trips to the beach, restaurants, golf, and grocery store.

An amazing family vacation!

One of the best and most memorable family vacations we’ve had! The property owners were extremely responsive and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our experience. The condo is perfectly situated, close to the pool and bbq, and just a short walk to the beach. The condo was also fully equipped for every need and was truly home away from home. It was a 5 star experience all round for our family and we hope to stay there again soon!

Paradise

Immaculate splendor. The property allows for seclusion and relaxation. The condos are exactly what we were looking for, elegant yet practical. The patio is exquisite for laying out or just spending time reading. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance and the sunsets are as romantic as it comes. We will definitely be back.

VERY NICE PLACE

My husband and I were very happy with this rental. Everything is like is shown in pictures. Everything was clean and enough for two. The only thing missing was a hair dryer which it is usually found in every rental. We are very happy with the location, a walking distance to beautiful beaches that we enjoyed. We saw plenty of turtles at Napili Beach, it was wonderful!

Thank you for the review and we are very sorry to hear the hair dryers were stolen from the condo from a previous guest. We keep one in each of the two bathrooms. I wish we were immediately informed of this and would’ve brought some over. Going forward we assure you the condo has at minimum one hair dryer and /or one could be immediately brought over to you upon a emergency.

Excellent Kapula Golf Experience

My wife and I stayed at this villa for our 33rd wedding anniversary and it was exactly as we expected, excellent. We have stayed here before in 2018 and has had many terrific updates. There is everything you need for a vacation experience for Hawaii from beach towels to beach chairs and everything else. The new Keurig coffee maker, ice maker on the fridge and comfy pillow top bed made the experience even better than it was before before. The welcome package was a nice touch with local snacks and were appreciated when arriving late on the first day. Brent is excellent to work and very responsive. What more can I say, in a word, excellent.

Wonderful Experience

We have stayed in four Kapalua condos and this unit is easily our favorite. It feels like home within an hour of arrival. The Golf Villas complex is beautiful and the condo is clean, very comfortable, and has absolutely everything we need. The lanai is huge and we spend a lot of time there enjoying the views and just absorbing the Maui experience. Our favorite time is early morning, with the sound of birds, the serenity of the golf course below and all the incredible flowering trees and Cook pines. The nearby pool is immaculate, with well maintained gas grills that we use often. From the condo it is an easy walk down to the Kapalua Bay beach, one of the most beautiful spots on earth, as well as the Napili Bay beach. We have already booked our next stay in this condo, which will be our third. We can't wait to get back!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week. Playing the Plantation Golf Course has been on his bucket list for a long time. I don’t play golf so we needed a place we’d both enjoy. The area is beautiful and relaxing. While he golfed I lounged on the huge lanai or at one of the many private pools. There’s so much to do that’s walking distance. The beaches and hiking trails are just a short walk. Very close to high end hotel spas, restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing getaway. It was nice to have our breakfasts and lunches in the condo then splurge for dinner at a restaurant. The owner Brent was very easy to communicate with and helpful when planning our trip. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience at this condo. We fell in love with the whole area and can’t wait to book this condo again.

Quiet, well appointed vacation rental

Check-in and out was a breeze, host was always extremely responsive. Exactly as the pictures depict. It had everything we needed inside and out. Really appreciated the boogie boards, umbrella, blanket, coolers, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear available. Made beach time that much more excellent! Street level unit with parallel parking literally 20 steps from the door makes access easy for almost anyone.

Practically perfect

The condo was just as pictured with the wonderful lanai overlooking a serene setting. Spices were in the cabinet and condiments in the fridge. Dishwasher and laundry detergent was also available in the unit. It was a ground floor or street level condo so not doing steps with suitcases was nice. Two of us stayed for three nights yet there were only four bath towels. At home we each use a clean towel every time we bathe- every day. So we ended up having to wash towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made it convenient nevertheless that was something we didn’t expect or want to do. This issue was really minor and our overall experience was very good. It was practically perfect in every way.

Aloha Alice, Yes, we supply two bath towels per guest. As this is a private residence and not a hotel we don't have daily maid service. We were unaware that you required a bath towel per day and would've gladly left more if we were informed. This condo was everything the VRBO website stated and much more!! The location, spaciousness and amenities inside this beautiful condo could not be beat. Brent was very helpful in answering all our questions with speed and in a very friendly way. Our son and girlfriend came over for a week to stay, and they couldn't believe how wonderful this condo was, and the clean crisp, beach vibe is a plus. Excellent condo

Brent was very helpful, answering all questions prior to arrival. Very nice welcome package! Condo was sound proof and had everything we needed, and was exactly what we expected. Great location close to the pool and our favorite beaches, and coastal walking trail. Would stay again!

25th Anniversary in Kapalua

Brent’s property was just as described in the listing. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. One of the pools on the property was next to the building, so that was super convenient and we had it to ourselves most of the time we went there. Brent gave clear instructions and we never had any problems with anything. Would recommend this condo to a couple or a couple with 2 small children. My teen slept on the pull out sofa and there were 2 bathrooms so that helped tremendously. Also we only had to pack minimally since we had a washer/dryer. Thanks for everything Brent, we will definitely come back.

Paradise on the golf course.

The golf course view from our lanai was serene not to mention amazing! We spent each morning on the lanai welcoming the day, and each evening gazing at the stars. Our condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was stocked with everything you needed to have a relaxing day spent “at home” enjoying the pool or all the gear needed for a perfect day at the beach. We would definitely stay there again!! Kapalua is awesome!!

Condo was very clean and spacious. All the necessary cooking utensils for making meals. Plenty of beach gear, boogie boards, chairs, coolers, etc. Kapalua Resort was beautiful and great walking paths to explore. Parking and pool were only steps away which made life fantastic!! Although a little dated this property is spotless and has everything you could want. It’s probably the best price for a unit at Kapalua so it offers the best bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa is well equipped with everything you need while away from home including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and even spices. The kitchen has all major and small appliances to make you feel at home. The large flat screen hdtv has cable and the wifi is high speed. The villa has a massive lanai overlooking the Bay course and is very quiet. It is located only one villa from a small pool but there are more to use as you wish. The Kapalua properties are well manicured and In a great location away from traffic. There is great food nearby and an abundance of beaches that are great for surfing, snorkeling or boogie boarding. If you like the more rustic side of the island the rough but beautiful north shore is only a short drive and is arguably the most beautiful part of the island. Brent was responsive, accommodating and very easy to work with. This was a very comfortable and relaxing vacation for us. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved the Villa, loved the property and amenities!

The unit is very spacious and has a full master bedroom and bath which can be closed off from the main living area with a separate entry door. The kitchen, closets, the pantry all stocked nicely, the lanai closet also stocked with beach accessories. The Lanai is huge and has a great view. The unit is very clean and I saw no pests. I would stay there again and plan on it in the near future. I talked to Bret a couple times and he was very easy to reach and very helpfull. Thanks Bret loved your place.

This was the second time we stayed at Brent's Condo which is convenient to wonderful beaches, fantastic restaurants and your own pool just two doors away. The Lanai is huge and when you are not playing golf it's a great place to relax and watch the golfers go by. The Condo itself is comfortably furnished and looks like the pictures along with the addition of new lanai furniture and a fully stocked Beach Closet for your use. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brent's Condo to others.

Brent and Megan Fleshman would like to welcome you to our favorite Hawaiian retreat. As avid beach goers and golfers, we have chosen Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii as our place to be. We split our time between Idaho, USA and spend as much time as possible in Maui, which never seems to be enough. Brent is a Head PGA Professional at a golf club and uses his winter time off to work on the golf game, and snorkel the rest of the time.

We chose to buy a condo in Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii based on several main reasons. The great golf in the area, the incredible beaches, snorkeling, fishing, water activities, and the quality, safeness, quietness of the area. There is not a more quieter place to vacation, unless the chirping of birds in the morning bothers you.

You have less then a five minute walk to (2) of the greatest beaches on Maui. Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay. You are staying on the 10th hole of a great golf course, Kapalua Bay, that hosts an LPGA tournament in October. Also, a very private pool is located just next to the unit. Most of the time you have it all for yourself. Inside the unit, we offer also free wireless internet, as well as (2) flat screen high definition televisions. Wind down in style.
