Villa Mila ist eine gemütliche Villa, die sich das ganze Jahr über für einen Familienurlaub eignet. Die Villa verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder. In der Villa befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich in zwei separat stehenden Poolhäusern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem weiteren (zweiten) Schlafzimmer verbunden, in dem 2 Einzelbetten und ein Kinderbett aufgestellt werden können. Beide Zimmer haben einen wunderschönen Meerblick.

Sowohl das dritte als auch das vierte Schlafzimmer haben 2 Einzelbetten und teilen sich ein weiteres Badezimmer.

Das fünfte Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und bietet Platz für ein weiteres (Kinder-) Bett. Es hat einen schönen Meerblick und ein Bad ensuite. Dieses Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem Poolhaus.

Das sechste Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner. Es hat auch ein Bad und zwei Einzelbetten, die verbunden werden können. Dieses Schlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Poolhaus.

Unten in der Villa befindet sich neben dem Waschraum ein weiterer kühler Raum. Dieser Raum kann sowohl als Spielzimmer als auch als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer genutzt werden. Es hat eine separate Eingangs- / Ausgangstür zur Terrasse. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Außentoilette auf der Terrasse neben der Garage.

Die Villa verfügt über einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Flatscreen-Sat-TV, DVD, Tonanlage und ein Esszimmer mit offener Küche mit allen Geräten (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine usw.) und allen notwendigen Utensilien.

Alle Zimmer in der Villa verfügen über eine Klimaanlage sowie eine Fußbodenheizung. WLAN nutzen Sie kostenfrei.

Die Villa verfügt über einen 8x4-Pool in Nierenform, 2 große Duschkabinen und viele bequeme Liegestühle und Sonnenliegen. Rund um die Villa befinden sich mehrere große Terrassen
mit Tischen und Stühlen, Tischtennis, Schaukeln für Kinder und großem Parkplatz. Es gibt auch eine hölzerne Pergola mit gemütlichen Stühlen zum Entspannen und Trinken.

Die Sommerküche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Gasherd, einen Grill, heißes und kaltes Wasser, Paelleras usw. Die Villa verfügt über einen zusätzlichen Wasserspeicher, der im Hochsommer sehr nützlich ist, wenn der Wasserdruck normalerweise zu niedrig ist

Das gesamte Gebiet rund um die Villa ist eingezäunt. Das Meer und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 500 mtr).

Diese Villa ist auch während der Wintersaison sehr komfortabel und daher eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Leute, die einen längeren Winteraufenthalt haben möchten.

We arrived late at night and Nina was there to receive us and had very kindly arranged some groceries for our first day.The whole villa was excellent and very comfortable with good facilities both inside and out!We particularly enjoyed the outside eating area ,Kitchen and BBQ where we ate every evening!The lovely warm pool was much enjoyed by all and the play areas and ping pong table provided more fun and games.The two outside pool bedrooms allowed for more space and privacy away from the four bedrooms in the main house!Benniconnect transfers provided an excellent private transfer for 12 and Blanca cars provided an excellent car hire service delivered to the villa.We would strongly recommend this villa and really hope we will be returning to it soon for a repeat of an excellent holidayThanks Nina and Ruud from the Hayden family

Great Place for young and old

We've had a wonderful stay at Villa Mila. The pool with the sunbeds, the view to the sea, both spaces to come together and to have some private time, for the kids opportunities to play (beside the pool, which was the main attraction of course). Our hosts are very kind and nice people. I wish, we've could have stayed longer.

Family holiday

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a fantastic stay at the villa. It is incredibly spacious and had everything we needed and more. The views from the villa are beautiful. We walked into Moraira which has an excellent selection of restaurants and enjoyed the local shops. We also had a great meal at Gastrobar 21 which is only a short walk away from the villa. Ruud has been incredibly helpful from the moment we booked. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Fabulous stay

Beautiful spacious villa. 13 of us stayed ages ranging from 1 - 66 !! Never felt on top of each other. Chill area around the pool outdoor cooking facilities were a hit. We walked every day to the beach and back. Nina the owner was very quick to respond when we asked a question. Would definitely return 💕

Family holiday May 2023

Villa is great, spacious and comfortable inside and outside. The pool was lovely and we all had fun using it, even our 3 month old granddaughter! We liked the different outside sitting and eating areas and the barbecue area was ideal in the evenings. With 6 bedrooms it was perfect to accommodate our family that was all 4 generations! Moraira town is lovely and there is a good selection of cuisines on offer as well as a sandy beach. Highly recommended.

Amazing villa with beautiful views

There was a party of 12, ages from 71 to 12. Very clean lots of space. Excellent aircon and wifi. Amazing views. Shops beach and restaurants all in walking distance. We had a really lovely stay at the villa which was perfect for us as a family of 8 adults, a 3 year old and 3 babies. We were met by Nina who welcomed us, showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. There was plenty of space for everyone with a number of different seating areas outside and the 2 pool rooms were ideal for a bit of privacy. The children loved the pool and the views are stunning. There are a number of restaurants and a beautiful beach bar a ten minute walk from the villa. The centre of Moraira was about a 20 minute walk along the seafront where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. A car would be useful for grocery shopping and days out but not essential. Rudd and Nina are both so welcoming and responded quickly to any queries we had regarding our booking and also during our stay. We will definitely return Many thanks

Amazing time at Vila Milla

Before even arriving, Ruud was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for all the kiddos with incredible response time. We were greeted at the property by a friendly Ruud who showed us how he had set everything up for everyone and the toddlers/infants. The place is gorgeous, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay and definitely go in for Nikita's paella! The place really made our reunion with friends.

A perfect villa for all ages

Villa Mila suited our family of nine adults, two teenagers and a grand daughter of twelve, perfectly. The villa is spacious with lots of quiet places for us grandparents to retreat to! The pool was a big bonus and worth the 300 euros extra to heat it. The location meant that the hire cars were seldom used as the nearest beach was only a 10minute walk away as were shops and restaurants. All in all we had a memorable and sunny week together.

Fantastic!

We had a very nice week in Vila Mila, 13 persons from 3 years to 70+. The house was very nice, the beds were good, it was very nice for the children to play, it was near by the supermarket, the beach, the restaurants, the town. We did not have a car. All of us would like to come back….

Loved it

The property for us was just superb suited us perfectly great pool which the grandchildren and adults enjoyed. Situated on a hill we had a heavily pregnant mum with us but she found the walk down fine and there was always a taxi about to bring her and the children back. Some really good restaurants around and the town is very pretty. Good hosts very friendly and attentive, if you want to play table tennis bring balls with you as you loose them over the property wall. Fantastic view out to sea and great BBQ area. Couldn’t have had a better holiday

Fantastic property, highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family holiday, very comfortably accommodating all 12 of us. Spotlessly clean, plenty of space, great pool and amazing views of the sea. It had everything and more! The owner ensured everything was set up specific to our needs, nothing was too much trouble which made the whole booking, checking in and checking out process hassle free. A short walk to the beaches and pretty little town with plenty of lovely shops, restaurants and bars makes this a great location and highly recommended. We did have a car which helped with trips to the supermarket although there are plenty of taxis at a very reasonable price. Overall a perfect family holiday!

Amazing Villa

Omg where to start, from the moment we booked to moment of departure we could not fault anything. Our hosts Rudd and Nina have been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble, they organised a welcome pack for us which was much needed as we arrived at 1am. They also organised for someone to come and cook a paella for us which i totally recommend, it was amazing. The villa had everything we needed and was the perfect home from home. I would recommend getting a car as there is so much to go and see Thank you Rudd and Nina for making our family holiday one that we will never forget. Love the Pulham family xx

Fantastic Villa, beautiful views

Wonderful Villa, we’ll equipped with everything you could need. Great view from the top of the hill but would suggest hiring a car for supermarket trips and heading into town to market as the walk back up the hill can be tough for small children and grandparents and taxis are not reliable. We all had a fantastic time, the local market was great for fresh fruit and olives and the local supermarket for meats and fish. The kids spent most of their time in the pool. There was a good selection of books, games and toys too in the Villa which they enjoyed using as well as some fab play areas and lots to explore.

The owners of the villa are Ruud and Luda. They bought the villa in 2013 and made a total renovation, which took more then a year. For the moment they come to Spain only now and then but in a few years they hope to retire and then to start living in Spain

Ruud and Luda bought the property because of the way it is situated. It is near to the sea and also on walking distance from the village-center with shops and restaurants. The vills has a real nice naya and a beautiful view to the sea. It is a cosy property and it has all comfort, which you may need.

Our villa delighted us from the beginning. It is a lovely place to stay for one big family or a family-group or a group of friends. It offers the possibility to be together but at the same time provides privacy to the group-members. All amenities are close, which means that you can walk home after a good glass of wine.
