Donna, Thank you for reviewing our property. After speaking with you before your visit as well as during your visit I was surprised to see that you were not completely satisfied with our home. I would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns while you were staying at the property. We always take great care and concern for our home and Caleb, our neighbor and manager, did his best upon meeting you to make sure that you and your guests had everything that was needed. We always strive to make sure that all is maintained inside and out of the home and I have a personal friendship with our housekeeper. In fact the exterior of the house had just recently been powerwashed. Upon inspection of the shower in which you thought mold was present perhaps there seems to be some confusion. The dark brown flecks that you might have mistaken for this are actually inherent to the shower tile itself. I am meticulous with the cleanliness of our bathrooms so this what quite surprising to me and I wanted to make sure that this was not a new issue. Of the many guests that have stayed with us cleanliness has never been a concern. I do appreciate you letting me know about the decking near the water so that we can assess it and make any needed repairs.

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your review, however I am a bit perplexed by your comments regarding the river access. All of the pictures of our home are extremely accurate in terms of water accessibility. We have gone to great lengths to provide a floating dock as well as kayaks to enjoy the river. We have a beautiful lawn to relax and play on. You may enter the water from the floating dock without your feet ever touching the sanding banks. This is the Guadalupe River in its natural state. We also have a security gate for small children to not access the banks of the river so I am concerned as to how your son would have even gained access towards the water without your supervision. The home is designed for families as it has two separate living areas that could accommodate multiple families in their own space with plenty of room to spread out. I am saddened that despite our communication you were not pleased with your stay nor relayed your concerns to me while at the home. I am glad that you got to float the river and perhaps your next visit to the area will be more acceptable.
