Thank you very much Natalie for that very pleasant comment. When you left, you said that everything went well and that you enjoyed your stay. So the whole team was surprised by your comment. Regarding communication, I tried to reach you by email several weeks before your arrival, I never had a single answer. I even thought you made a mistake when booking and thought it was cancelled. Our announcement specifies that the pool is heated but it also specifies that it is an option, the announcement is very clear about it. The pool is well cleaned 2 times a week, maybe there was more wind and therefore more dirt. If you needed additional cleaning, it had to be specified to the caretaker who went almost every day to check the quality of the water. I don't understand why you didn't... Just like the problem you apparently encountered with a bathroom drain... you have not talked about it either to the person who manages the premises or to the guard it is well domage they are there to solve the problems that could arise during the stay. For wifi, you are the first person to make this remark to us. We checked, the wifi works perfectly on the first 2 levels of the house (only the last 2 meters of the building are not covered), on the 3rd floor the wifi works but not perfectly. We are doing what is necessary to make the already very comfortable cover become perfect, thank you for bringing us this information. Last point about your arrival, you say that the place was not prepared as you would have liked. The team in place has however as soon as you arrive to try to please you by adapting the places to your desires knowing that our announcement specifies very clearly again the composition of the rooms. I still hope you enjoyed your family stay.

Bonjour Danielle, il est bien dommage que votre séjour vous ait semblé si désastreux... Fort heureusement ce n'est pas le cas de nos autres invités. D'autant plus que je ne comprends pas vos remarques sur le câble, les lieux sont équipés d'une box qui fonctionne parfaitement (nous avons sur Excideuil du très haut débit), personne ne s'en ai jamais plaint, peut-être n'avez-vous pas su faire fonctionner la télé. Vous auriez dû nous le signaler afin que vous ne restiez pas avec ce problème tout le long de votre séjour. Pour les fenêtres, elles nous semblent tout à fait correctes, certes vous êtes dans un manoir alors nous n'avons pas souhaité opter pour des fenêtres récentes qui n'auraient pas été en adéquation avec les lieux. Pour le jeu de serviettes, idem c'est la première fois que l'on nous fait cette remarque, 1 draps de bain + 1 serviette de toilette + 1 tapis de bain par personne nous semblent suffisants. La chambre dont vous parlez est certainement celle située au 2ème étage, elle est très agréable, donc je ne comprends toujours pas votre remarque, d'autant plus que le site affiche des photos de cette chambre, vous saviez donc exactement ce que vous réserviez. J'espère tout de même que vous et vos amis avez pu vous reposer et apprécier les divers plaisirs qu'offrent la région.
