Das 2500 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über 3 Etagen Wohnfläche mit jeweils einem Vollbad und bietet Platz für insgesamt 9 Personen. Gehen Sie zum White Mountain National Forest hinaus und entdecken Sie Wanderwege und Diana's Bath. In der Nähe aller Ski-, Einkaufs- und Attraktionen von North Conway. Günstig gelegen, nur 3 km vom Dorf entfernt und nur wenige Minuten von Story Land, Outlet-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allen Valley Resorts entfernt.

Das fertige Streikuntergeschoss ist wie eine schöne Wohnung im Haus. Das zweite Wohnzimmer mit Gasherd, Esszimmer und Küchenzeile, Vollbad, Schlafzimmer und Unterhaltungsbereich machen es zu einem perfekten Ort für zwei Familien.

Der Hauptwohnbereich hat einen rampenförmigen Eingang zu einem offenen Wohnraum, einem Queensize-Schlafzimmer mit barrierefreiem Bad und einer privaten Terrasse, von der aus Sie die nahe gelegenen Wasserfälle hören können. Die Küche wurde als Gourmet beschrieben, da sie so gut ausgestattet ist! Die zweite Etage verfügt über zwei luxuriöse, übergroße Schlafzimmer, die an ein Whirlpool-Bad anschließen.

Outlet-Shopping, Klettern, Abfahrten, Langlaufen, Nachtskifahren, Schneeschuhwandern und traditionelle Pferdeschlittenfahrten runden das Angebot ab. Nehmen Sie im Herbst Ihre Kamera mit, um die spektakulären Pflanzen zu bewundern, während Sie mit der Conway Scenic Railroad fahren. Im Sommer genießen wir Kajakfahren und Kanufahren auf dem Saco. Echo Lake ist zu Fuß erreichbar oder Highspeed-Internet, Tischfußball und andere Spiele und Videos für diejenigen, die einfach nicht das Haus verlassen wollen!

Amazing home in a perfect location nestled between amazing hikes and great restaurants. You are basically around the corner from Attitash and Cranmore Mountain and 25 minutes from Wildcat. Our kids loved having their own space to make forts and play downstairs. Big bedrooms with lots of storage. Felt like we were home. Katie and Bill are wonderful to speak with and very responsive. We can't wait to return.

North Conway Summer of 2021

The location was great, close to area attractions and downtown North Conway. We could walk to Diana's Bath from the property. The owners were great to work with and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

We went with four kids under 8, my wife and I, and our in-laws. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house but it was a very good home base. Best parts: really nice finished basement, bathroom attached to each bedroom, short walk to Diana's Baths, close to N. Conway, close to cathedral ledge (I did a trail run there from Diana's baths one morning). There is even a nice swimming area on the Saco nearby. The house was finished very nicely, with a very open floor plan. I can think of only one drawback, it is that although there are TVs in about every room, the ones in the main living areas are pretty tiny by today's standards (less than 30 inch I think). That being said though, we don't go on family vaca's to watch TV and it had minimal impact.

Family Accessibility

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful and accessible home. With a family member who is wheelchair bound it is challenging to find a place that can accommodate us. This house worked out great! Main floor is fully accessible and the house had everything we could have asked for. Would love to visit again and include some extended family as the house could comfortably sleep 10-12. Owner was so responsive to questions and even called to check in on us! Highly recommend!

Nestled in the White mountain national Forest this beautiful property offers a quiet retreat yet remains within reach of all the area has to offer. Comfortably housed a family of six with ample space for all. Every accompaniment required was found which made us feel immediately at home. Fantastic location and lovely condo!

We (family of 4) had a lovely getaway at this relaxing and clean house. We walked to Diana's Bath - such a treat given the extremely long line to get in. Quiet neighborhood - house has a deck which allows you to relax and listen to the woods. House is very large - well appointed and clean. Would recommend for a family or group - you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy and short walk to Diana's Bath which is helpful since parking is so difficult there. Good place for multiple families as there are bedrooms on three floors, as well as two kitchens. Kitchen and house have all that you need. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Short drive to Storyland and to shops and restaurants in North Conway.

Serene oasis

Great layout for three generations to spend time together. Having at least one bedroom and a full bath on each level gave each family privacy. The general living area was spacious. The toys and puzzles were much enjoyed by the younger members of our group. The older members appreciated having ample cutting boards and knives as well as plenty of dishes, etc. to facilitate food preparation. There were many thoughtful touches such as when I was thinking a night light would be useful with younger children, I easily located one. We loved being nestled in the woods but yet we still had easy access to different activities. Being able to walk through the woods to Diana's Baths is just incredible especially during a hot spell when the parking lot was full. With only short drives, we were able to go tubing on the Saco River, swim at Echo Lake, hike around the top of Cathedral Ledges as well as achieve a beautiful hike to Arethusa Falls. The deck and grill worked well for our barbecues. It was easy to get to North Conway for takeout pizza. The owners were easy to communicate with. We (five adults and four children) are eager to return next summer.

Wonderful time

Thank you Katie for allowing us to rent your condo for the weekend. The place is amazing! The condo is a stand alone home at the end of the condo community allowing for privacy and seclusion. The house has 3 floors with large bathrooms on each. It was big enough for all 10 of us and felt very homey. Katie was quick to respond to our booking request as well as available through out. She called to make sure that everything was ok our first night and told us about a walking path to Diana's bath. This was huge as the line to drive into Diana's bath was extremely long. Avoided that mess. We all agreed that next time we have to stay longer than a weekend! Thank you Katie

This property was excellent. Perfect for a large family or handicapped folks.

We booked this property for a week, however, my husband was hospitalized and only our son was there for the week. My husband and I were able to make it for 3 nights and it was perfect. He has Parkinson's Disease and this place was so handicapped accessible for him. Katie and Bill I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed your home. We cannot wait to go back. PS: I hate to give such a good review because I am afraid you won't have any room left for us again. Thanks again for the excellent communication. It means more than you can know. Things are looking up for us. Please take good care. Have a wonderful holiday season in the north country.

Great long weekend!

We had a fabulous time at Katie and Bill’s condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed including a crib and high chair for our son, which saved us from having to pack those things! The location could not be better, it is a short walk to Diana’s bath and about a 5 minute drive to Echo Lake. It is also only about a 10 minute drive to the village shops including Zebs, which my kids love. My son cried upon leaving because he didn’t want to leave the house! We can’t wait to visit again next year!!!

A Great Vacation Rental

This is our second time at Katie and Bill’s condo. It is the perfect home away from home. The condo is located in a serene location, a few miles from the hustle and bustle of the center of North Conway. It is spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable with all the creature comforts of home. The condo is within walking distance of the popular Diana’s bath and a short drive to Echo Lake. There were also many areas nearby to swim along the Saco River. I liked the fact that Katie was a phone call away in case you encountered any problems. I’ve rented a number of homes over the past few years in New Hampshire, and I can say with certainty that Katie and Bill’s condo is by far the best.

Our new yearly vacation rental

We have been traveling to this area for 5 years and every year our rental lets us down but not this year! The accommodations were really great, the home is large and fit our family of 5 wonderfully and could actually have additional people if we had wanted to. The items she has stocked to use are great, home was clean upon arrival, the owner was amazing and checked in on us a couple of times. Good rentals are hard to find in this area but the location and layout of this rental is one our family will absolutely be returning to next year!
