Die Wohnung ist eine gut ausgestattete 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, die im 4. Stock Platz für maximal 6 Personen bietet. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, einen Backofen mit Herd, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle und ist komplett ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten oder einen gefrorenen Cocktail zuzubereiten. Lovely property, gorgeous views from the Unit's large balcony. Very nice pool deck and easy ocean access. Only complaints were no shampoo and conditioner in any bathrooms, only one small bar of soap, and only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels...adding these would upgrade the stay.

Great stay in NSB

Such a relaxing stay at The Pelican! I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 20 years, and The Pelican is, by far, my favorite home away from home. The property and the condo are well-maintained. It’s very peaceful, and all condos are beach-facing with outstanding views. I’ll stay here again and again. Melynda communicated Information upon arrival and departure, and was available if any issues arose, and I happily had no issues here. Great place for those with children of all ages.

The unit was spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings throughout. Waking up to ocean views from the balcony was pure magic, and being just steps from the beach made every day effortless.The location couldn't be better - just a short drive to the restaurants and shops on Flagler Avenue, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided helpful local recommendations. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. We're already planning our return trip - this place has become our new favorite Florida destination!Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true beach vacation experience.

Good overall stay. Mechanical issues with A/C that were misdiagnosed at first and Pelican management shut off water and threatened to make us move. Once A/C was properly diagnosed Pelican management took their time turning our water back on, but the VRBO manager kept in contact and helped as much as possible. We didn’t end up having to move, so the interruption was relatively brief. Pelican management were not very helpful to property owners in my opinion.Good condo. As described and very accommodating property manager.

Such a great condo right on the beach. Far enough south that the beach traffic is minimal. Pools are cleaned everyday and the entire property is well maintained! We will definitely be back.

This unit was a great place to stay. My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a few days in NSB. Clean & had everything we needed. The condo bldg itself is well cared for and in a good location for walking to some of our favorite spots. Would definitely stay here again.
