Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was absolutely amazing! Super clean, well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed! Only negative was that it appeared that nobody had been there in awhile and thus walking out onto the decks you encountered lots of spider webs. Not a huge deal, we took a broom and swept them away.

Wonderful Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this place and plan to return here again. We have stayed many places in WD and this has been the best so far. We have rental properties ourselves and these homeowners have done a wonderful job of providing a really nice rental experience. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is wonderfully stocked, including labels for utensils, cookware, etc. Our large family enjoyed spreading out. This has become our new favorite...Also, can't say enough good things about the wonderful and friendly staff at Island Realty. We try to use them whenever we can. Always a great experience...

Wonderful place to send the week. Ample space to host my whole family. Clean. Pool was great. Pickleball court was right outside. The house was well stocked and stayed cool in the heat! Another thing to note… we usually stay right on the beach but we plan to return to this location next year!
A book in the living room on a rainy day.
Bocce ball in some nearby grass.
Cup of coffee on the deck.
Down by the beach!

Right on the greens

Home was great and very roomy. First time staying on a golf course. My dream of having a peaceful cup of coffee was accompanied by sounds of lawn mowers every morning. The grounds are beautiful for a reason!

Nice affordable townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Christmas. The townhome is very nice and seems newly renovated compared to others in the complex. It is a short walk to the beach. We had a wagon and I’d recommend bringing one to carry chairs, coolers, etc. The tennis and pickleball courts are in good condition. We didn’t use the pool but looks nice and would be great in warmer months since you are a little further from the beach. Overall it’s a great rental!

We had 2 alligators, 2 turtles, several deer and lots of birds right outside our back window to enjoy! The area was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! We had plenty of cookware to make breakfast and dinner, beds were very comfy, the sunroom was the hangout spot for our boys! Plenty of books and games to choose from! Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My niece was getting married and we needed a place to stay for extended family. We rented this villa because it allowed for a Sunday to Sunday rental which made our planning around the Saturday ceremony easier. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. We knew when we rented it that it was in Wild Dunes and where it was located and Even though it added a little hassle with the folks who we had to get in and out to assist in wedding-related efforts we were still happy with it. It was a perfect choice. I have rented from Island Realty many times and have found them to be so responsive and helpful.

Fairway dunes 41

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice. Loved the pond being outback. Saw gators and lots of turtles. The pool wasn’t open and that was disappointing. It said due to covid. I’m pretty sure it’s pretty safe to be in a chlorinated pool. Seems like maybe people were just being lazy about the pool. The dvd remote didn’t work in the sunroom. The shower curtain in the master bedroom doesn’t even fit the shower. That was strange.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 21. Mai 2022
Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. So sorry the pool was not open during your stay, but unfortunately, any time we had a covid surge, DHEC would force the Regimes to close the pools. That being said, we are wide open now, and you will love the updates the new owner has made to this great condo. Aine O'Brien
