Communication about check in and out was excellent. The home and location was better than expected. The only suggestion would be extra garbage bags and a couple extra dishwasher pods. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Home was as advertised very clean and convenient to the palm island community. Lots of restaurants close by. Charleston is only 30 minutes away. Don’t miss patriots park and the surrounding attractions.Communication with the host was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The home was roomy and private and quiet. Somewhat dissatisfied with the distance it took to walk to the beach. Description says a 5 minutes walk. I timed the walk it was closer to 9 minutes and l that was walking at a good pace without carrying any beach gear. The home was very inviting and had comfy beds- a good amount of bathroom linens. I did notice the kitchen could use more updated kitchen cookware such as stainless steel vs non - stick. The grounds were clean and spacious with a great back deck for grilling and dining. Also be prepared to see beautiful deer very close by to watch and enjoy. Communication with the host was excellent! Overall the home was very enjoyable and we enjoyed our visit. Tammy & Family

We had a nice stay here. The home was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and everyone commented on how well they slept. We also enjoyed the privacy and quietness in the neighborhood. We rented an electric golf cart for the week. I couldn't find an outdoor outlet so I had to get a very long extension cord and run it up the stairs. The place could definitely use some minor repairs and maintenance. First, the many skylights in the house were so dirty that you couldn't see through them. The outdoor shower had standing water and the wood floor is rotting. We enjoyed the large outdoor deck but we tried to use the grill and the burners were barely working and the grill never got hot. Also, we could only get 2 burners to work on the kitchen cooktop. We did have a lovely stay here and would be happy to stay here again if these small things were fixed.

Thank you for the feedback! We are replacing the grill today, and maintenance has been scheduled the fix for the outdoor shower boards. Thanks for the heads up! The burners on the cooktop all worked for me when I checked after your stay. Also, the Golf cart companies usually runs an extension cord around to the outlets on the back of the house, not sure why they they didn't this time, because its not been an issue previously.

We had the best time at this beach house for a family gathering! The rooms were large, the beds very comfortable. Extremely easy walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were many areas for our family to hang out and chat!Very easy to reach location and the owner was very helpful and communicative! Amazing place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless.The host was incredibly kind and responsive — any question we had was answered quickly, which made the whole trip feel effortless. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, exactly the kind of friction-free experience you hope for when you’re trying to relax.The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. The kitchen was a standout — fully stocked and set up perfectly for entertaining, which made cooking and gathering together genuinely enjoyable rather than an afterthought. Everything we needed was right there.Location-wise, we loved the short walk to the beach. Close enough to pop back whenever you wanted, but still a proper beach house feel.We left refreshed and already talking about coming back.
